Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am a regular user of Camera Matching profiles for FujiFilm. I understand that the Fuji profiles do not appear in the Profiles list/grid for non-Fuji images. But I only have a single camera - a FujiFilm X-T4. The Camera Matching profiles are always present since all of my images identify themselves as genuine Fuji images. But after upgrading to LR 6.5, the Camera Matching section is not appearing for many of my images, taken with exactly the same camera.  The screenshots attached show the camera info (same for all), what it's supposed to look like and still does for images I shot just weeks ago, and how it appears for images shot today and recently.  Any ideas? Thanks.

Danach ist LR abgestürzt und hat sich geschlossen. Beim erneuten Programmstart, konnte der Katalalog nicht mehr geöffnet werden. Er sagt "Der Katalog ist beschädigt". ""Der beschädigte Katalog kann vorübergehend nicht repariert werden"... =(Was ist passiert? Es lief alles ohne Probleme und zack - auf einmal geht nichts mehr.. hat jemand eine Idee?   VG Nicole

Hello. Recently this started happening on my mobile, the regular "save to device" works as intended but I use the "export as" feature, what wrong? My LR mobile version is v9. 2.2

After working for days on a large batch of photos in Lightroom on my Android tablet, the app suddenly says that in order to keep using the app, I have to update it. I went ahead and updated it, and after reopening it, there was an announcement (with animated confetti) that the workflow now has improved and that it is no longer necessary to "Import" photos to Lightroom and that they can be edited where there are. While I welcome this change, it now appears that all of my previously imported files are simply gone without a trace. Adobe's support say if I don't have cloud syncing enabled, there's no way to retrieve the files.   Adobe honestly thinks that it's OK to roll out an update that: a) doesn't allow the user to decide when to install itb) deletes all imported files an edits that photographers could have spent countless hours on editing without possibility of retrieval andc) doesn't even warn users beforehand that this might happen   To add insult to injury, the Adobe supp

Hi,  I am trying to move photos from one account to another account through a shared album and it's taking ages to sync the photos.  I have uploaded 3760 to a shared album and my cloud icon in the top right says 'syncing items' however when i go onto the shared album on my new account (the one where i am trying to move them) there is only 87 photos in there and the cloud item top right shows 'syncing 205 items'.  it has been like this for a couple of weeks now and i'm not sure if theres anything i can do?  also attached the below photo as i have seen a previous post on here where you can filter by syncing photos, however when i do this on my old account it comes up with the below?  would really appreciate any advice on this as i would like to move across all my images asap and not sure what other way i can do it.  thanks! lexi 

Colored lines appear all over the new files imported to Lightroom desktop application on MacBook Pro. Same problem when i try to import the photos in photoshop camera raw aswell. However when i import the same image to lightroom web version, the file looks perfectly fine without any colored lines.  on macbook pro when i open the image in preview it says image locked. Not sure whats going on. i never had this issue ever. please help. posted some screen shots of the problem.

Bonjour à tous,  J'ai mis à jour le logiciel Lightroom (Lr) sur mon PC, J'ai bien l'option "Flou de l'objectif" qui c'est rajouté, mais cependant je n'ai pas les différentes options de "Bokeh" disponible (voir capture d'écran).... Comment je peux faire ? Merci à tous

Antes cuando modificabas las curvas en cuanto a la iluminacion se modificaba correctamente estos valores. Ahora si modificas hacia abajo de la diagonal los colores quedan saturados. Antes los colores no se veian afectados.

 Lightroom Mobile I can import my RAW file on Lightroom Mobile from canon EOS RP just one by one by clicking from CR3 file in my phone then send to adjust in LR. But I cannot import CR3 file directly by searching from Lightroom Mobile App Please, fix and solve this problem Thank you for attention.

Attention all photographers. Adobe cloud can't handle more than 45.000 photos, without becoming extremely unstable. I've been in touch with the support team about an export problem with lightroom and Adobe cloud. If you have to export 2-3 times before getting the edited photos exported, it means you have more than 45.000 photos in the cloud. The support team won't fix it, since it has been a problem for at least 5 years already.    I had to delete 20k photos, to get my work flow stable again. So goodbye 2019-2023.. Thx Adobe. 

