Hi! I have purchased some presets on etsy and when i try to upload the dng file to lightroom, the option to "create preset" is greyed out and i can't click it. i've uploaded many presets before so im not sure why it isn't working anymore. When using aspects of the "people" mask I can't see the changes live. I have to make a change, click to reconfigure the mask, click again to update the aspects of the mask and then the change is made and I can see if I like it. It's impossible to see the nuances of the photo. Also, if I click off the photo and return to it later it requires me to go through the reconfiguring and updates again. For each and every mask I make. If I update the people masks then the backgroud mask, the people masks then need updating again. Whatever you have done to "update" the AI, it is not good and majorly frustrating.    [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

How do I change the numerial sort order to match Windows? For example whens sorting by name, image number 2 is being sorted after image 199 in the sort order....Windows sorts it numerical...Lightroom sorts it strictly by the first number priority....This is throwing my orders all out of sequence.  

Hello,  I'm looking for some help with exporting some photos with Lightroom on a PC. My wife recently did 2 newborn shoots for some friends of ours. She's edited the photos and now we're wanting to export them. Whenever they're exported, they look very blurry when pulled up on an iPhone 13 Pro. I don't know what's causing this issue and we're needing some help please. We shoot with a Nikon Z6. 

When i edit any photo, and when im almost finishing it, then Lightroom (i got premium version on mobile) kicks me out of the photo and then its not edited...How i can fix it?Last time when I had lightroom premium everything worked well

Adobe CC has kindly advised that both Lightroom Classic and CC cannot be updated on my iMac until the operating system is updated.     Upgrade of the operating system would require purchase of a new iMac which is not economically viable for a perfectly running computer.   Will subscriptions be lowered since the subscribed update service is no longer provided?    

With collaborative proofing is presented with a grid of small thumbnails which doesn't show sufficient detail for a selection to be made.  I can click on an image to enlarge it when logged into my account but this functionality doesn't exist for the client.  Is there a way to enlarge the thumnails or allow different permissions so that they can see more detail? ThanksRob 

Hola, en la reciente actualización para los dispositivos Apple de Lr mobile, quitaron el ajuste para poder colorear metadatos al seleccionar varias fotos. Era el icono de información y descripción la momento de seleccionar. Ojalá regrese pronto, para los que trabajamos el día a día nos era muy útil ya poder poner metadatos en bloque. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this? I've opened and closed the app, uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted by computer, etc., but every time I open it today it's like this. Aside from the tiny display being annoying, the whole app is unusable because anytime I click, the click happens several inches to the left of the cursor. This is only happening in this app, none of the other screens or programs on my computer.  I'm running Windows 11 on a surface pro, there are no updates available for LR that I've missed, there isn't an external monitor connected, I'm not getting any error messages when I open the program... I'm not sure what other info to include or where else to look for the problem. Any help would be appreciated, this is driving me crazy.   

I use both Classic and not Classic on MacBook Pro w/Sonoma. The Lightroom app shows that it is syncing in the Cloud Storage window and shows an album that is syncing. But when I filter all images by sync status, I get no images. I have attached a couple of images to show the status.

Memory card to reader to computer, at random, one or two or more DNG files that are imported imported are shown as corrupted in the desktop Lightroom application (MacOS).  in camera the files are fine, when I export from the camera to the native mobile app (iOS) then export from the photos app into Lightroom mobile (iOS) the file are not corrupted. this has happened at random with Lightroom and Lightroom CC.. why are they displayed as a corrupted file when the file is not corrupted. multiple premium SD cards/brands and readers were tested to see if it was an issue with the media, and they've all had issue upon importing into Lightroom 

I am really trying to use Lightroom CC as I just hate the catalog part of LRC. This last update is absolutely slow as hell in LRC and always seems to be loading something!My biggest issue with CC is that after using Adobe Denoise, the focus remains on the raw file and NOT on the created DNG. This to me is just NOT how it should be and is NOT how LRC (and ARC I think) behave. If that were changed or at least have an option to do that I would be set.So, because I have asked this before and basically got ignored, I am thinking of going in a bit different direction.If I buy and use Topaz Photo AI through CC, when it returns to CC after denoising, will the focus be on the DNG or the RAW?

Issue: When I use the AI Noise reduction in Lightroom, the colors in the resulting new DNG seem to have more blue in them. The camera I'm using is a Fujifilm X100V with the latest firmware (3.0.1). Lightroom version is 7.4.1.  To reproduce: Apply AI Noise Reduction (I used level 20) to an X100V RAW file; Compare colors.Sample before and after photos below.

Hi, I'm giving Lightroom a try after years using Capture One. I've been doing some strong light still lives using Phase One's Extended capture, which adds 3 stops of dynamic range, blending two exposures in camera, which can give very dark files when exposing to highlights. The shadows raise fine in C1 but are turning magenta in LR. I haven't tried non extended capture files in Lightroom yet as I'm most interested in making use of the 18 stop (it is said) extended capture files. I've attached a screenshot which doesn't render the HDR the file was developed in, but shows the magenta cast which happens mostly in the corners, which is interesting, as if it were a lens cast issue... but the lens is a 90mm Rodenstock on a BSI, I think it's called, sensor which generally doesn't require a lens cast correction, but maybe a LCC would help in this case, but Lightroom doesn't offer LCC that I know of so I don't know how I would use a lens cast corrected file made in Capture one in Lightroom as t

Hallo,ich komme gerade aus dem Urlaub und habe viele Fotos auf dem iPad in LR mobile gemacht und in die Cloud hochgeladen.Jetzt möchte ich diese Fotos (sind in Ordnern) zuhause mit meinem Rechner sychronisieren. In der Vergangenheit funktionierte das problemlos. Jetzt sagt mein Rechner aber, dass alles sychronisiert wäre, obwohl noch kein einziges neues Foto synchronisiert wurde.Was kann ich tun?LG,Gesine

I am having an issue with Lightroom CC this annoying continuous syncing 1 item  ( I don't know which photo it is and the grid isn't helping me) for hours and it's driving me crazy. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The issue is still at hand. Is there a fix for this issue? I am using MacOS.
