Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm trying to use the iPad as my lightweight travel option but have found that imports fail when trying to load PhaseOne IQ160 Raw files (approx 60MB files) I can import the files to the iPad Photo Library and I can copy them from the CF card to iPad files. I've tried importing the Phase One Raws to Lightroom on the iPad from the CF card, the Photo Library and from a files folder but it always Fails to Import. Raws from my Canon and Fuji import to Lightroom on the iPad no problem. Is there a file size limitation or some other constraint preventing the import? Unfortunately the error message doesn't give any information on why the import failed.   Thanks for any advice.

Hi, when I enter the application and select a photo from my gallery to edit, the application closes. Thank you for your help 

I took about 400 sets of 3 bracketed exposures of the eclipse last week (so 1200 total images) using my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, in RAW.  However, when I attempt to do an HDR merge on any of the sets of 3 (and I've even tried narrowing it down to 2 images at a time), I only get the message "Unable to merge the selected photos.  Not enough matching imagery to merge".  While I haven't tried all 400 sets, I've tried over a dozen sets and always get the same message.  Photos were taken on a tripod, using a solar filter (until totality that is), with +/- 2 stops of exposure difference taken about one second apart (or less).  Unfortunately I can't attach examples as they are all over 50MB in size.  These sets of images should be tailor-made for HDR merge yet LR is saying there is not enough of an image match.  Really scratching my head on this one, hoping someone can help.   I'm using v. 7.2 of the cloud version of LightRoom, on MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1.&

On a PC Win 10 Pro using Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card. Displaying to my TV via HDMI at 4K.   If I dare to turn on the GPU in Lightroom preferences, UI performance becomes impossible. Pop-ups will half-appear. I can click on a button and nothing will happen for tens of seconds. Drop down menus will flicker.   I'm unsure what might be the problem. I'm not overclocking or otherwise doing anything strange. I worked with an Adobe tech but once they saw that disabling the GPU fixed the issues, they pushed back and said my system is to blame. Except I can play games without issue.   I'd live without the GPU except then I can't use HDR.   Thanks! -- Ethan  

Since updating to the latest version, v9.2.2, on Android, I've been encountering issues with the app. It gets stuck at "Preparing your cloud storage," failing to complete the process and sync properly. Additionally, whenever I restart the app, photos and presets vanish, forcing me to start from scratch each time.Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these frustrating problems?

Im using lightroom classic with lighroom amd photoshop 10$ monthly subscription, i do photography as a hobby, since last two years im not doing much of a photography and doing more video, considering that the account is useless, I have around 11000 pictures in classic and have synced around 700 with lighroom to edit on the go, since last year instead of editing on classic im directly importing in lightoom for ipad or iphone and editing there, having limitations of 20GB i looked for in app purchase which allow 20$ for year and 40GB, this seems perfect for me I signed up, and kept my old account as well, what i did I shared all my albums which I created in lightroom with old account and downloaded in new lightroom mobile account, there is a problem, this way I can't get the edits only esited version, but when i see in shared section incan see the edits but when I save them in my library then all the editing steps goes away, what is the best way to have these photos with editing 

Hi. Help needed please. I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 to edit. Apart from the app being slow and 'clunky', I constantly keep getting a message 'Lightroom is not responding', the screen then freezes and I have to close the whole thing down, unless I hit the 'wait' option then it let's me carry on for a few seconds then comes up again! LR version is v9.2.2. and the software is up to date on my tablet with 5.2gb of storage available. I regularly clear the app cache which is of little or no help and I have unjnstalled powered off and re-installed more times that I care to remember. The editing process is taking so long it's becoming unworkable. Over to you people of Adobe.

When I attempt to export my finalized photo edit in Lightroom (Lr), I encounter a message stating 'HDR is not visible in this preview' (though I'm uncertain if this is related to the issue). Additionally, upon exporting the photo, as evidenced by the attachment, it appears to have lost its vibrance. How can I ensure that the exported photo maintains the same appearance as in the editing view?  

i'm editing junior photos on lightroom on my phone, i noticed whenever i click on specific images the app makes the pictures look worse. i've tried swiping out of the app and resetting it. it's getting my aggravated because it gives me something harder to edit. someone please tell me how to fix this!