Hi, Lightroom mobile fails to install on my 12 year old son's iPad. He has an Apple child account. The App Store app states that it won't install due to restrictions - however, Lightroom is marked as age 12+ and my son is 12 years old... So where is the problem? Thank you, Thomas.  

Over the past week, the iPad version of Lightroom app can import RAF raw photos from Fujifilm X100VI with no issues. However, Mac version of Lightroom app (non-classical) still doesn't recognize the RAF raw photos from X100VI.I have to always import the raw photos in iPad.Lightroom Classic on Mac works fine.How can the Mac version of Lightroom app get so outdated with iPad version? Is it related some local Lightroom configurations?

My folders need to be sorted each time I start Lightroom. It does not remember the sort I select?

In lightroom desktop the sync wheel on the right corner spins for ever and i have no files actually syncing.How ca i solve this?

Hi I just did some updates on my Macbook and for the creative cloud.And now i am trying to open the app and now a pop up comes up saying'You can't open the application "Adobe Lightroom" becausse it is being updated." Everything has already been updated can someone please help

Al querer compartir una edición en la Comunidad, primero me sale un mensaje de que la imagen está lista y puede compartirse, pero al seleccionarla desde mi perfil, me aparece ese mensaje  de que la edición sigue procesándose, no importa si han pasado horas. Ya intenté la sugerencia de mover algún parámetro directamente en la aplicación pero nada funciona.

I have Lr Classic on my Windows 10 PC.  The synchrobnise collections there appear in the Lightroom Cloud on the web.  They also appear in mt iPhone XS. On my ipad, however, they have stopped being updated.  Some appear without the image. The message says No Activity, Syncing interrupted, No internet connection. This process had worked well unti recently. I have tried removing and reinstating Lightromm on the iPad and power off the iPad right down to restart the OS. The internet connection is live and works for other apps.  I have nearly 15GB of free space on the iPad. How do I overcome this issue and get Lightroom to sync properly to the Lightroom cloud?

Tenho arquivos .ARW da minha sony na nuvem do LR MOBILE.Mas quando tento baixar ele limita o tamanho a 2650px na aresta longa.O arquivo original tem 24mpx, 6000x4000não consigo baixar a imagem num tamanho maior, e não tenho mais esse arquivo.Como fazer pra resgatar esses arquivos, ou baixar em uma resolução maior? OBs: Não utilizo lightroom no computador, apenas mobile.

 I have a very annoying problem when using my iPhone 8 together with the Lightroom Mobile software, which has occurred since maybe half a year/a year ago and is still is unsolved...This is a problem which has occurred maybe half a year/a year ago and still is unsolved...Problem description:Every other time I turn on my iPhone 8 (which is always updated with the latest IOS version) to take DNG raw photos using the Lightroom Mobile app, the display is showing the full picture irrespectively if I will take an "upright' picture of e.g. a standing person or a tall building or a landscape panoramic view. Ok then the pic is taken, everything is fine, I put the phone in my pocket and continue walking through the city...Then, assume that 10 minutes later I am inspired to take another picture, say an awesome landscape (panoramic) view, This is when the problem occurs: The view on the rear iPhone display, is tilted 45 degrees counter-clockwise or clockwise, and I have to tilt my head likewis

Im using a Sony Alpha ILCE-6700 with up to date firmware ver as of April 14, 2024. Settings, RAW lossless compressed. I have a premium subscription to photoshop express and no subscription to Light Room. Using iPhone 13 and iPad Pro 11, 4th gen(M2 chip).  Both IOS ver up to date 17.4.1. Here are the issues, Light Room mobile Unable to see thumbnail. When grey image is clicked, the raw image is visible. No editing options as I don't have a subscription  Photoshop express No image visible but in top corner it says RAW. Nothing happens when I click the image. However, I'm able to view DNG RAW Photo attached of what I see in Photoshop express. Please advise how to view ARW RAW in Photoshop express.

I have imported raw files from Nikon z9 into Lightroom mobile on my iPhone 15 Pro. The images show up as a black box with the word Raw reflecting in top left hand corner.  Once I select the black box in Lightroom the image appears.  Is this normal? How do I import the raw images where I can see the images without having the select each black boxes?
