Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

A pontential bug: "color mix" feature doesn't work. I belive this is supposed to work like the HSL secondary for lightroom for desktop, except all 3 sliders for any color don't affect the image whatsoever.  (I'm also using an older android phone so it's possible this issue was fixed for newer builds.)

I've lost some editing data today and when contacting support I was told it's definitely caused by the NAS that I use. Long story short : Adobe don't support Network Accessed Storages (NAS).I got a NAS for the sole purpose of managing my photography work in a centralised storage which I can access from any device.It's been ongoing for over 5 years but no progress has been made.I have 2 options now: 1. Spend even more money getting a new external hard drive as my devices don't have enough room and I also want to continue to be able to edit on multiple devices (Mac, Windows, iPad) 2. Convert my NAS into external storage.I'm leaning towards option 2.Questions:Has anyone converted their NAS to external drive specifically to continue using Adobe apps ?Will there still be compatibility problems ?My NAS is a Synology DS220j NAS OS: DSM 7.2.1

For past 1 month or so, I'm not able to drag the sliders in LR. But clicking on it or usine +/- keys work. 

Over the weekend, I was editing a gallery and used denoise just fine. Today I opened it and it will not allow me to use denoise on those same photos. I can see where I now have the "enhanced" photos from those  used denoise on over the weekend, but the same photos and others are now giving the prompt that this photo format is not comptabile. I have no idea how to solve this! They were all shot on my Canon R - the files are all CR3 files. No settings were changed on my camera. I even factory reset it and then set my format to plain raw and still same issue. Does anyone have any insight here? I uninstalled and reinstalled lightroom. I am on a 2019 Macbook Pro with the following specs: Graphics:AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MBProcessor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9Operating System: 13.5.1 (22G90) 

Hello, I got the iPhone15 & now all of my presets are gone. How do I get my presets back? They were there yesterday but now they're gone?

My edits and imports after editing in Lightroom mobile automatically gets deleted after closing the app, earlier version didn't have this problem, please provide some solution.

How do I load CRAW images into Lightroom? It currently gives an error message.

Hello Sir ! I am not dwnloding Lightroom in google play store because I'm facing this problem in google play story. This app won't work for your device.? Anyone else noticed the Lightroom app icon change on version 7.1 from the Mac App Store (see image)? Downloaded this version on November 28 and it was quickly replaced by version 7.1.1 with the normal blue icon. 

My image/edit has been featured but it's not visible in the featured catalogue. The ribbon below the image says 'Featured on 3 December 2023' which is a future date and is yet to come.Link to the image - https://lightroom.app.link/RaXIG3P8OEb

I had bought the monthly subscription package for $9.99. They pulled it from my banking account twice now but on my end it keeps telling me the subscription has ended, and i need to renew. I have restarted the program/computer and i have waited about 5 hours incase it needed time to communicate. 

When I click on the crop tool to crop an image, the cursor turns black. This is problematic because I cant see the cursor against the dark background when im trying to click on the corners of the crop view. I have to lean in and squint to see it. Is there a setting somewhere that will make the cursor white instead?

I currently pay monthly sub for Lightroom , have not used it for a while . It wont open on my Mac Its telling me I need to update my operating system , my Mac is telling me its Up to DateI have a Late 2013 model 27 inch I mac  OS Catalina 10.15.7 This is crazy I am paying for something that my Mac wont run any ideas please 

I've used Lightroom premium on my iPhone several times, but I've just been using the free version for a while now. For the last week I've been trying to buy Premium again, but it doesn't work.. I start the prosess to confirm the purchase, but the process just freezes.. I've tried deleting and downloading the app.

I've found using a tablet or even a phone a far more convenient and enjoyable way of post-processing RAW files.  Not requiring a laptop or desktop PC has reduced costs and vastly improved mobility. I use Lightroom Mobile for Android on a Doogee T30 Pro which cost £150. This is a far cry from the workstation I used which cost £7,000 or the 3kg laptop I used to haul around the World with an additional 25kg of equipment on top. I can pack the tablet with the camera gear with minimal weight or space penalty meaning I'm now very close to my maximum target weight for the entire photographic kit. Needless to say, Lightroom Mobile has some limitations and missing features that I'm sure can be resolved over time. Provided below is a list of changes and additional options I think would complete Lightroom Mobile for professional and amateur applications alike.

