Since the update to version 14.5.1. neithe the card modul nor the Synchronisation with the Lightroom Ökosystem is working  

I've noticed several erratic behaviors recently.  It is not consistent.  The majority of the time it performs perfectly.  However, without warning that will cease to be the case.  The three most notible examples are:   1) Creating new folders.  In the Library Module, if I go to a folder where I want to create a new subfolder and right-click, Create Folder...., sometimes it will take several minutes before the folder will appear. 2) In the Library module if I try to delete a virtual copy, it will show "Gathering Information" up in the message area and will take several minutes before it will prompt the confirmation message. 3)  Creating virtual copies.  When I am having these lags as referenced below, another instance would be creating new virtual copies.  If I right-click on an image, it may take several minutes before the right-click menu appears.   Again, these behaviors are not consistent.  If it's running well, it will run perf

When I see an MP4 file made by mistake in lieu of a photograph and try to delete it, Lightroom almost always says "The file named blahblah.mp4 cannot be moved to the Recycle Bin."  But that message NEVER says WHY is that so. That is an obvious, glarig error, which must be rectified. 1st off delete wish should be respected, and if something really legitimately prevents it, the message should state why: file open, file not found etc, anything.

Lightroom Classic does not present an ICC for Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster, evern though it presents this paper type in the print settings pannel. --------- When I am in the print settings panel on the left side of the screen, I get a choice for Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster:     I make sure to save all my print settings before going further in the Print Module.   When I go to the right side and select an ICC from the drop down list in the Print Job/Profile drop down, I don't see an ICC for this paper type. (I have carefully gone through the list displayed by selecting "othere").  Selecting any of the displayed papers do not give as good a result as using the epson print layout software on an exported jpeg file of the target file and the Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster selected in settings.  You can see that the Epson print layout software can find a configuration  as this paper type as a choice in it's settings list:  &nbsp

Hi all, this is something new to me that has happened. I export all my lightroom edited photos on to an external hard-drive in a new folder within the RAW images. I have just come to upload some of the edited photo folders to another external hard drive but they have all gone. I deleted photos out of my lightroom library and now the only edited items on the external hardrive are the ones that still remain in the lightroom library. How has this happened? Can I get them back? How do I stop this happening in future? Many thanks 😊

Version 14.5.1Windows 11Steps to reproduce the problem1. Right click on one of several missing photos - click Show in Explorer2. Click Locate Missing Photo3.In Locate Missing Photo window  I navigate to the new location of the photo and check the Find nearby missing photos box4. Click SelectExpected Result in that all of the photos in the folder would now be found in lightroonActual result - only the photo I selected was found 

I use Narrative Select to cull my photos, then I Ship them from Narrative Select to Lightroom Classic. Not all images are transferring to Lightroom Classic. This has happened to multiple galleries, but I'll just use the most recent one as an example:I had a gallery of 1,399 images. Using Narrative Select I tagged 140 images to Ship to Lightroom. When you click Ship, it should bring up the Lightroom Import screen with the 1,399 photos and the 140 images selected for import. Instead what happens is that it brings up a Gallery of 1,218 images and only 85 are selected... So it only successfully transferred 85 photos. Like I said this has happened with multiple galleries, and I'm not 100% sure if this is an issue with Lightroom or with Narrative, but all images from the gallery show up in Narrative, but they don't all show up in Lightroom. I'm tried unchecking the "Don't Import Selecting Duplicates" box - nothing changes. After I did the last ever Windows 10 Update before Microsoft ended Windows 10 Support on the 14th October 2025, as I have no intention to ditch Windows 10 for another hyped-up OS Windows 11, all of a sudden my desktop Lightoom Classic and standard Lightroom, and Photo Elements icons just disappeared as well as the Programs Listed from my Start Menu All Programs. What would have caused that?  Any help/answers appreciated.