Try to import *.ARW from my Sony a7iV on my Journey through Norway on the Android Tablet Lightroom App (v8.2.3).-> Doesnot work:  'not supportet Format.' Same *.ARW Import on my Android Phone Lightroom App (v9.2.2) works.Alll the *.DNG Files from my Drone works on LR Mobile Tablet and Phone.  Is *.ARW (uncompressed) still not supported on the LR Mobile for Android Tablet (v8.2.3)? Best regards Andi  

Olá, Bom dia!Preciso saber se alguém mais está com problema no Mascaramento, localizar pessoas na foto. Desde que foi lançada na, na versão 12.0 do Lightroom, não consigo usar. A Adobre não tem conseguido ajudar na solução do problema e nem na indicação de um caminho a seguir para a solução. A placa gráfica que tenho é a GFORCE 730.  Aparentemente essa placa, por ser mais antiga, embora atenda às especificações, pode dar esse tipo de problema. Alguém aqui já passou por isso? Obrigado! 

Always getting the video export error and im unable to export or save to my device. Pls fix this. So horrible

I wonder who is quality testing Lightroom Android? The following issue has been there for a long time, and it is 100% reproducible on any Samsung Galaxy Phone (probably any other Android phone, but I have not tested). I attach a link to youtube video with screencast of my Galaxy Note 8 illustrating this issue.The pictures have different color (saturation, etc) depending on if you view them in "rate and review" mode, or "edit" mode. I am using lightroom LOCAL version and keep getting "system does not have enough system memory". I have to force quit. I talked to apple support today and ran the activity monitor , the system memory was yellow to red. They said it was a LR issue.. I tried to contact Adobe -- but no luck... any suggestions?? BTW I have a Macbook PRO, M1 pro chip, 16 GB RAM, 500GB hard drive storage available  

Hello, I've signed up to Lightroom 7.2 and would like to temporarily pause my subscription as I'm considering switching to a non-subscription based software. My photos and the catalogue are saved in the Lightroom cloud. How do I download the raw files and the catalogue?  Thanks, Henrik

I just updated my lightroom app mobile. Before updating I was able to import any kinds of photos either JPEG or HEIC however, after the update I can no longer import photos taken from an Iphone 12 or they are known for its HEIC photos. I already sent a diagnostic email but no reply.   Is there a way to resolve this? 😞    

Hi, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series can capture Super HDR images and videos. It can also display them in Gallery and Instagram apps, but ironically Galaxy S24 series users cannot access the HDR feature of Adobe Lightroom Mobile. When will Adobe relase update for this feature?

При обработке фото,приложение тормозит.При экспорте зависает.Раньше пользовался старыми версиями лайтрум,всё работало нормально.Но сейчас обязали поставить новую версию и она не  работает.

I had 5,000 photos stored locally on my iPad, went to sync them to save on storage, and when I clicked the sync button the app crashed and now all of my photos and albums are gone. Is there any way to get them back or what happened to my GBs of locally stored data?

Particularmente é o melhor editor de imagens para mobile. Só precisam aprimorar mais a IA de Detecção de objetos e principalmente Detecçãodo céu, se fosse possível ajustar junto com a IA já seria magnífico. Espero ter compartilhado algo bom para nossa comunidade. 

Hy! I got issue with the newest version of Lightroom Mobile. I updatd and since then I cannot log in via Google. All my paid presets are there  I could log inwith nornal Adobe acc, but my edits and presets are not there itnwas connected with my Google account. What can I do? I deleted, uninstall-installed 3 times. nothing happens. 😭😭😭   I did have copy. feom the mobile. presets I made,. it means all is gone if I cant log in anymore? 😢😢
