Suppose you have 50 different folders in the "Project" section and some folders are collapsed and others are uncollapsed. Tthen you use the search bar, and after resetting the search, then all folders will be collapsed. Proposed feature: When the search bar is reset, then the collapsed/uncollapsed state of all folders should return to their last known setup.
1)May I request to include in the MASK the suntract background. Its good that there is subtract subject when we want the radial mask to affect the bacground only. But there is no subtract background when we want the radial mask to affect the subject only. Many thanks. 2) pls also include the lips, eye sclera, eyebrow, iris and pupil in the person mask option. 3) the point color is very very important
I know photoshop and fresco are different products, but it would be amazing if the vector brush from fresco were available in photoshop. I find it hard to get line work sharp and smooth in photoshop (user issue, not product issue), and often find myself taking what I'm working on to fresco to fix the line work. Anyway, love both softwares.
Please include Audition in the Team Projects workflow (to send full sequences from Premiere to Audition and back) rather than just clips. If I'm in a Premiere Pro Team Project the option to send a sequence to Audition is grayed out, it is only possible to send a single clip.
It would be great to get the possibility to set a background color when rendering a video with a transparent background. e.g.My primary output is a transparent ProRes video, but i also want a mp4 with a white background. It would be nice to set the background color inside the render preset.
Current Challenge: I often face this situation:A 20-minute MP4 video is edited down to a 1-minute final cut.Later, the sound designer provides a cleaned and enhanced 20-minute WAV file.(Using the full 20-minute audio is preferable as it enables future re-edits without requiring the sound designer again.)Current Solutions:Re-edit the video with the new audio file from scratch.Unrealistic and time-consuming.Re-export the source video as ProRes with the new WAV file, then replace footage.Cumbersome and error-prone.Duplicate sequence with media, replace the video file with the new audio file to retain cuts, and copy-paste the updated edits into your original timeline for seamless audio replacement.Cumbersome and time-consumingProposed Solution #3. Synchronize feature that allows you to synchronize:Allow the Synchronize feature to be intelligent enough to see that the selected new audio file matches segments from the existing edited timeline, and so it simply cuts according to the edited target, thus matching all waveforms up, and thereby synchronizing (PluralEyes- now discontinued, used to do this)
A really great feature for PS for iPad would be the option to activate the Apple Pencil hover feature to preview what your brush tip looks like before touching the screen, sadly this feature would only work on 4th gen and onwards iPad Pro models or so I believe but still it would be extremely useful (I personally feel I lose precision if I can't see what my brush tip would look like before adding a stroke). Also the ability to modify the smudge brush and give it custom shapes and properties like those found on the desktop version would facilitate blending for artists that created a specific brush for it.Thanks for hearing out my suggestions! Here's hoping they get picked up!
Liquify, warp and other important effects still 16 BIT! And Adobe boasts about native ACES support. This is quite funny really:)
Hello,It would be very useful if After Effects could load the OCIO config (i.e. the config.ocio file) specified by the OCIO environment variable.Almost all other Windows softwares in the Image and VFX industry do - such as Adobe Substance, Maxon Cinema 4D, Foundry's Nuke, Maya, Houdini, among many others. Why would it be useful? When a user work in multiple projects (some of them with specific color config and LUTs), there's one config.ocio file per project. Thus, we can create specific project contexts in Powershell (with all the necessary environment variables). For example, say that we have a project A context in Powershell where $env:OCIO=T:/projects/A/ocio/config.ocio. When the Artist will launch AE from this context it will automatically load the correct config.ocio file. Then, if she launches a Cinema 4d from the same context, it will also automatically load the project A's config.ocio file, and so on.In short, the workflow for working with multiple projects, multiple tools, and multiple color configurations become much simpler when OCIO environment variable is supported. Thanks,Rodrigo

Replace Audio Only Feature:Introduce a feature similar to "Replace Footage," but for audio only. The replacement would require the new audio to match the duration of the original (20 minutes in this case) to ensure compatibility. These features would save time, reduce errors, and streamline the workflow for video editors working with external audio files that are received later - or also for cases where the edit gets complete before Adobe Podcast completes uploading/processing audio
How do i find the image threshold on the iPad photoshop? Thank you. (Subject edited. Was "No menu bar on Photoshop for Ipad version 2.6.2")
For the rule sets please allow for excluding specific folders
Using context menu or keystrokes: REVEAL IN PROJECT shall override any ACTIVE SEARCH, aka existing text entries in the Project Panel search bar. Current Behavior:Action: REVEAL IN PROJECTifACTIVE SEARCH = TRUEProject Panel Display: Focus remains on SEARCH / No media object revealedelifACTIVE SEARCH = FALSEProject PanelDisplay: Media object revealed / intended results Request is to select/display corresponding media object in project window in either state, clearing out any current searches. and focusing on the revealed media The end
Good start. Suggest you also remove poles.
When there is background music or noise, when you press the "voice isolation" option in Davinci, the program does a great job of removing the noise and music. Does anyone know if premiere has the same tool? and how is it used?
