Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Just updated to Lightroom 6.5 two days ago and whenever I try to use one of the Premium Presets from Lightroom like "Enhance Portrait", it causes Lightroom to crash. After opening the program back up, it crashes again after trying to use it on a few more photos. It crashes every 4 or so photos when trying to apply the preset.

So I just got done with a family photoshoot with my new Nikon z6ii fully updated btw. I am at the shoot and as I normally do I review the photo to make sure I am getting the proper exposure I need. Things are looking great and the colors are great and so I leave the shoot feeling very excited about the pictures I just took. Once I get home and upload them to my computer I open a random picture up and for about a second the photo looks just how it did in the camera then goes extremely dark and desaturates a little too. Everything looks under exposed and the over exposed shots end up looking normal. I have tried to figure this out in lightroom and there is nothing that gets the image back to what I was seeing in my camera. This is frusterating as you shouldnt lose that much light from camera to computer/lightroom. Can anyone help me? 

My app was working pretty good until it just started saying “subscription expired”. So I checked my subscription in apple store and it says my next billing date is February 19, in fact I see your charge on my bank account on January 19.I went to Lr again and clicked on “restore purchases” and it says “there are not past purchases”.I have the last version available (v.6.1.0 C2677A/7).I have logged out and logged in so many times, I have reinstalled the app with tjhe same result, this is so very frustating.I see that so many people have experienced the same issue and you request their Adobe id and do something, can anyone help me, please?

Hi, I'd like to copy-paste the crop & rotate settings from one photo to multiple (a few hundred) other photos. My goal is to create a timelapse and I need to make sure all photos have the same cut. I already copy-pasted the Edit settings, but didn't find an option to do the same for the crop&rotate. Can someone help me, please? Thanks,Jascha

When set to automatic it says it closes open panels when you click to open another one, to make the workspace less clutters, feature has not worked for over a month or two. please fix

Version of the app: Lightroom version 6.4Platform and OS Version: Macbook Air M1, 2020; macOS Ventura 13.3.1 Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Double-clicking the app in my dock, the app opens then crashes within secondsExpected result and actual result: Open program smoothly; instead I haven't been able to access the program Can someone please advise on how to move forward?

Hey guys, is there a HDR function in Lightroom similar to the one in Adobe Camera Raw in PS where you can turn a single SDR image into a HDR one (I think there is a button called HDR for it in the editing section)? Right now I can only find HDR merge. 

Hello,I've been having a problem with Lightroom crashing sometimes. It happens randomly when editing photos. I've had the problem for several months now. After the crash, I get a report that I have sent many times. I used to get the same crash with Luminar Neo, which I don't use now. I recently updated to macOS 14.0. I put my Macbook pro 16 M1 into factory reset, but nothing helped. I did a diagnostic - no error. I'm tired of this and am considering switching to windows.Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I've recently finished a free trial subscription to Lightroom for Samsung and decided ro renew this as a paid subscription through the Galaxy Store. When I have then tried to use the lightroom app it does not recognise this subscription, and restore purchases does nothing, saying the account has no purchase history. When I try to subscribe again it does not allow me to do so as I have already subscribed to the premium features of the app.I tried to use the chatbot and then speak with an agent earlier, but was disconnected.

Hello, I have downloaded the LR APP on the iphone & ipad and started uploading files from the image gallery album by album... but it turns out it is taking up Gigas from both my devices. I am clearing the cache, but both devices are about to crash..How can I upload directly to cloud? Is there a way to upload the albums directly to cloud, without the manual one by one upload? I bought the license primarily because I wanted to used the cloud storage feature. Thank you!!!

O Lightroom mobile tinha antes um botão de fácil acesso na edição para aplicar as edições da foto anterior. Não sei porque foi removido tendo que acessar o menu "..." Esse recurso de fácil acesso ajuda muito agora está bem menos prático. 

I clicked Lightroom open two and a half years later since the last time.I found hundreds of photos I imported years ago, but I can't remember where they are on my hard drive.Is there any option like "reveal in Explorer" to help me locate them? Or do I have to click every folder, hoping to find them inside?PS: I even tried to use the Resource Monitor to track the disk activity originating from the Lightroom.exe process, but seems it only reads and writes temp files when I view the photos.

And how can you stop it? I take loads of images on my phone that I don't want in LR. It didn't used to do this?

  For some reason my images are not syncing. I typically upload my images to my mobile Lightroom and then they sync to my Lightroom classic for me to edit. To my knowledge I haven't changed any of my settings. Everything is updated. I have tried the obvious - restarting devices & signing out and back into Adobe account. Still nothing. It currently says 9 images are trying to sync but when I go to sync activity it say 0 uploading, 0 downloading, 0 pending. This has been on going for 12+ hours. 

I can't use premium function, if i try to buy again says that i have already bought subscription. Can you help me?

Hi,Is there a way to permanently and immediately remove deleted photos from Lr Cloud? I use the filmstrip view mostly, and I don't like not being able to right or left arrow past photos marked for deletion. If I don't like it I want it gone right away! It really screws up my workflow to have to move from the keyboard to the mouse or trackpad to get past deleted photos.  Thanks

A colleague created a shared album and shared it with me. In the album is a photo that I would like to duplicate and resize (so it doesn't alter the original). Problem is... "duplicate" is greyed out. Any ideas?  As a workaround I was thinking I could add it to a different folder and edit from there. But the option "add photo to album" is greyed out too.... 😞
