Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have upload yesterday various photos to Lightroom desktop, created a collection and it's all right, but when I open the same collection in my smartphone Lightroom app all photos keeps eternally loading and I can not edit, share, do nothing with these photos. The other older collections are all working fine in my desktop and app.I did everything, deleted and uploaded all again, logoff, uninstall and install again the app, nothing works. Can someone help?

Hi, I'm unable to save my videos after I've applied a preset to it, even if I do by luck save them they save as the original (raw image) video. 

Ich habe mehrere Bilder (wie in dem Beispiel), die längst gelöscht wurden, aber offenbar das System blockieren. Ich sehe diesen Hinweis in LightroomClassic bei den Voreinstellungen-> " Lightroom Synchronisation"Die Bilder wurden auf dem Ipad gelöscht, blockieren aber den Synchronisationsvorgang. In der AdobeCloud gibt es offensichtlich noch störende Reste.Wie bekomme ich das sauber gelöscht?

I just started using the newest Lightroom program. Are you still able to create contact sheets and/or print templates in this version like you could from the Print tab in the older version?

I've subscribed to the Adobe trial but want to cancel. I seem to have typed in my email wrong on subscribing and have not had a confirmtion from Adobe. How on earth do I get someone to sort this for me when It's near impossible to speak to someone ?  I can't loig in to an account because I don't kow what my account details are andf had no email. What am I supposed to do?  Cheers

Lightroom Sicroonization shows I have 1,4GB of files that I can't locate on Adobe Storage. The synchronization is OK and updtyaed, according with the app

  Witam, posiadam abonament Lightingroom ważną do maja 2024 na adres e-mail anuska3@buziaczek.pl. Problem w tym, że ktoś ukradł moje konto e-mail i nie mogę go odzyskać ani zalogować się na konto Adobe, aby dalej korzystać z lighingroom. Chciałbym kupić nową subskrypcję na inny adres e-mail, ale pojawia się błąd techniczny i nie mogę kupić drugiej subskrypcji na inny adres e-mail. potrzebuje pilnie nowej subskrypcji na nowy adres e-mail przez błąd techniczny nie mogę jej wykupić...może macie jakieś pomysły ??.na iPhone koncie pokazuje że mam aktualna subskrypcje.... Pozdrawiam Ania    

 i do not see usual interface, there is no Library and etc. Earlier I had presets, now I can not find anything. Tried to delete app and reinstal it, to buy membership, but nothing helps   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

hello there, since 3 months I try to cancel my subscription and every time I try the notify pops up and says "I should try again later". Is there anybody out here who can tell me what I made wrong? thank you for your time, and maybe the solution. 

I recently started having an issue while using the color mixer target adjustment tool.  When I put the tool on my picture it is giving me a different reading then it should.  I have used this tool for a long time and never any issues but now when a put the color picker on the photo it is giving me incorrect colors to adjust (see attached photos) I have tried to Uninstall and reinstall my desktop app but having the same issues.  Any help what be very much appreciated.  As you can see I have my mouse on a white jersey and it giving me a purple to green adjustment which is changing the rest of the image and not actually the white on the jersey.  Have tried on multiple images running into the same issue.  Please help!!!   

I have been using Lightroom Classic for over 10 years, quite happily. I have over 650,000 images in my catalog. However I am looking for a solution where I don't have to lug around my MacBook Pro to download and back up photos while away from home.I can easily shoot 3000+ photos per day on 45.6MP cameras - however I am considering buying an iPad Pro to use as a "lighter" alternative to dragging my laptop everywhere.I have a SSD drive and dongle for downloading SD and XQD cards, and I would like to work on my images on location in Lightroom, then save changes to the SSD drive. I don't want to incur massive Adobe file storing costs, when really I don't want cloud storage at all, I just want to work on my images on an iPad while i am away, then somehow sync or copy the images into my main catalog when I return. I am not interested in backups in the cloud, because I have too many images to manage that way.Am I forced to drag my MacBook Pro laptop around, just so as I can do some image edit

The program interface looks straight instead of rounded in some places. Almost all elements look like a rhombus. What to do?