I was using Lightroom Classic and a survey popped up.  I was supposed to be entered in some kind of drawing.  One of the first questions is age bracket (0-20, 20-30, etc.).  At the end of this very long survey, they ask (AGAIN), "what is your age?"  Since they already got my bracket, i wasn't going to give them a specific number.  They don't need that for their stupid survey and it was redundant and intrusive.  I entered 0 and 100 and the survey wouldn't accept it.  Then I entered "1" and it said i didn't qualify for the drawing because i was too young.  I didn't care about the drawing (whatever it was for) to begin with, i want to provide feedback.  But i was outraged that Adobe has the balls to waste 20 minutes of your time under the false premise of some prize and then takes it away at the end.  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON ANY ADOBE SURVEY!   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator} 

Hello, has anyone had this issue and found a solution im running macos 15.6.1, with the latest version of Lightroom, if i open the app and im connected to the internet it freezes, if I open and have the internet turned off it works fine and then can turn wifi on and it works until I go to export then it freezes. I've done the usual, clean install, upgraded OS and Im still having issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

While traveling, my wife and I took photographs with a Nikon Z6II and a Z8. While on the road, I backed up the photos on an external SSD, importing them into a copy of LRC on a MacBook Air running Tahoe. Everything worked fine. When I returned home, I copied the files on the SSD onto an external drive connected to a Mac Studio and imported them into LRC on that computer. The Z6II files are fine. The Z8 files are grayed out in the library module, even after processing. They are fine in the develop module. I have been unable to find anyone with similar issues online. I have imported hundreds of photos from the Z8 onto this computer before with no problem. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Both in Camera Raw and in LrC , inside the tool  Color Mixer - Point Colorwhen you point on  a almost saturated yellow (like the trees in the sample picture) , the result gives a nearly magenta tone.

I have downloaded and installed all available icc profiles from the Epson site for the R3000, but I do not see one (either through the Finder or within the LR Classic print module) specific to Velvet Fine Art paper.  Any suggestions?  There is one for Exhibition-Watercolor-textured.  I DO see Velvet Fine Art paper in the Epson driver printer choices list, but I would have expected to see a corresponding one in the LRC print module.  Thanks for any suggestions!  //Spud

I noticed that the lens profile for Viltrox 40mm Sony FE has right vignetting correction, but the geometry is off - it is causing pincushion distortion.Did I something wrong (no manual lens adjustment, just automatic setting)? There is very low distortion without profile turned on.

After updating my MacPro to Tahoe 26.0.1 a day ago, I can't open Lightroom Classic RAW files in Photoshop as layers to perform focus stacking. I found a manual work around but am so bummed! I spend a lot of time in the studio shooting closeups of gemstones and jewelry. This is really a setback. But it seems to be the ONLY thing I've discovered that doesn't work. A painful one, nevertheless. Does anyone have any similar experience or fix?Thanks much!Renee Crum

J'ai un gros problème avec Lightroom Classic. Les photos sur mon écran principal restent souvant figées et n'affichent plus la suivante... Pour faire apparaître la photo souhaitée je doit avancer et reculer plusieurs fois sur plusieurs images pour que celle que je veux voir finisse par apparaître... Quand j'utilise un deuxième écran la photo sélectionnée s'affiche portant alors que sur mon écran principal toujours pas... C'est extrêmement pénible car je n'avais pas ce problème sur mes vieilles machines de 2013 où mon Lightroom 5 était bien plus fluide que maintenant. J'ai un imac 24" M1 et sur mon MacBook Pro même problème... c'est un coup à arrêter mon abonnement et à chercher un autre logiciel. Car impossible de travailler dans ces conditions... WTF !!! Hi, I'm having some big trouble with a new laptop; maybe someone can help me with this. I bought a second hand laptop that can all factory reset. All worked great for about a week. But recently lightroom has been pretty slow and crashing all the time. You can maybe be on it for 5 minutes and it crashes again. I have deleted the drivers of graphic cardI have reinstalled the drivers to latest safe versionI have rolled back lightroom to version 14 I have switch off, use of the GPU in lightroom performancesI have deleted the Omen Gamin Hub. I have no idea what to do.Laptop is Omen 16Ryzen 7 5800HRadeon RX6600M16Gb ram Any idea? I try to get support from adobe but could only speak to an AI bot. Hey,       I am experiencing a wierd phenomenon where whenever I try to use the denoise tool on my photos, the box gets a checkmark like it's going to process the image, but then it just quickly unchecks itself without giving me any kind of error message. I've tried eliminating all the easy fixes that I could think of. Whenever I restart lightroom, the denoise tool will make more progress but only really lasts a few more second before it stops itself without giving me an error message. I'm running the 14.5.1 version of lightroom on my sequoia 15.7.1  2020 mac book pro with well over the ram requirements. I am editing cannon raw files with no other edits made to them before attempting to denoise. I tried resetting lightrooms preferences, turning the denoise tool on and off, and even creating a new photo catalog. Nothing has fixed the issue and my workflow has been completely disrupted. I have no other image editing software downloaded and the only changes t
