Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic do not handle multi-monitor (different DPI) setup properly.Issues:When launched on Display 1 (see below) all is displayed and scaled ok. When moved to Display 2 (see below) all UI (window titlebar, menu and also window content) is too large - scaled incorrecly. When launched on Display 2 (see below) part of the UI (window titlebar, menu but not window content) is too large - scaled incorrectly. When moving window to Display 1 (see below) part of the UI (window content but not titlebar or menu) is too small - scaled incorrectly. It seems scaling is not handled properly on launch on Display 2 (non-default). Also, moving windows between displays is not handled correctly. Result is that on one of my displays Lighroom cannot be used with proper scaling at all. I have thousands of photos in individual albums on Lightroom. Can you please add segmentation by date, so that the photo grid is organized with date headings? This feature is present on the mobile version of Lightroom and is inexplicably missing on the desktop version. I am constantly having to view the detailed info of photos to see when a group of them were taken on a certain date, which is annoying.
I haven't tested all the variables here so I'll just give the exact steps that allow me to reproduce the issue, but some things (like specifically using fast user switching) may not be necessary.Set up two user accounts Enable Touch ID on both accounts, using different fingers Make sure "Use Touch ID for fast user switching" is enabled on both accounts Make sure both accounts have been logged in to since last booting the system Launch Lightroom on either account Set the Lightroom window to fullscreen (🌐F / ⌃⌘F) Open any photo Open the edit panel and ensure the histogram is enabled (⌘0) Using fast user switching, switch to the other active user account Using fast user switching, switch back to the account with Lightroom openUpon switching back, the Lightroom window will briefly reset its positioning, and in the process, position the histogram too high, causing the top section of it to be cut off:
I lost all my albums. They simply disappeared. Where can I find them? why this happened?Folders are still there, but all of them are empty since yestarday afternoon. Is there a way to recover how I had organized my files or do I need to start from Scratch?
I have a photo that I want to add to an album in Lightroom (let's call that album X). The photo already exists somewhere else in my Lightroom collection. When I try to drag the photo's image file from my computer into "album X", Lightroom tells me that the photo is "Previously Added". This is true from the perspective of the photo and my Lightroom library as a whole, but it is also false in the sense that the photo does not already exist in the album that I just tried to drag it into. Finding a copy of the photo that is already in my Lightroom collection is a massive task considering the size of my Lightroom collection (slightly more than 64,000 images). Since Lightroom OBVIOUSLY knows where the photo can be found in my collection, it should offer to add it to the aforementioned "album X" instead of expecting me to spend what could be quite a while finding where the photo already exists in my collection so that I can drag it into the "album X". Hello Adobe Support,I'm experiencing several serious issues with Adobe Lightroom CC that are affecting my editing workflow: The application becomes noticeably slow and delayed during editing. Adjustments such as Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, and other sliders often respond with significant lag. Due to this delay, Lightroom sometimes applies my edits to the wrong image. For example, when I brighten a photo, the adjustment may not appear immediately on the current image. If I move to the next photo, the adjustment is then applied there instead. This creates confusion and forces me to go back and check every image manually. The same issue occurs with tools such as Crop and Healing/Remove. At times, I perform a crop or healing adjustment on one image, but because of the delay, Lightroom applies the action to the next image I select. When I use Brush mask in Adobe Lightroom it always starts painting in top left corner (whenever I touch my Wacom graphic tablet with the stylus). I already changed the tip of the stylus but it didn't help

I accidentally deleted some recently added photos in Lightroom Mobile. During the deletion process, a confirmation message appeared mentioning "Delete photo using Gallery." Since then, I have been unable to locate the photos, and they do not appear in the "Deleted" folder. Could you please advise me on how to recover them?
Lightroom web, uploading photos is stuck. Shows uploaded 100%, but nothing. Any ideas what to do? Edit: even photos uploaded to LR app won’t open… Edit #2: LR web gives an error proxy image / file is missing.
I'm trying to upload some standard JPGs to Lightroom Web on my PC, but every time the progress bar hits 100%, it just freezes. After that, the upload resets about two times before finally throwing an "upload failed" error. I've already tried clearing my browser cache. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I'm having trouble opening NEF files from a Nikon Z8 on a Windows ARM machine in Lightroom. I've verified the same file opens just fine on a Windows Intel machine. Z8 with up-to-date firmware, taking photos with "raw only" Lightroom v7.4.1 (most up to date according to the creative cloud updater) by-hand insta;led Adobe Camera RAW (v16.4 from AdobeCameraRaw_arm64_16_4.exe) Downloaded and installed Nikon's RAW plugins, though I do not think those are ARM (and I can't tell if they are working). I see: In lightroom's review for import window a warning icon for each NEF file with a mouse-over message "this file does not contain a supported format (or it might be damaged). The icons in windows show up with the complete picture Opening the pictures in windows at first shows the proper image but then goes all technicolor lines on me. I see same error in Adobe's DNG converter and photoshop (both of which have ARM versions) I suspect the windows and LightRoom issues are
In Lightroom mobile camera, DNG photos are coming out totally green and color tone is entirely off. Jpg are fine. This is on android 16, Snapdragon 8 elite, Lightroom version 11.3.1. I am using oneplus 13s.
HDR editing not available on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL with LR Version 11.3.3.When I try swithing to hdr editing mode, lightroom just says my “device is not supported”, eventhough pixel 9 pro is listed as a supported device. Interestingly the pixel 9 pro xl is not listed specifically, but why would there be any difference between pixel 9 pro and pixel 9 pro xl?It did work previously, then my phone got replaced through warranty and now it does not work anymore. Taking HDR photos and editing them in other apps does work perfectly fine.Really annoying and absolutely ridiculous that Lightroom has such issues with this feature, where other apps work just fine.
In Lightroom Classic, one is able to see file attributes via the Loupe overlay but this functionality appears to me absent in Lightroom for Mac. Any workaround other than having to use the pane? I’d prefer to see the overlay when viewing images full screen.
½ the times generative upscale gets stuck and wont complete the process--cant even get to the screen to chese 2x or 4x
I didn’t find that option or icon…add photo from ..I have choosen for device photos ..but not this option show
Keep receiving this error message any time I select any adaptive preset option in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad 10th gen. The preset seems to work fine, though, so this is incredibly annoying.
I load up LR on my laptop to add the photos from my SD card, the area on LR “Add Photos” is not lit up. (not activeaed) this happens every single time I load LR why are some options are working some times and not other times. I dont get it . !! I pay my account every month, I’m just not getting the benefit of this LR program. I waste so much time writing to Help ask a question. please let me know via my email.
