'Export to' - Make it possible to batch rename files you're about to exportOpen for Voting

When I batch export my selected amount of pictures to jpegs into a selected folder, they will recieve the same name as the original raw images. After the export, I will have to select all these images again in the new folder and rename them with 'Batch Rename'. These are two steps which can easily be incorporated into the 'Export To' promt. This has been in Lightroom for ages, but not in Bridge. It would be nice if the 'export to' prompt would also have the same preset dropdown menu like batch rename, which enables you to also make your own rename presets.

Move/delete the big "Remove from collection" ribbonOpen for Voting

Bridge 2023: I like the restyling.I suggest the ribbon shown in my attached screenshot to be removed. It eats a significant space, especially a filmstrip configuration (screenshot). The same action can already be reached from the context menu.Alternatively, to avoid the use of the context menu, the "Remove from collection" button could be moved (shrinked) in the lower part of the Collections panel (besides the other commands in icons); or, pressing the "Del" button could provide the two options of deleting and just removing from the collection.Thanks for considering.

Bridge funciona muy lento. La versión de 2021 o 2022 es mucho mas rápida, intuitiva y funciona mucho mejor. La barra lateral de scroll es muy incómoda al ser tan estrecha. Para el usuario que trabaja a diario con bridge 8 horas ..se hace muy tedioso.

Why is there no obvious way to see what bridge is currently working on? Give me a simple progress bar to know how long it's going to take a given folder to finish generating previews, please? I know I can just stare at windows task manager, but it seems dumb to not be part of your software.

Collapse All FoldersOpen for Voting

In Windows Explorer, clicking on the down arrow while holding down the CTRL key will collapse that folder and all of its subfolders. This feature has also been implemented in Dreamweaver. It would be helpful to have this feature in Bridge also. Currently, the only way to collapse all folders is to quit and restart Bridge. On my site there are well over 1,000 folders and subfolders on three drives, including many A, B, C, … X, Y, Z folders nested five levels deep. After several additions or edits, the folder list in the Folders pane gets very long, requiring several folders to be manually closed just to make navigating easier.

It would be great to have a "group by type" option like in mac finder.I just migrated from MAc to windows and windows explorer "group by type is a mess" i would love to bridge to have a group by type option.I know that the "filter options"are kinda similar. Have option for Tabs to auto-close after exiting Bridge.Open for Voting

I don't need to have the tabs stack up when opening folders for viewing. I found 10 open tabs in Bridge today, and didn't need any of them. They just slow down performance. Please allow for tabs to have to option to auto close after you exit Bridge. Or a way to turn off tabs all together. Thank you.

The Bridge is closing completelyOpen for Voting

I'm using macOS Ventura 13.0.1 and Adobe Bridge Version 13.0.1.583When I pressed the close red symbol while working before, Bridge would minimize itself and continue working in the background. Still, in this version, instead of minimizing itself, it closes completely every time. There is no such problem in the Photoshop version of the same update.Another problem; The latest version of Bridge would not allow you to drag and drop files inside the program to the trash can.

Smart Collections Banner too bigOpen for Voting

Bridge 2023. In Bridge 2023 both Smart Collections and "Show Items from Subfolders" now have a very large banner across the top of the Content Window. It is huge. Pushes down the thumbnails so that the bottom row is partially hidden. Why so Big? If it was only the same size as the tab bar it wouldn't be a problem. For the most part it is also unnecessary. The only thing I need when in Smart Collections is the Edit button. If I click the edit button I will see the Search Criteria, so why do I need the Search Criteria to be an inch high at the top of the Content Window? For "Show Items from Subfolders" it has no purpose at all. Just a waste of space. The Path Bar will show that I have selected "Show Items from Subfolders." I am working on a 27" monitor but space it always at a premium in Bridge, even on larger monitors. I am sorry but this was just poorly thought out, and need some work. It is hard to believe that there were not comments on this in Beta.
