Lightroom Classic

Since the last upgrade of Lightroom Classic with AI enhancements, all of my target photos do not match the colors and tints of my source photos. I think the AI might be taking over and doing things I don't want to do. I prefer not to use AI other than on occasion when I use AI denoise.

EvEvEvery time I close LRC this happens. It began after the last update of the app. How can I fix it?

Background:Photographers outsource their editing in LR classic to me. They provide me with a catalog and smart previews, but not the raw files. I install the catalog and smart previews on my mac and edit the photos. When editing, I also use the new mask feature / select subject / invert / to make edits to the background only. Steps to reproduce the problem:With a photographer I just started working for I have the following problem: When she opens the catalog with my edits, she needs to recalculate each mask, photo by photo. The mask itself shows an exclamation mark, when she clicks on that it says: subject 1 needs to be recomputed (see screenshot). If she does not do that, the masks with edits are not applied when exporting to jpg. Hello I just bought a Sony A7R IV and when importing photos into Lightroom, I noticed they are underexposed. 1 or at least 2 stops. Correcting them means I am adding grain/noise to the photo so that is annoying.This did not happen with my previous camera A7R II I only shoot RAW, I have no colour profiles set up on the camera (all standard), no profiles on LR when importing, LCD screen brightness is fine (i.e. changing will not make a difference), Monitors fully calibrated (one is ASUS ProArt), and no other tweaks or settings on either side (Camera or LR). I tried importing with Adobe standard and Camera Standard profiles but no changes eitherThe difference is huge. The histograms are different. Better on the camera (brighter).  Also, it all happens when the import is finished. When importing the preview during the ongoing process looks like it will be ok, but when finishing the last bit to complete the import, LR does apply or does something to the photos that

Hallo Zusammen, mein alter Computer geht leider nicht mehr, jetzt habe ich Lightroom auf den neuen Installiert, nur leider sind meine ganzen Presets weg. Weiß jemand warum und wie ich die wieder bekomme? 

Hope sombody can hel me as I get the error message "Lightroom Classici Mac cannot move a file in the destination folder" when I try to import automatically an image. The file has all the permissions. Hope can help the attached files

Firstly, Windows 11 and the latest Lightroom Classic updates install.I have a folder in Lightroom entitled Favourites. Lightroom says there are 2,449 images in this folder. When I view the same folder from Explorer, it says there are 2,514 images which I am assuming would mean I have deleted some images from the Lightroom Folder that in error, I said delete from Lightroom at some point rather than Delete from disk. Fair assumption?Now the real issue...if I go into Lightroom and try to Import images and I select the Favourites folder, over 200,000 images are listed for import. Why would those files appear on the Import screen but not show when I view the same folder via Explorer?Furthermore, when I select the Import screen in Lightroom and choose the same Favourites folder, and select an image file that Lightroom wants to import...that same file when searched via Explorer and the Favourites folder, doesn't exist. I'm thinking that LR Classic has not been updated to accept Nikon Z50 II files...am I right?  Presently I'm getting "Preview unavailable for this file."  I got the same files in my Ipad LR app yesterday no problem!

Hello. I connect the camera and PC with Tether ToolsWe're filming by receiving camera data to the light room through 'Connected Transmitted Shooting'.I want to fix (apply) the overlay crop value I set in advance to all the photos I take, what should I do? (Additional Explanation)The pre-modification results include ceilings and walls, so I'm making the final results after cutting the picture with an overlay. Currently, the value I set (overlay crop) is not fixed, and I have to do it again every time I shoot.

This has been happening repeatedly in previous versions and hasn't been fixed in LR 6.5 (standalone).  Steps1.  Select some slides.  I'm using a filter to select slides that are 4 stars or higher.  There are 16 of them in the folder that match.2. Go to slidshow and hit "play"3.  The dialog box comes up "Preparing Slideshow" and below Preparing preview for slide #2.  It mostly hangs on # 2 but sometimes a different slide.  If I cancel and choose a different folder with no filters (all images) and hit "play" it hangs on # 2 again.4.  BTW...if I hit the -> buttone (play) below the images, instead of the "Play" button in the right hand lower corner, it'll play.5.  Also, based on some other input, I've tried turning off/on the GPU. No difference.

meu lightroom classic não atualiza, para ter novas atualizações tenho que estar a desinstalar e instalar de volta para ter as novas atualizações alguem sabe como resolver

When I try to create a virtual copy on Lr Classic 14.2 (Command ') it just says it will sync the image to LR when syncing is enabled.  Doesn't create a virtual copy.  And if I go to the menu the function is greyed out.  What is happening?  I need to be able to create virtual copies.   Help appreciated - thank you

I've been using Lightroom Classic for more than 12 years. I've got a big workstation with lots of CPU and GPU. Lightroom Classic worked great last year on this computer. Now it takes approximately 0.7 seconds to change photos in Library mode. I narrowed it down to the fact that my monitor is in 4k resolution. If I drag Lightroom to my second monitor (1440p resolution) the image switching performance is back to normal. If I lower the resolution of my 4k display to 1440p or lower, the performance is back to normal. This computer used to run Lightroom normally on this same display with all the same settings (same preview size, image import settings, etc). This is a performance regression and it makes Lightroom essentially unusable for my workflow culling and managing a lot of images from my shoots.   I'm on windows 11 23H2. Hello! I want to switch from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom. I have all my raw files stored on hard drives. Then because I have Lightroom classic, I now have a huge amount of smart previews stored in the cloud. I want to be able to delete all these smart previews from the cloud, or basicly start form scratch. And then manually choose which raw files I want to backup to the clouds using the cloud version of Lightroom. Is there an easy way to do this?

I have a problem with the keywording. Sometimes all keywords already given to pictures are not anymore displayed in the keyword input field and no new keywords can be entered. After shotdown of LrC and restarting again all information are available and keywords can be entered. The phanomina appears not in every session. I have used syncing of spot removal in the past to deal with a damaged sensor but I just tried it and spot removal is no longer showing in the sync panel. It is also missing from the develop presets panel. 

I'm using the latest version of Lightroom Classic and up-to-date Windows 11 Business (23H2), with all drivers up to date and 40GB of RAM. Despite this, Lightroom has become completely unusable after the last few updates.   The program crashes every single time it tries to detect something, such as when detecting skies or people. This happens even when I simply hover over filters or use the masking tool, making it impossible to work with.   I've submitted countless crash reports, including my email address, but I've received no response from Adobe. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a paid product that I rely on for my work. I've attached both the crash report and system report as text files to this post.    Regards

If I apply my preset to an image and fine tune and then go to sync - it completely stalls my software and I have to force it to close. Any idea on how to resolve the issue?
