Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi guys! I recently purchased some lightroom mobile presets (I don't have paid desktop subscription, just the free phone app) and I was told they would sync to my new phone. However I logged into my account and they aren't there, Does anyone know how to get them onto my new phone? Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Lightroom where I can’t save my edits. The error message says: "Could not save your edits. The photo might have been renamed, moved, or deleted. Please re-open the photo and try again.Has anyone encountered this error before? How can I fix this?

Hi,I love Lightroom Mobile, but the blurry transition when switching between before and after views is distracting and hurting my eyes. Is there an option to turn this off?

When syncing a large catalog (downloading all originals), Lightroom uses more and more memory (60 GB or more) until the entire system crashes. This problem occurs on multiple M1 Macs that I've tried. The computers all have at least 16 GB of RAM.  I've tried disabling GPU support, and I've reduced the cache size to the recommended 10 GB, but the problem remains. My catalog is on an external hard drive, not part of any cloud syncing. I've tried deleting and creating the catalog fresh, but the problem persists. The problem does not happen on computers that are already synced. The problem happens on both MacOS Sonoma and Ventura. 

Hi,I've been searching for an answer to this question but I can't find anything useful.I added a demo pack of RNI Films 5 profiles and they now appear in the profiles list within Lightroom CC as seen in this screen shot:              How do I delete those RNI Films profiles from my Lightroom CC account?I've tried right click but it just gives me the option to hide.I've tried the Manage Profiles option but again I can only hide them.I've tried deleting them from the following directory:/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Settings/ There doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of them in Lightroom CC, does anyone know if this is possible or have Adobe overlooked this one? The reason I want to delete them is because when I use Lightroom on my iPhone or iPad they are not hidden and there is no option to hide them even if i've selected to hide them in Lightroom CC on my MacBook. 

It looks like something with Lightroom is incorrectly processing Samsung s23 ultra expert raw photos. They now immediately turn green when opened in Lightroom. This was not the case before. The bottom are photos that were done before and the top are what happens to them now.  

Any photographers use the cloud-based version of Lightroom just to catalog and organize a shared photo collection? I am only familiar with the desktop version. Asking because I I have a project where I will be editing a photo collection for someone. And by "editing" I mean culling / choosing best photos and organizing them by keywords or ratings, folders, etc. Also - Will my client have to pay to access (and help organize) this online catalog? Any photo manipulation or color correction will happen later - on desktop only. This online version is purely for purposes of online sharing a photo collection, organizing it, and allowing the client to see (and participate in) the organization. Thanks in advance!

Ich bearbeite seit kurzem  Fotos in Lightroom Mobile auf meinem iPad. Grundsätzlich nutze ich die Smart Vorschau. Bisher ging ich immer davon aus, dass nach der Bearbeitung bei einem Export als JPEG die höchste (original) Bildqualität zum rendern verwendet wird.Meine bisherige Annahme: Bearbeitung auf dem iPad mit der Smart Vorschau -> Export als JPG verwendet die Original Datei, um die Lightroom Änderungen in das bestmögliche JPEG zu verwandeln. Ich habe jetzt aber einen Test gemacht, indem ich die Originaldatei runtergeladen und danach mit den Lightroom Änderungen exportiert habe. Die Qualität des entstandenen JPEGs unterscheidet sich deutlich und ist besser (Auch wenn die Dateigröße nur minimal größer ist). Nach einen Test mit Originaldatei: Bearbeitung auf iPad mit Originaldatei -> Export als JPG -> Bessere JPEG Qualität, als wenn ich die Smart Vorschau als Grundlage verwende 3 Fragen: stimmt das oder mache ich einen Nutzer Fehler? Some of my older images show this "there is no original backed up to the cloud, but a smart preview is available." at the bottom right... I just installed Lightroom CC and are also using Lightroom Classic at the same time, both latest version.What can I do to have them synced and backed up like the rest?Thank youAlex

Today I went to check my lightroom mobile and i had to log back in, though I have no idea why I got logged off... anyway, as soon as the app opens up, all my photos and all my presets are gone, totally completely gone. it's says empty cache, however it also says 75gb used??? I checked Lightroom web, but since i've been using a free version, no pictures were recovered. I have not deleted my app, but would like the over 1200 photos in edit back... I checked the last backup of my phone, but could not recover a previous version of the app and its contents... Kindly requesting some help, pretty please.?!

