why are the edited photos in my lightroom catalog blurry or not loading properly

Hallo ihr Lieben, vielleicht kann mir von euch einer helfen oder hatte das Problem schon einmal. Ich habe in Lightroom einen Ordner mit Bildern. Die Verknüfung mit den Bildern ist auf meiner Festplatte. Sind auch alle Bilder . Kann diese bearbeiten usw. Jedoch kann ich kein Bild exportieren. Das dauert und es tut sich nichts. Bei manchen Bildern geht es allerdings komischerweise. Möchte ich eine virtuelle Kopie erstellen, kommt die Fehlermeldung "Es ist ein interner Fehlger aufgetreten". Weiß nicht mehr was ich machen soll. Alles ist aktualisiert, Bilder findet Lightroom auch, allerdings kein Export möglich. Danke euch vorab für eure Hilfe. Vielen Dank

I am trying to move my catalog from one computer to another, but now I can see that all my pictures are there with keywords however I do not have any previews and all my folders have ? next to them 

Bonjour à tous,Si je créée un nouveau catalogue et y importe des images possédant leurs Mots-Clés (visibles dans l'explorateur W10) j'obtiens 2 M-C Parents identiques dans la liste des M-C ! When I am working with "Masking" in LightroomClassic after some actions it starts working wrong. Photo in the main area is not refreshing anymore, If you go to another photo, it won't update either. How should I fix it? 

I imported my photos from another catalog quite some time ago with LrC. What could be the reason that all my edits are no longer there. I work with separate XMP files.greeting

Does anyone know if there will ever be support for dual pixel raw in LR or ACR? I understand I can make the adjustments in DPP and then convert it to a TIFF but after trying and trying to take advantage of the increased sharpness there is now way to maintain exposure or color when making the conversion, not to mention a 120+mb file. There are multiple Canon cameras out now that shoot in dual pixel raw so there has to be more of a reason for Adobe to try and support the functionality.

When i select the background via the AI masking tool and then go to the color button to change the color of that background, i do not see anything happen on the background itself. I have no idea what's happening, my system requirements seem ok....Anybody has a tip for this please? 

Hi, LrC (14.1.1) will not start the import of images from my iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 18.1.1) on my mac Studio M2 64GB macOS (15.2). When 1. pressing Import and 2. selecting the source and 3. the wanted images the import window disappears and it shows as if the import had started but no images / videos are ever coming through. I left it do its thing for about 15 min then aborted and tried again after restarting LrC. Any ideas? what's wrong? Thanks!

Ola, Perfil cor Adobe não esta aparecendo para todas fotos do mesmo ensaio. Ou seja, para algumas fotos do mesmo ensaio fotografico tenho a opção perfil adobe e para outras apenas cor, onde tenho que escolher um perfil pre existente , porem não aparece o perfil adobe.Uso mac , LRC 13.5.1 , não consigo atualizar para o 14 , pois esta dando ero depois da instalação, fecha automaticamente ao tentar abrir  c , teria que resolver isso na versao  13. Nunca Havia acontecido isso. Obrigado

Hallo, arbeite unter Windows 11, und ich beobachte seit ein paar Tagen, dass ich in LRC folgende Funtionen nicht mehr durchfuehren kann: 1. Farben u. Sterne Bewertung wird nicht direkt angezeigt. Erst wenn ich LRC verlasse und wieder oeffne ist sind Farben und Sterne zu sehen. 2. Ich kann keine Panoramen mehr erstellen. Ich klicke die Funktionan, keine Reaktion. 3. Sammlungssaetze kann ich nicht mehr herstellen. auch hier, keine Reaktion!  Habe Daten ausgelagert, jetzt 700GB freien Speicherplatz auf D. Voreinstellungen zurueckgesetzt. lightroom classic. I can't update. Maybe because it is installed on the 😧 partition and not on the main C: partition? how  i can fix it?

Buenos días. He instalado Lightroom Classic en mi PC y también su producto Adobe Creative Cloud.Mi Lightroom es un producto comprado el 06/02/2016.He vinculado el arranque del Lightroom Classic a la pantalla de aplicaciones de Adobe Creative Cloud sin problemas. Cada vez que lo ejecuto me aparece una pantalla pidiéndome un ID de adobe que ya está en activo en la aplicación Creative Cloud. Si sigo los pasos que indica Lightroom y vuelvo a confirmar mi ID, Lightroom no hace nada. Si vuelvo a Creative Cloud siempre dice que falta la ID. Como consecuencia obvia de este comportamiento no me deja acceder al programa para tratar mis fotografías. Adjunto una imagen donde se ve la pantalla con el Creative Cloud de fondo y autenticado en él y el mensaje que saca Lightroom por encima negando que hay una ID y por tanto el acceso. Desearía me dieran una solución porque así no puedo trabajar mis fotografías. Muchas gracias.

