Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi,  I'm using Adobe Lightroom Mobile, on android device, for more than 1 year. Sometimes the application does not work as I thoight it would, but the biggets problems is exporting photos in Largest Available Dimensions, during last yera, it happened sometimes that the application was not able to export edited photos, and I thought that it's only bug, which'll desapear after next update. But ater latest update, this problem shows up more usualy then ever before, and I'm mad from it, I'm paying for aplication which doesn't work by the way it should. When I push the button for export, it only show loading animation, and that's all, few times I let it just rolling, for 2 - 4 hours, but nothing happened, no exported photo, no positive results. I know that maybe it need more resources than some cheap phone or tablet... but I'm using it on my Samsung Galaxy S8 ultra, and I don't think so that this is not enough powerfull to don't hold this app.

a couple of days ago, I loaded some pics to a folder. Try to open in lightroom and pictures never opened. I can see the folder, I can see the file number i just can't see the actual image to work on. I am not able to see the pictures in any of the other folders. I am not sure what happened, my screen froze for a second, went black and came back on with out the pictures. I deleted some folders with old pics thinking it was a storage issue, rebooted the comp and still no pictures in lightroom. I can see the pictures in my computer folder, just not in ligthroom.  Can someone help me on what to do?? 

I am trying to migrate from LRC  to LR. I can't even start because when I go to Files-Migrate the options after that are greyed out. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thank you!! This is on MacOS Sonoma 14.5 running on an M2 Macbook Air. The catalog is on an external disk, as are all the images in the catalog.

I've tried everything. The native camera records location  but my LR camera does not. It is turned on in settings.   {Thread renamed by moderator}

Hi, I've been using a CC license for several years now in my job and am leaving that role. I have all my personal Lightroom Library on that account.   I've purchased my own CC membership now but cannot work out how to import my old CC Lightroom library/images etc into the new account.   Thanks for any tips on how to reimport the library / photos / structure of all the data into my personal account. 

Hello Everybody,   I have a new M1 Mac and after installing Lightroom (cloud-based) the albums are appearing correctly on the left side of the application, but none of the images are showing up. When I click on any of the images it says 'the file appears to be unsupported or damaged'.   When I use lightroom.adobe.com, everything is shown perfectly.    Could anybody please help?   Thanks, Bence{Title edited by Moderator}

I use Lightroom Classic on my Mac to edit photos taken with my Sony A7Iv. I want to start shooting raw photos with a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I plan to use Lightroom Mobile to do some editing on the phone though I do not anticipate doing a lot of editing. 1. which 3rd party camera app on iPhone do you recommend for shooting raw photos? 2. can anyone suggest a workflow for shooting the raw photos, doing editing on them in Lightroom Mobile and then getting them in my Mac for further editing in Lightroom Classic?Thanks

It's that simple. I have used PS for many uyears, but I stopped for a bit, around 2020, then resumed in 2024. And now I find that many of my old shortcuts, such as Command-C  for "Copy ", and Command-V for "paste", don't work. I can't tell what I'm doing wrong. This is pretty basic stuff, and I can't do it anymore. Should I switch to Affinity? Any and all help will be appreciated. I'm on an M1 Mac Mini runing Sequoia 15.0.1.

Hi Team ! i try to use the function "Archive to local storage", eith on an album or a folder. Then i can select the location of the archive, then "delete" as it's supposed to delete the folder, but nothing happen. No reaction on the software, network... Nothing happen, everything stays as it is.i tried to uninstall/reinstall the lightroom software, reboot, try another local folder.....anyone has encounter this issue ?thanks for your input. 

Is there any way to filter or sort by camera ratings in the import preview with LR mobile? I shoot several hundreds of photos during a game and rate the best during shooting. I need to load (from card)only the rated shots for in game social media posting . There is not time to load all the photos from the card and then filter.

Chrome browser on a Chromebook. Version 126.0.6478.222 (Official Build) (64-bit) lightroom.adobe.com   It was working fine 2 days ago.    Thanks for any help you can provide.        

Is there any scrolling acceleration when viewing a single image and trying to navigate to the next images? I am using an external mouse with a traditional mouse wheel on a mac.  Many thanks in advance.

Since version 7.1.2, color calibration is once again not available in the cloud based Lightroom (Windows version), even though it has been added in a previous update. Why?

