Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hallo zusammen! Bei einigen Bildern erkennt Lightroom nicht, dass sich eine Person auf dem Bild befindet. Möchte ich nun dieses Bild mit einer Person verschlagworten, klicke ich laut Anleitung auf "Stichwörter". Allerdings fehlt in diesem Fall oben die Option "Personen". Wie kann ich denn trotzden eine (oder mehrere) Personen einem Bild zuweisen? Ich verwende Lightroom Version: 7.1.1 Vielen Dank!Wolfgang

I purchased 1y premium plan in lightroom android app, used it for a couple of days then premium functions just disappears. I cannot restore purchase. I see in google play store reviews that many people face similar issue. about 10 similar comments in past few weeks. I believe this is a bug in your app.

I have contrast difference in my image while exporting from photoshop or lightroom. Could anyone help me how to resolve this ?

In trying to utilize fill & sign in Adobe acrobat I found I couldn't upload a 200kb file to my adobe cloud. Upon research and assistance from tech support I discovered that for the past serveral years everything I did in lightroom was being stored in the adobe cloud.Support suggested i could delete that data off the cloud and then turn off syncing on the app. So I did just that. Deleted all images, folder and albums off the adobe cloud. Only to have the app immediately sync upon launching and delete all my albums, folders and other data.The customer service guy was horrible and couldn't or wouldn't help try to recover that data, and basically said my years of work have been lost. I know I still have the images locally, but all of my organization and editing has been lost.Does anyone know if those albums are retrievable? Does Lightroom CC store any sort of preferences that I can reload to recover locally on my mac?

Hi, I'm using lightroom mobile and I'm facing a problem.When importing, the application changes the file name. How to fix it? 

Is it possible to horizontal flip just a section of a photo. My wife wants to hang a print of her own painting but wants it to look the other direction. It is easy to flip the image horizontal but then her signature on the painting is backwards. I can of course remove the signature but is there a way to flip just the signature back so it is right ?

Here's my pb: I shared several albums with my colleague who has free access to adobe creative cloud. He doesn't seem to be able to search for photos by keywords in the albums I shared with him. Is this feature not present on free accounts. Thanks for your feedback 

If you insert a camera card and attempt to edit images while still on the card.  Lightroom will permit this and writes XMP data back to the source volume.  Since Camera cards are often erased and reused, the image files and the edits are lost.Lightroom needs to prohibit users from edits in the Local mode until the images have been copied to a permanent storage location.  The minimum solution should be a severe warning when ever the user attempts to access images on a camera card (SD, CF Express, XQD etc.)

I have moved recently to Windows 11 Pro and seem to have issues with Lightroom when browsing photos, editing them and exporting some of these. Hi, can you tell me why lightroom can't write to my new ADATA 1TB external ssd that I use for all my photo storage. The catalog is on the internal storage of my Macbook Air m1 laptop. The main problem is with the files I am trying to sync with my other devices as you will see from the lightroom message

I have had the worst issues for the last 3-4 weeks. edits NEVER SYNC, whether I'm on my phone or PC. The little trick that the tech team told us to do, has not worked. Everything is lagging and I had to re-edit almost an entire wedding 3 days ago. I am starting to lose hope. I wish they would fix these issues, this is totally unacceptable for the price we pay. I can't even use the program right now it's so bad. I've been brought to tears so many times in the past month because I'm so frustrated and tired of this.  DEVELOPERS- PLEASE give us an update to fix these bugs! I hate to go to another software but I am running out of options and my business is suffering!

Hola, Saludos a todos, se me daño el móvil y al instalar Ligthroom en el nuevo equipo, me doy cuenta que perdí todos mis ajustes personales, mis preset. Hay alguna manera de recuperarlos.

I was able to edit photos fine (offline as well) without any issues until I subscribed a few days ago. I have tried toggling the "Store Locally" option hoping that it would speed up the loading (the spinning wheel each time I open a photo). This did not work. In addition, I turned on Airplane mode in my phone and tried editing, expecting that it would let me edit my photos as I have "stored them locally" but it prompts the error "Failed to load development version"Can anyone please help me with this?

Is there a known issue with 7.1.2 and the Win11 23H2 update?I updated to 23H2 at the weekend, and now LR crashes regularly - mainly when selecting the Masking tool.I've tried setting GPU to off - that slowed everything down, but didn't fix it.Win11 23H2, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650 - all drivers up to date... 

Hello I've downloaded new fonts via Creative Cloud and installed them on my iphone and Ipad. But impossible to find them for my watermark on Lightroom mobile !! Any tips to help me ?many thaks bu advance 

So I'm a long time Lightroom Classic user who has recently purchased an Ipad pro to work into my workflow. Ideal uses for the ipad are (1) a secondary bluetooth LRC display for clients on shoots, (2) A more portable and fun editing tool (apple pencil, etc..), and (3) general "Wow" factor when displaying work. For 90% of my shooting, I am tethered to my macbook (natively), so right off the bat, I believe I am limited to Lightroom Classic. (Im not interested in a 3rd party tethering solution. I've been down that road!) After a week or so of working with the Ipad and LRC in tandem, I'm scratching my head about a couple things, and was hoping I might get some help here.. 1- Biggest Problem! I dont seem to be able to sync the full size raw images to my adobe cloud. Once I create a collection in LRC and sync that collection to the cloud, I only get very small smart previews, and there doesnt seem to be any option to sync the full size files. I find the smart previews very frustrati

In the Desktop (Mac) version of Lightroom (Cloud), there is an option to display Albums by Name only (no thumbnail image). Is there a way to do this in the mobile (iOS) version?
