Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Dear Adobe,since you dont give me any other option to get to your support, i have to post it here.I just renewed my lightroom mobile subscription on the ipad, but it crashed. Now apple-Store shows me that I have succesfully subscriped and am paying 4,99, but in the lightroom app, choosing restore purchases doesnt work. Just shows me a rotating circle for like ever.Installed Lightroom mobile on iphone, same result!Could you please fix my account!And why do i have to post this in a forum, and not just give me a [......]  email-adress?????Very bad user experience!!JM[Moderator note: profanity removed on public forum according to forum rules.]

Issue: When editing in HDR in Lightroom for iOS, the histogram shows the message "HDR Unavailable" (see screenshot). Additionally, photos that are edited in HDR sometimes do not show as HDR in the grid view. Lightroom for iOS version number: 10.0.1iOS version number: 18.1 (production version)iPhone 16 Pro Steps to reproduce: 1. Open photo from the Grid view2. Select "Edit in HDR mode"3. Open HDR histogram Expected result 1. SDR and HDR histograms presented, all white lettering2. HDR-edited photos are identified as HDR in the grid and can be filtered Actual result 1. red "HDR Unavailable" message under histogram with link to learn more2. HDR-edited photo not marked as HDR in the grid and cannot be filtered. Some are marked as such, some aren't. Workaround/Fix1. Disable "Auto-Brightness" in iOS accessibility. I use LRC on my Mac desktop, LR on my laptop (Macbook Air); LR on my iPad (Gen. 5), and LR on my iPhone (16 pro).  I also occasionally use and make edits in LR web. Edits that I make in LRC, show in the grid previews on all other devices except my iPhone.  If I view a slideshow on my laptop, iPad or on the web, all photos display with the most current edits.  When I view a slideshow on my iPhone, it does not show the current edits (it doesn't seem to show any edits from LRC). All versions of LR are the most currect, and all iOS and OS are current.  Also, when I import RAW photos from my iPhone to LR, I use most compatible (and not Apple's proprietary HEIF).  I also do not have any HDR photos, nor do I use HDR to edit.

Hi,as the title say, I´ve importet quirw a few profiles of cameras I dont use anymore, how can I delete them in Lightroom 8.0 on my Mac?Thanks,Peter

I have installed this Lightroom app and subscribe to it. Upon checking that it can't serve the purpose I deactivated the plan on the same day while I was on free trial. Yesterday I have been robbed by the company. And now when I am deleting my account, it says that I must first cancel the active substitution. When I go to cancel the subscription it only says RENEW.What an absolute SCAM!!!

My plan is the £9.98 per month option.Really pleased with my first try at enhancing and editing my photo but realised I cannot print it.What good is that ??Do you think I have been scammed ??Looking forward to getting some advice and help before my trial period finishes.Many thanks and kind regards  

Here's a support post for the forum: --- Hello, I've noticed a major issue with my Lightroom Cloud catalog. My photo collection, which includes about 60,000 photos, is no longer complete. Photos from the past four or five years (2019-2024) have disappeared. Instead, I now see older photos (6+ years old) repeating multiple times, which I definitely did not set up intentionally. I have synchronization enabled across all my devices, including an iOS iPhone, an iPad, and multiple Windows clients (Windows 10 and 11). However, the same issue appears on all of them, and I can't see the current state of my catalog in the browser either. None of these missing photos were deleted by me. Up until a week or two ago, everything was fine; my catalog was complete and organized chronologically. What's happening here? Why have my photos disappeared? Thank you in advance for your help. A. Leider kann mein iMac altersbedingt keine BS höher als 12.x updaten, ab dem neuen LR 8.0 ist mindestens 13.x erforderlich. Muss ich jetzt ewig mit LR 7.5 witerarbeiten? Bekomme ich damit irgendwann Probleme?

I get the following error when starting Lightroom, letting it shut down immediately ofter hitting ok: Sysinfo:I get this error on my MacBook Air using several internet connection. Weirdly, both mobile app and Lightroom on my MacBook Pro run fine.  Network blocks are highly unlikely since I also checked via mobile tethering, also logging out and in. LR will show the login screen after logout in CC, but then proceed to the same error screen and shut down after login. Any ideas?

Simple question, Does anyone know what this is about? I have the photos saved in and imported from my local drive. There should be absolutley no downloading when editing.   I dont like to put on my tin foil hat. If this about AI crap, I will be unsubcribing and moving on. 

I came across what I believe is a bug in the selection behavior. I recall performing a similar operation in the past and not having this behavior. I was going through my library today and catching up on building some collections. We frequent Disney World often. So I usually start by just going thorugh and selecting those photos and getting them out of the way. How I could perform this prevsiouly, and what is standard Mac behavior, is I would select a photo then shift select the last photo in that group. Scroll to the next photo that would go with that collection. Command click to select that single photo, then shift click to select the last photo in that group. What this should do is give me 2 groups of photos, with a break in the middle.  What is happening is the final shift click is causing everything from the first selected photo in the first group through the final photo being shift clicked to be selected. Hello dear people of the forum, I came across this issue while trying to export my newly edited set of pictures. I tried saving the entire set, but it ended up only exporting six of 41 pictures. Since then, exporting takes ages and doesn't even finish. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance, Moritz.

Hi,  I did a refresh and today in Lightroom and I am missing several options.Export to PhotoshopExport Size, logo options, formatCopy and past settings Please assist. with link of information or possible issues.

I've paid for premium features and they're not working. It says that my subscription expired but it didn't and I can see it in my App Store purchases. I've tried logging out, restarting device, canceling the purchase and paying for it again but nothing works.

I uploaded raw images to my Lightroom mobile over the yearsrecebtly I wanted to print those and noticed that for some reason all of the images are no longer RAW, but JPGis there a bug? Am I missing something?

Desde que instalé la aplicación solo he podido sacar fotos con ella con formato JPEG con la cámara trasera y con importación normal, sin errores. Ahora bien, cuando pongo el formato DNG, saco la foto y espero a que se importe me dice que esa foto no ha podido importarse. He entrado a los archivos de Lightroom desde el almacenamiento interno y están las fotos RAW, todas y cada una de las que no me ha dejado importar, pero cuando intento abrirlas en Lightroom nuevamente no me deja. Con la cámara delantera no hay error alguno, me deja sacar fotos tanto JPEG como DNG. Gracias.

So, I have this problem where I can't download adobe lightroom, because it won't run on my OS. Muss man ein bestimmtes Abo im Zusammenhang mit Presets in Lightroom haben oder darf man mit dem Foto-Abo (20 GB) ebenfalls Lightroom Presets kostenlos verwenden?

  

Lightroom can't access files on my disc or on an external drive either. When I try to open them in Lightroom I get: "Folder cannot be opened because you do not have permission to see its content." I have permission to see that content with Photoshop, with Capture One, with Preview etc. I've gone into the permissions on the folders in my Mac and made sure they're unlocked and "everyone" has read + write access... I've gone into my Privacy and Security in my OS settings and granted full disk access to Lightroom... I don't know what else to do.

I have 1500 photos from a 3 week trip in an Album in Photos. I can't get to the Album level when I import into Lightroom. It only gives me a choice to import all photos. Is there a way around this?
