Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi, I would like to know how to import luts with .cube extension in lightroom. I read that you have to do a step in Camera raw, but the updated version of Photoshop does not allow you to select any LUT. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Ciao, sto avendo problemi con le maschere di lightroom, in pratica quando clicco su oggetto e persone mi si apre una pagina con scritto: Download di alucni modelli di mascheratura in corso. Il download però non parte. Inoltre non posso utilizzare i preset perchè mi da la stessa scritta. Cosa dovrei fare? Grazie

I currently have all my photos in Google Photos, on their cloud. I want to import all my photos into this new Lightroom CC. How do I do this?

If I add and edit a photo on my Mac, the image syncs to my iPad but my edits do not.   Both sides claim edits are complete.  Seems to happen most with TIFFs. 

Hola, desde hace 4/5 años tenía una cuenta de Lightroom mobile. Hace unas semanas, ingresé para editar una fotografía pero me apareció un mensaje de cuenta caducada. Intenté comunicarme con soporte ya que la app se formateó no tengo ninguna foto, ni álbumes. Y al ingresar a mi Creative Cloud tampoco tengo la información. Quiero recuperar todas mis fotografías almacenadas en Lightroom, tenía contenido desde hace muchos años. Ahora, "renové el plan" pero cancelé el que tenía anteriormente porque no lo reconocía la app. Pero ahora, en esa cuenta no tengo nada de contenido. Me urge en ponerme en contacto con alguien para que me apoye. 

I just moved from one windows laptop to a new one.  I use Lightroom (not classic) and I have the files in Adobe cloud and keep the preview local.  But it takes forever to do the initial sync when starting lightroom on the new laptop.  The sync seems to hang (it has been pending 3320 object to sync for some hours now).  I have tried to restart LR, but to no avail. Any tips to how to proceed is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have used adobe programs for a long time now, on both mac and windows computers, and over the last 6 months I have had some of the worst performance across the board with all of my adobe apps. I have plenty of power in my pc, 32g ram, i9 porcesser, 4080 Nvidea Grahpics card. My Macbook Pro doesn't have nearly as much power with only 16g ram, i9 processor and and a weaker gahpics card. However, the Mackbook Pro sometimes works better with than the adobe programs. All of my drivers are updated, I've deleted and redownlaoded my apps, I have submitted countless reports. I don't really know what to do here. Am I suppose to just wait until these bugs get fixed? I use these program for a living and time is money. Note: the biggest crashes are Premier Pro, Illustrator and Lightroom.

Hi,I'm running into some issues where the same photo exported from LR Mobile looks different than the same photo exported from the Desktop application.  The main difference is there is quite a lot of grain in the mobile image (see below).  The grain does not appear when looking at the edit in the Lightroom Mobile App either.  Only on export.  The app viewing experience is the same between PC and Mobile.The settings are the same (1080p JPG at 100% Quality).  Phone is a Pixel 6 Pro and the PC's are Windows 11.My suspicion is that there is some setting that was edited on PC that isn't there on mobile and so it doesn't get exported.  Like maybe denoise settings or something.Tell me what info/files you need to repro the bug and I'll provide it.

While trying to use Lightroom for basic editing LR often stalls or is "not responding" then reloads. I have tried all the updates and driver updates and it seems to be a common issue but can't find a common solution......Maybe someone can help or show the way....this is the deets of the latest device I have been using ........  

Hi all, I'm having issues with the imported photos in LR version 8.2 (windows 11 laptop).  Not sure how to solve this.I've imported several pictures, but he doesnt show the imported photos. I can, however, scroll down. You can also see there are more then 500 photos in the folder:I was clicking around on the preview, I clicked on the compare modus and after that the icons stayed on the screen, no matter what preview modus I clicked on: I was looking up some stuf about how to solve this and when I came back, I had this white screen: I already emptied my cache in LR itself en restarted. Didn't work. Tried to locate the LR folder, but I have no idea what files to remove in order to solve this. Does someone know what I can do to solve this? Thanks so much in advance!

It is an enormous waste of time that Lightroom will not open a file that was previously worked on. If you File->Add or drag-drop the file in Lightroom all that happens is a message: Previously Added.  Great, Why not just open the image? Not helpful to say it was added or worked on previously.NOW what you have to do is figure out the date of the photo. Navigate into Lightroom.  Find that photo, and you might have hundreds of photos from that day, some similar. Then, and only, then can you select the image and re-work it.Waste of time.  Lightroom knows where the image is in the Library. JUST OPEN THE FILE.Why would anyone re-edit? A million reasons. Say, you cropped for 3x2 and now you need a 16x9 and a tweak to the color.JUST OPEN THE FILE. Not at all helpful to tell me it was previously added.

So the program 1 week ago was working perfectly, but few days ago when i opended started to lag/freeze its freezing for 15 sec then un freeze in like 5 to 10 clicks it freezes again doing the same. Please help I do all the stuff reintall, ceche clan , all drives upddated , but it doest wokr.

When using Lightroom, I right click on my raw file and selelct "Edit in Photoshop".  I do my edits in photohop and the file comes back as a "-Edit.tif" file.  If I come back later and right click on the .TIFF file and selcet "Edit in Photoshop", the resulting changtes will be a new "-Edit-Eidit.tif" file.Is it possible for Lightoom to update the oringal "-Edit.tif" file instead of creating a new file?   I can do this in Lightroom Classic, but I do not see a way to do it in Lightroom. I've tried searching thorugh the internet, but all of the feedback is related to Lightroom Classic.

I have just noticed that lightroom is now generating XMP files for imported DNG files. Previously all edits etc were written directly into the DNG file and not stored in a sidecar file. Is this now the standard for Adobe raw when importing DNG files or is there anyway I can get lightroom to revert to only using the DNG file to store edits etc.    The M images were taken a few weeks ago and edits have been written into the DNG.The L images were taken today and the edits have been written into an XMP file. M images taken on a leica M240.L images taken on a leica M11.  

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Lightroom Mobile on both my iPad and iPhone (both running iOS 18.3.1 and Lightroom Mobile version 10.2.2 B5882C/190).When I connect an SD card from my Fuji X-H1 camera to import photos, I can’t see previews for the RAW files. Only the JPG files show previews, while the RAW files appear as grey icons. I can still select and import the RAW files, but not being able to preview them makes it difficult to choose which ones to import.Interestingly, when I connect the Fuji X-H1 directly to my iPad or iPhone via USB, the RAW previews are visible in Lightroom Mobile. Additionally, when I use an SD card from my Sony A7II, both JPG and RAW previews are visible without any issues.Has anyone else encountered this problem with Fuji RAW files when importing from an SD card? Is this a known bug or a limitation with how Lightroom Mobile handles Fuji RAW files?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance,Paweł Słowikwww.

Hello everyone!I'm using both the desktop and mobile versions of Lightroom, and I've synced my presets and profiles through Adobe Creative Cloud so I can use them on Lightroom Mobile as well. I would like to know what happens to my presets, and especially to my profiles on Lightroom Mobile, if my Creative Cloud subscription expires.Specifically, I'm wondering whether I will lose access to the presets and profiles already synced on Mobile or if I will still be able to use them without an active subscription. Additionally, are there any alternatives to keep the sync without a subscription plan?Thanks a lot for any clarifications or advice!

HI anyone there, recently i've experimenting what i think is a bug, whenever i try to enhace an image it seems to make a treshole of colors. at first i though it was just a previsualitation bug, i tried to restart the app and export the image.also i've install and unistall the app twice.  if someone had the same issue or can give me an advise would love that.
