Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I generally process Canon CR2 files and then Export As jpeg to output files. I have been happy with the results, which reflect my Lightroom edits. Today, I processed some jpegs from a Fuji compact camera and again Exported As jpeg. I noticed that some of the Exported As jpegs were much darker than they appeared in my Lightroom app after editing. I have never noticed this before. I then saved the same files using Save To Device instead and this time they faithfully reflected my Lightroom edits. I don't understand the difference between these to output choices. What I do notice is that exporting my edits using Save To Device takes longer than Export As jpeg, however. Can anybody shed any light on my experience? Thanks.

WHen I am in Grid mode in LR Web, photos are overlayed with their name, size, resolution ... some metadata. It almost covers the photo entirely when vignettes are small. I can't see the photos clearly any more.I dont remember this was by default before, or perhaps you could remove it by pressing J several times.I cannot find where to hide those metadata in the various menus of LR Web. If my explanation is unclear, and you are more used to the LR app on iphone/ipad, this can be done by tapping 2 fingers several times, until no more information is displayed on the photos in the gris view). can someone help please? thxdan 

Previously after editing a picture when I went back to the album in Lightroom it would show two fingernails. One had a download arrow and the other one had a pencil. I discovered that the one with the pencil has always been the original and so I deleted those. Now, After editing pictures it is only showing the one with the pencil. When I tap on that it does open up with my edits. If I tell it to save to device it still does not show up with the download arrow.  I can't find the originals to delete any longer. I have looked on the device as well as in the Lightroom albums that are showing. As a secondary question, I am an amateur so don't need the originals after they are edited. Is there no way to simply overwrite the original?Thank you for your help.

Hi - my Lightroom Mobile no longer pulls up thumbnail previews for my overall library as well as for different albums. I've tried clearing the cache and disabling full resolution loading. Any suggestions?

Hi, I need to find out how much space I am using from my purchased storage, please. 

My cloud storage is almost full but I dont actually want to use cloud storage since I pay for extra Google Drive space and would prefer to just store photos there.  How can I stop using the cloud and just store them locally on Google Drive. I've read it's better to use Lightroom Classic for this? How would I transfer my photos to Classic? Also any other tips and tricks to keep your photo library smaller? 

Hi all, is something like this possible: 1) Take RAW/ProRAW photos on an iPhone, import them into LR mobile, develop them in LR mobile(I have this much sorted out) 2) Move the RAW/ProRAW photos along with their adjustment settings from the iPhone to my Mac running LR Classic -- but WITHOUT syncing them from LR mobile to Adobe's Cloud, then syncing from Adobe's Cloud to LR Classic on my Mac? I'm hoping to take better quality photos with the mobile on the go, but then keep everything centralized in my LR Classic -- and seems much better if I can do this: Developed photos on LR moble >>> Developed photos in LR Classic Rather than: Developed photos on LR moble>>> Adobe's Cloud >>> Developed photos in LR Classic Thanks for any suggestions!

On my Device tab in iOS app, I have to open a photo and then close it before it is marked with LR. In other words, Lightroom is not properly marking imported photos I have to take this extra step to determine whether photos have already been imported.  

Android Lightroom Mobile will not start and completely stops working when switched to airplane mode or when there is no internet connection, such as during a long trip on an international ship. This issue occurs because, after restarting Lightroom a few times (usually 3-4 times) offline, Google Play begins to block it.Once this happens, I cannot get back into Lightroom until it is back online. In the meantime, Google Play just tells me to pass the time with a boring mini-game until I get back online!When I disabled Google Play, a white dialogue box with just 'CLOSE' appears immediately after Lightroom starts up. In the end, nothing can be done.Please, please fix it so that Lightroom works without Google Play in an offline environment.

Hello, wondering if anyone else recently experienced that the HDR option in Lightroom is unavailable.  I've used the option for many months, and on this windows 11 device for the past 3 months until I noticed today while editing, the option was unavailable.   I've tried to enable it through my systems displays settings but it's only showing SDR as the primary option and HDR available for video only.  Could it be a driver update?

I'm trying to figure out how to delete photos from the Lightroom mobile app, without it deleting the original from my phones camera roll. Everytime I go to delete a photo that I've given Lightroom access to from the app, it deletes the original from my camera roll and I have to restore it from the trash. I do not have anything synced to the cloud, this is all done on device. Note: I'm on the latest version on ios. (iphone)

I have a problem when trying to sreate a slideshow in lightroom whoch continually rearranges the photos in the filmstrip whne creating a slideshow from a collection. Now the photos in the collection are not in a subfolder and are set to custom order in the library and slideshow. Here is the strange thing- when previewing the slideshow the order is correct but whenever the slideshow is created the order is changed. i have created a new colelction and re-added the same phots but have the same issue each time. Any help gratefully received- it is infurating..?I am running Lightroom Calssic 14.1 on mac OS 14 sonoma

Hello, I cannot use Lightroom's AI mask creation functions. When trying to use this function I get a message saying "some Ai skins need to be updated." I click update but nothing happens.