I recently stitched a panorama from 5 individual vertical shots, each 6240 (tall) x 4160 (wide) in LR desktop.  The resulting pano is a paltry 2713 (tall) x 4950 (wide).  The stitched image is half the size of just one of the original images. Even with the overlap in the images and cropping out the bits where there was no info after the stitch, it should still be significantly bigger, right? Edit to add: I stupidly deleted the orignal 5 raw images after doing the stitch 😞

I've just downloaded LR Classic (7.1.2) as I read you can drag and drop photos to reorder within a folder.  It is not working for me.  I have checked "run as administrator" and it is NOT checked.  I have my photos stored locally on my PC hard drive, and go to that folder but am not able to drag and drop to reorder.  In the sort options at the bottom of the page there is no custom sort.  Do I need to put photos in some sort of Lightroom folder itself? Also cannot create "new album" - those options are all greyed out and not available.  But most concerned about reordering - that's why I am trying this program.  Any help is appreciated 🙂

Hello,I'm happy with the new Lightroom but I have an issue with the histogram. In my workflow I'm very depended looking at my histogram but it seems that within the new Lightroom there is slightly more more information in highlights comparing with same settings of image in Adobe Camera RAW and Photoshop.

I have a Synology NAS with many TBs of photos. Currently using Lightroom Classic, which works fine towards the NAS. All the originals are imported straight to the NAS via Lightroom Classic. I'm looking to add an iPad Pro to my workflow. And Adobe Lightroom Classic does not exist for iPad, but there is Adobe Lightroom CC. But it only seems to support Adobe Cloud for storing originals. I found an option to store a local copy of my photos, and was able to choose the NAS as the local storage location. However, because my entire NAS is backed up to Google Cloud (cold storage for disaster recovery), I need the photos to stay exactly where they are in their existing folder structure. How can I automatically sync (one way) all my photos or a subset of my photos from the Synology NAS to Adobe Cloud, so that I can browse and edit them from my iPad using Lightroom CC? Perhaps there are other options I have not considered to attain the same goal.

App version: V7.0.1 292BF0/66iOS version: 15.1 - iPhone 11 pro max, iPad Pro 12.9 1st genWhen I add a guided upright line to the image, the guided upright line will lose its relative position. I think it's a new issue that I didn't notice before. However, if I uncheck and recheck the upright line icon, it will be placed in the correct position. Guided upright line should always keep its relative position when performing zooming?video recording  

I was wandering if its possible to delete the originals from the cloud (as they are saved locally) but leave the smart previews only.  I am using mainly lightroom classic, but from time to time import some raw files to my mobile devices and import them to lightroom cc, then they get downloaded to lightroom classic in the sync folder and I dont need the high res files in the cloud, but want to be able to access the smart previews. In order to do that I have to delete them from lighroom cc and then reupload them using lightroom classic collections.  Is there another/easier way to do this.  Best wishes! 

I am presently trailling the Adobe photography plan. I have edited an image in Lightroom then transferred to Photoshop for further editing. On completeion I then saved as a temp edit as per the Adobe tutorial and closed Photoshop. On return to Lightroom only my oroginal image is there - not the one I have just edited in Photoshop. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong? 

In the current version of Lightroom I am unable to work with a Lightroom photo in Photoshop and then save it back to Photoshop. It wants to save the edited pictures and temporary files. I have been in contact with Lightroom service support five times and have spent hours with them and they have no clue at all how to fix it. I am using an iMac 27 inch with the current versions of Apple software if anybody can help me, please let me know. 

I have this issue almost every time i do a gallery. I am a full time weddding photographer, I generally end up with 2000ish images from each shoot and setup the collection in Lr on my mac and syncing smart previews to the cloud so i can download and cull and edit on my ipad. Pretty much everytime i cull all not all my flagged images show up back on the mac, i can usually fix this by rebuilding sync data it is a hassle but this time it happened that not all the images on the mac showed up in the catalogue when i downloaded them onto my ipad, i deleted them on my ipad and now the synced data wont show up at all. i would really love to make this my workflow moving forward but every single time i have issues.