I seem to have struck a problem with LRC (current version as of 4th Jan). I have lost the ability to import photos. If I go to a folder on one of my local drives (where I normally drop my imports, in my normal workflow) it shows 9700 photos, 5600 new. But it won't give me thumbnails no matter what settings I change. And if I then hit "import" it sits with the import bar not progressing at all for hours. Things I've tried:1) Changing to NVIDIA studio drivers2) Importing from another location3) Checking the source files are all visible and readable to my user.4) Tried with and without GPU acceleration. Any furter tips anyone can share? I hae 126K photos in my catalog, if that's important I'm not sure.

 I just did a search using the Metadata tab in the Library filter & found that while my OM-1 camera is listed in the Cameras column, it shows only 84 pix, which is hundreds of images less than I know I have. Also, the Lenses column does not list my two prime lenses (60 & 90mm).All of this information is shown in the Metadata pallette in the Library module. Why does LrC not see it & how can I rectify that?I'm using a Mac w/OS14.7.1 and LrC vs 14.1.1.Thanks for any insight.

Bom dia. Quando Crio uma mascara no Lightroom e desfoco aparece uma mancha branca na mascara. Alguem sabe como resolver? 

Bonjour,   Lorsque je travaille sur Lightroom, je rencontre régulièrement des plantages avec extinction brutale de mon PC. J'ai l'impression que cela se produit surtout lorsque je passe d'une photo à l'autre, principalement depuis la bibliothèque, mais aussi depuis le développement. J'ai essayé différents paramétrages, notamment au niveau des aperçus mais cela ne change rien.  La version de LRC est la 14.1.1. Je rencontrais les mêmes difficultés avec la version précédente. Le plantage ne se produit qu'avec LRC.   PC : Acer Swift Edge 16 OLED Processeur : AMD Ryzen 7 7735U with Radeon Graphics, 2.70 GHz 16 Go RAM 1 To SSD   Pourriez-vous m'indiquer comment faire pour que ces plantages cessent ?   Merci !   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

I have performance issues during large import (1500 pictures) from a fast XQD-card and try to stop LR from creating preview during import. I found a checkbox on the tab "Performance" on LR-settings (edit-menu) that says "Generate prewviews in parallell" (or something like that). I uncheck the box, restart LR but LR will still combine import of pictures with the creation of preview.  So LR doesnt really care about if the checkbox is checked or not. I guess that this is a bug, or does anybody have an idea about how to stop LR from creating previews during import? And yes, I have 2 computers with the exact same behaviour.

I'm a professional photographer and have not been able to used Lightroom Classic for a week. I keep getting the wheel of death every time I go onto my Lightroom.  After speaking to 2 different Adobe Remote Support people, the issue is still unresolved (5 hours trying to sort.)   I am at a lost and do not know what to do as I NEED to work otherwise I will loose clients. The people on Adobe Remote said they "need to speak to colleagues" as they couldn't figure out the issue. Everything is up to date - plenty of space - correct permissions on etc etc.    At a lost and unsure what to do.

Hi,I hope someone can help me as I do not know were to go from here….. Has anyone had problems with the latest LR classic upgrade to Lightroom 14.1.1 and a 16" Mac pro software to macOS Sequoia 15.2(24C01) Because ……Since my latest upgrades, Lightroom 14.1.1 and  macOS Sequoia 15.2(24C01) I have lost all my photographs and LR back up catalog(photos-folders)from Oct 2024 to Jan 2025.My last LR back up catalog(photos-folders) was done a few days before the upgrades. All my LR catalog backups from Oct24 and my photography was showing on my hard drive then now they are not showing. All folders and dates and over 500 photographs All Lost. Does anyone know WHY?

Fui atualizar LRC no mac e nao funcionou, instalou porem da um erro no sistema e nao abre .N acreative Cloud Dizia que era compativel com minha sistema e mac,  que ja é mais antiga, mas como aparecia disponivel para instalar esta versao, diferente da ultima que ja dizia que é incompativel. O problema é que nesta tentativa de atualizacao frustrada, o meu catalogo do LRC 13 foi atualizado p versao 14 , e agora nao consigo abrir o LRC 14 , reinstalei o 13 e diz que nao pode mais abrir o cmeu catalogo atalogo, pois é uma versao mais nova do catalogo. Apavorado todos os trabalhos estao neste catalogo

Just updated to 14.1.1. Although faces are detected, none are recognized. Most of the faces are of people that have been recognized in previous versions. (They are not "new" to LR.) Up until now, when faces were not recognized LR would make suggestions. Now all I get is "   ?   " for every face detected on newly imported images. This seemed to have been an issue in version 6, and for those living in Illinois. I’ve tried the simple stuff, turning it on and then back on again… etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

I am new to Lightroom and this forum and appreciate any constructive feedback. I have tried printing borderless photos on 8.5 x 11 paper from LrC to my Canon Pro-1000. I am working on an iMac in Ventura 13.4. I set the margins in LrC to zero and the magnification level on the printer is set to medium. But the photos still print about 8 x 10 with a frame around them.  Also, when I go from Develop to Print, LrC uniformly crops the photo, cutting off part of the photo all around. Almost like a zoom. Why is that happening and what can be done to prevent it? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