I have a RAW photo that I am trying to print on t shirts and the printing co said I need 300 ppi or higher. Even when choosing Custom -> Inches or just typing  300 ppi in the ppi spot, this pop-up appears stating "Resolution has to be between 1 and 240. Closest value used." What does this mean, and how do I get the ppi higher? I have version 8.0. 

I don't know what happened but when my subscription expired, all my photos on my Lightroom Mobile app disappeared. I can't access them in the cloud, but it still shows that 597 are still there. My iPhone also shows that Lightroom Mobile is still taking up 2.93 GB on my phone, so hopefully photos are still locally stored. I don't know what to do and would appreciate any help in recovering my library. Thank you

I just downloaded the NIK 7 thirty day trial version and it is easily accessed and used in Photoshop Creative Cloud.I prefer to do most of my processing in Lightroom CC and I can't figure out how to use NIK while in Lightroom - can't find it!Can anybody help me figure out what I am missing?Thanks.

Hello there! I literally used lightroom a couple of days ago and had NO issues. Today I go in, edit a photo and go to save it (I click the Share button, make sure the settings are where I want them via Custom, click Export 1 Photo) and it thinks about it for a few moments and then gives me this error that I will include a screenshot of in the post. I've restarted my computer. I've restarted lightroom and also restarted it again while holding down alt and ctrl to reset the lightroom settings. Still won't work. Is lightroom just on the fritz right now? I've used it for years and have never experienced this.  Please help, I would seriously appreciate it haha. I'm losing my mind over here and have photos for a client to do

I downloaded Lightroom onto my iPhone 16. I have an Adobe plan that includes all apps. When I click "Continue with Adobe" to log in, I cannot click into the box where I should enter my email address.  When I click the Safari icon at the bottom of the screen and successfully log into Adobe there, and click "Continue in Lightroom," it goes right back to the screen asking me to log in with Adobe, with Apple, with Google, or with Facebook. 

Hallo,LR belegt auf meinem Iphone rund 40 GB Speicher. Versuche nun seit 2 Tagen rauszufinden wie ich diesen Speicher bereinigen könnte bzw. alte LR-Fotos löschen könnte. Bisherige Maßnahmen für diesen Speicher erfolglos. Auch über die Plattform auf dem Mac kann ich alte LR-Fotos nicht löschen. Alles mögliche geht, Alben anlegen usw., aber einfach nur löschen... Keine Ahnung, ich finde es nicht. Kann mir da evtl. jemand helfen? Vielen Dank schon mal, Sabine

After the last update, I can no longer get my viewed picture to re-center when I'm opening the edit tab.  This ends up cutting part of the picture which is anoying as I have to manually re-center it.  Is there a quick solution to this issue?Thanks!

Hi, there.My Lightroom Mobile app seem to be stuck on "loading" after the latest updates. No images actually loading. Worked great before. Any ideas?Thank you.Peter

I have the LR iphone app as well as the LR Mac desktop app. All of my pictures appear in the desktop app (not LRc) but only some show up in the iphone app. The rest in the iphone app are black squares. If I press on one of the black squares it shows me the picture but the picture never shows automatically.

Running latest Lightroom cloud 6.2 on Mac OS Ventura M2 Pro, white balance selector doesn't work. Pressing W turns cursor to zoom (and it zooms when clicked), and directly clicking on WB selector has the same effect. I realize the same was replied to a post on 19th of March 2023 by HenryJames, but he was told it was "highly unlikely".