Good day,I'm having a problem with Lightroom and I can't find a topic on this forum that answers my question. When I open Lightroom I get the following two messages. As soon as I click this away, Lightroom opens, but remains empty and nothing works. Who knows the solution? Thanks in advance!  

Hi everyone,I recently discovered that, for some unknown reason, the date on my camera was set one day ahead for a period of two months. As a result, all 6000 photos taken during that time have the wrong date, with one extra day.I’m using Lightroom (cloud) and I’m looking for a way to automatically shift all the photos back by one day, while keeping the exact times of the captures. I haven't found any option in Lightroom (cloud) to adjust the date for a large batch, and I’d prefer to avoid doing it manually for each photo.Does anyone have a solution for fixing this efficiently? Maybe with Lightroom or some external tool?Thanks a lot for your help!

Trying the load RAW images from my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and all of a sudden Lightroom (on my Mac) is giving me the message "We're searching for images. This could take a while. You can wait, or cancel the import and try a different source. If you are importing from a phone, please make sure it's unlocked." It spins until my camera goes to sleep and then says "No images that can be imported were found in the selected source. If you are importing from a phone, please make sure it's unlocked." I have loaded RAW images in this way many times with no problems. Wondering if this is related to the most recent update? Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Hi all I'm having issues reinstating my Lightroom mobile subscription on Android. It used to show up in the Play Store until a couple of days after it expried and now I've come to renew it's not there. When I log into my Adobe account on the Adobe website is shows up under plans, but no matter what I try - cancel, change, manage payment it just says "Visit the Google Store to make changes to your plan." Nothing showing up under subs in the Play Store.  I've tried signing out of the app and signing back in. I've tried tapping on premium features to launch the upgrade, the upgrade just takes me to the Adobe websiite and the website says go to the Play Store. I've even tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Google account and tried through Google support, who tell me to contact Adobe. Thanks

My Lightroom says it's synced all by 28 photos in a collection out of 3419 and keeps saying this number, they on on the website link when I visit that but no appearing on the Lightroom Mobile app. Any clues? 

my lightroom cc , desktop version crash's at startup.  uninstalled and updated  reinstalled same problem  running through school enterprise. MAC ios 12.7   All other adobe apps work fine?

Hi, I've been aplying Adobe's Camera Matching Profiles for Nikon Z6 III to my photos in the desktop and mobile apps.Now I tried to access the photos in Lightroom Web, but there, the profile is indicated as "missing".Are the profiles just not available in the web version yet or could there be something wrong with my library?Thank you!  

I'm teaching Lightroom to my photography students and one of them is having issues with how the images render in Lightroom. Every time they add an image into the latest version of Lightroom the image is more pixelated than the original jpeg file. At first, I thought it was because the image didn't download properly but then I watched him directly download the image from the SD card to Lightroom and it still did the same thing. Then, I thought it was because the jpeg file might be too small, so I had him try to download a RAW file and it still did the same thing. After researching it a bit the above solutions are all I could find/come up with. Please help!!

Hello, I am building my new Adobe portfolio site, based on "Rose" template and have an issue with panoramic photos being shown too small on the live site. I save all my photos, no matter of the aspect ratio with height of 1200 px. I use the Grid view to show photos on the different pages of my site and on one and the same page I have different aspect photos - 1:1, 3:2 and 16:9, all of them saved with 1200 px height. The issue is that the 1:1 and 3:2 photos are shown at 100% zoom on the live site and when you browse through them, the height of the photos doesn't change visually - only the width - just exactly how it should be. But when I come to the 16:9 photo, it is shown not at 100% and its height is smaller than that of the 1:1 and 3:2 photos. There is enough space though on the right and the left side for the 16:9 photo to be shown correctly at 100%, so the resizing is not necessarry. This is even more pronounced on a 4k monitor, where there are huge white spaces around all fou

I just downloaded LR Classic.  I am having trouble tyring to access the sub folders on my external hard drive.  I can access the subfolders when I choose Cloud.  But I would rather access subfolders Locally  on my external hard drive.  When I clicked on the EHD, i got an "access denied message.. I do not have permission" message.  I went into Apple Settings> Privacy Security> and clicked on LR and saved the changes.  But that did not solve the problem.  What can I do?

Whenever I click and try to view the pictures i have taken the program will freeze and restart. I cannot even view anything.  Specs are bellow! Please let me know if there is something im doing wrong. Windows 11 Ryzen 7 7800X3D RX 7900 XT 64 GB DDR5 Ram