I recently faced a distressing situation while transferring my Adobe account from the UK to Singapore. Initially, I had a 20GB Photographer Plan in the UK, and I set up a new 1TB Lightroom Plan in Singapore. Adobe support assisted me in migrating my photos to the new Singapore account. I verified through Lightroom's web platform that all my UK account photos were deleted and confirmed that they were successfully transferred to my Singapore account by logging into Lightroom app on my laptop (laptop A). The problem arose when I attempted to switch accounts from the UK to Singapore on another laptop (laptop B). Due to the 20GB limit of my UK account, some photos were stored locally on laptop B. I exported these local photos to a hard disk and then tried to delete all photos from the UK account and resume syncing, expecting to see an empty folder. However, the process was taking too long, so I closed the Lightroom application and uninstalled it. I didn’t pay much attent

Hi,please, is it possible to switch off a synchro of photos uploaded to Adobe Lightroom (no Classic). So if I upload photos for edit, they wont upload to cloud and stay just localy in laptop?Thank you. Lukas

Déjà acheté code erreur : IS9224/6050/xDVaJgqcSN"Puis un autre notifiant de nouveau "Impossible de traiter votre achat. Le galaxy Store n'a pas encore été en mesure de traiter votre achat." Il y a-t-il un temps de latence ? Hi, I realize Lightroom 7 just came out a few days ago and there's still a lot of knowledge to be gained on how it works and perhaps some bugs to be sorted out.  But I'm hopeful for some help! I'm looking into using Lightroom 7 in it's local storage and editing mode for editing moving forward - I've been waiting for Lightroom to finally address the local storage feature that's continued to keep Lightroom Classic alive as a legacy program.  Seem's like they finally have. That said, I'm having an issue with finding the .XMP files that Lightroom is supposed to automaticallly save for .JPG files that I've ran test edits on.  I've looked in the location in whcih I'm sourcing the original .JPG from, which is stored on my iCloud Drive, but it's not there.  Also, there doesn't appear to be any 'hidden' files to the extent I can tell, and I've restarted both Lightroom and my computer, as well as given it time to sync.  Still no success.  Any help wou

I've been very happy since I switched from LrC to Lr - my life is better! But one weird bug I am seeing is the 'Edited' flag on the bottom right of a photo. It seems that sometimes (though not always) when I have a folder of files on one drive that I then copy to another (like for instance from a portable drive to my desktop HD), Lr marks ALL the photos as 'Edited' even if only a small fraction of them actually were. Is anyone else seeing this?  Its an important one for me because I like going back through my folders and sorting by photos that have been edited. Thanks,David

Good day. I am a new user of Lightroom and started with 7.0 right away. I have a cloud album with my photos. I put several keywords for each photo for rapid and convinient search. First, I would like to export all keywords used list as a .txt or something similar, to review, make notes for my colleaugues, for myself and so on. I cannot find how to do it. It seems to me, LrC has such feature, but I need it in Lr 7.0. And another question - can I search among photos using keywords like "contain tagA and tagB in the same time" (I know I can), but how about "contain tagA but don't contain tagB" and "contain or tagA or tagB, or both of them"?? I see in LrC I can use !tagB to exclude these from search results, but in Lr 7.0 I don't understand does it work or not.Could you help me, please? 

Hi, I'm new here and need help.  On my Mac i use about +50.000 photo's that are located on a external drive. I would like to use / import theme all in Photoshop & Lightroom. I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud and would like to use my photo's from the cloud on different locations. What's the best way to sync my photo's with Creative Cloud without having dual local copy's? If i import them in 'finder' the photo's are synced only they are also copied to my local drive where the base map of Creative cloud is located. So, i need help to startup my first use with Adobe Creative Cloud.