I have an action that saves JPEG files. Basically, it changes to 8-bit mode, does a Save A Copy, choose file type JPEG and Saves the file. The first issue is that in PS 26.1, the folder to save to is always the same folder as that used when the action was created. I believe previously in earlier PS versions, it always brought up the most recently saved folder. If I am working in a specific folder, adjust an image as desired, save a PSD file, and then subsequently click my action to Save As JPEG, the folder where JPEG will be saved is always the same, which is very annoying because have to navigate to the current folder. You can imaging if I have multiple images to edit, this is bothersome because it takes extra time. This could be a bug that did not occur in 26.0 or previous versions. Secondly, I've asked for this before, but please change the code to always save to the same folder where the saved PSD file is located. I don't want to navigate to a different folder ever when saving a JPEG file, in an action, after having opened or saved the image to a PSD file. Navigating is unnecessary if the code were revised to do as I requested.
Can someone in adobe make changes about the rotobursh. When you are working with clients in 2024 they often ask about text behind their body. This cannot be achieved without rotobrush. I cut the segment of the video which is not that long only 1m and 50 sec and I prepare it for the rotobrush. I know it is complicated task and uses many algorithms but it's very unsetling when I have to spend 1 hour to watch how it freeze then 1 hour to render in h.264 with green screen, not even mov, because mov makes 100gb files, and with that also the size of the file is still huge (not that as mov). I am probably doing something wrong so that's why I write but, can you make this simpler for the user. It kills my workflow and I cannot follow my time schedule.
This Idea would make creating day to night Timelapse Raw-Processing very easy in CameraRaw-Converter.To create a time-lapse from day to night, you have to regularly adjust the aperture or exposure time or ISO value. This results in a sharp change in brightness from one image to the next, which would lead to flickering in the final time-lapse video. To compensate for this change, I look for the exact images in RawConverter where I made the change. Now I adjust the brightness of the respective images. To get a smooth transition, I have to manually enter the exposure value from the following images. For example:Image 1 exposure -35, image 2 exposure -34, image 3 exposure -33, etc. So how about a simple function where I could enter exposure -35 for image 1 and exposure 0 for image 35, for example, and the images in between automatically make the brightness transition from -35 to 0. And the same for the color correction. It would save so much time and would certainly make a lot of time-lapse creators very happy. I really hope you understand what I tried to explain. much greetings!
Hi,I just started using the generative workspace, maybe few ideas that I would find really useful and that I was hoping for.If I understand correctly, what's in it is a local cache as firefly web, but might be worth providing options to organize that local cache.Tried to phrase the ideas as "user stories", so don't take the tone as a sign of entitlement or exigence 🙂 - Organization in "All Images"I want to create folders/collections structure in which generated content from the timeline view can be placed so it's easier for me to organize and easier to integrate with personal workflow.- TaggingI want to be able to tag certain content so I can filter later based on the tags I'm using.- Synthetic views in timeline viewI want a datagrid-like view so I can quickly browse visually to a specific generation based on textual informations.I want a denser grid based view with one square by generation containing an overview of the visuals and minimal textual information so I can quickly browse to a specific generation based on visual information.- "Select All" checkboxI want a checkbox to select all items so I can quickly mass operate on them, for instance mass delete or export.- Quick settings exportI want to be able to export the current generation settings as text so I can historize them in my workflow and preserve them long time.- PresetsI want to create and recall generation settings preset I create so I can gain time and consistency across multiple generations spread over time.Let me know if some of those things are already existing and I've missed something.Have a nice day.
Hello, As there are already some default Materials and some default Environment Lightning, could it be possible to get some default background image? At least the one used as Environment lightning? It could be cool in order to make a quick setup for sharing...Many Thanks.
I love using the "actions" wizard on my tablet for quick and useful filter edits to subject or background. The masking on the desktop is not so convenient. I'd love the same feature to be available on desktop!
I keep several versions of PP on my system and regularly have to refer back to old projects. 9 times out of 10 when I try to open a project I'll either see "This project was saved in a newer version of PP, and cannot be opened in this version" or "This project was saved from a previous version of PP and must be converted" - I don't usually want to do that.. If the version of PP was displayed at the root level I'd know immediately which version of PP to open it up in and avoid duplicate versions of a project on my system , plus stopping wasting time and a lot of frustration, please see the attached image
Hi, The "Auto-Blend Layers" function is essential for focus stacking, but Photoshop is very slow because it currently uses only a single CPU core. Please enable multi-core support—it's 2024! Thank you. best
Imagine if After Effects allowed us to visualize audio waveforms directly in the Time Ruler. It would be a game-changer, eliminating the need to scroll endlessly or rearrange layers just to pinpoint audio references. This simple addition could streamline workflows and save countless hours, especially for those working on audio-heavy projects. It’s a small feature with massive potential for efficiency and precision. This is a repost as I did not explain the idea clearly in my last attempt.
