Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Every once in a while I try to use Lightroom when traveling.  Usually it doesn't sync... or sucks up my battery.   This time I selected a bunch if photos I want to share... I had 30 but for some reason Lightroom limits me to 15.... WHY??? Then I select 15... it takes a good 15 minutes or more waiting for them to upload.... then it asks me where to share.. I click Facebook and boom.. I'm back in Lightroom with nothing posted or shared. What gives? I've tried 5 times... its extremely frustrating and time consuming!! Shouldn't it work?? I always have issues.... always!!!

Hi! I'm afraid that, there might be some kind of error in the system, because I can't copy the data entered in the information panel (title copyright protection) to all the pictures in the album, like before. Previously it was possible to copy the data entered in the info panel using the copy settings section using the copy settings, select all, paste settings method, but now this option is missing. Somebody can help me? Thank you! 

Hiya! I have been using LR Mobil for ages and made own presets over the years. I recently subscribed to LR and today I logged onto my account on my pc. Everything synced except for my own presets. Someone's got an idea how this happened and how I can easily fix it? LR says it backed up completely. Thanks in advance! 

Hi all, I am having trouble with lightroom that "Add Photos" greyed out as the screenshot shown.  I guess preferences in  AppData\Adobe\Lightroom CC is related but unsure which one I need to fix. Please advise. Thanks.

I'm paying for this app monthly but can't even use 1% of it. The lightroom app crashes the same second as I open it and this makes my work as a photographer to a misery. I would like compensation for the money I spent on this app but got no use for it. Loved the app before the update when it all worked fine but now my new Samsung galaxy s23 can't even open the app.

When I try and go to Lightroom on the web to look at synced files, the browser window opens but only get three animated dots in the center of the window.  

Hi folks - I have a new laptop and want to move to that as my primary LR (cloud) device. On the outgoing laptop I use the  'store a copy of all originals at specified location' feature with a portable SSD as the location. Does anyone know what happens when I set up LR on the new laptop? I'm thinking I just input the SSD, open LR, set the 'store a copy of all originals at specified location' as the external SSD, and am hoping it will recognize that the files all align with what is on the cloud and not need to do anything. Is this correct? I'm hoping it doesn't have to redownload everything or make changes that will take time.  Any help woud be great befire I migrate. 

Hi, I have a trouble from I update to new version of Lr Mobile 8.5.2, I cam open app but when I select a photo they app not respons, I deleted cache and desintal to instal app again and not work, I have a Samsung S3 Ultra.

I was using "Select person" in masking just a few weeks ago on my iPad, now all of a sudden that option is unavailable. I also do not see adaptive portrait presets anymore. If I go to a photo I previously used an adaptive portrait on, I can still see the masking layers (see 1st photo IMG_0005). If I try copying those onto a different photo I get the message "Select people is not supported on this device." (see 2nd photo IMG_0006). Was this feature removed from iPad? I have a subscription to Lightroom mobile and can still use these features on my iPhone, just not my iPad. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. v. 8.5.1iPad (9th generation) - iPadOS 16.6

Hi everyone,I've been looking for a way to add a graphical watermark (logo) to my photographs in Lightroom (NOT Lightroom Classic). I can only find solutions for Lightroom Classic but the menu path does not exist in the Lightroom desktop app for Windows (newest version 3.1). Can any body tell me if there is a way to do so? When I try to open lightroom it says, "Failied to initialize camera raw".

I bought a premium licence, starting with a 2 months trial period (from galaxy store). After starting lr the premium features remained blocked. When I want to buy a licence again I get a error saying: licence already bought. I am logged with right Login for sure. In Galaxy Store the subscription is valid. Please help resolving the issue. 

Like the title says, whenever I try to mask anything in Lightroom it does this instead of actually mask. When I ask it to mask the sky it says no sky is found even though it couldn't be clearer. I've had this issue through the past few updates and it's really frustrating. I'm using the most recent version and am still experiencing this.

Hello, I can not export photos.It's like other users described 2 years ago. How can I proceed? Right click > Export 1 photo > Export = nothing happensRight click > Export 1 photo > JPG (small)/JPG (large)/Export + Settings = I use the cloud based Lightroom

Bonjour, Why tf do i pay if it's for your app keep me from working.  I try since yesterday to import a selection of picture, bug lightroom is bugging.  I've send you many reports... Still stuck without the possibility to work.  C'mon, help the ones who are helping you being Adobe.  Thanks, B

The edit page used to be able to be sorted by date of image. Now after recent updates when sorting by date on the imports page it only sorts by IMPORT date. No one cares about impurt date, we want to ssee it by DATE TAKEN. please either fix this or forgive a sorting option for both 

1. Lr Mobile, Version: 7.1.0 8C2E26/682. IOS Apple Mobile, Iphone v.15.13. When I follow the instructions to create a new preset, I:- load the DNG image file into LR- Press the 3 dots in the top corner and select "Create Preset"- Edit in a name and Preset location, then confirmThe preset is made, but when I go to apply it to any photos, it wont change anything and the image stays and looks exactly the same. No edits are made. However when I press "Copy Settings" and then "Paste Settings" on the DNG img, then apply it to a different one, it works no problem. But having a preset would make things much easier instead of having to do that everytime.4. Expected result: To create a preset that changes the look of an image.    Actual result: Preset is created, however does not change the look of an image.

So far, I always use LR Classic and then loaded the photos via the collection on my phone.I am next week on vacation and would now take my new tablet.Due to the 20gb cloud storage can certainly not all sycronisiert afterwards.Can I use the tablet offline, "export" the edited photos in the LR Mobile app with xmp?What other alternative would be useful, so I can already light the photos on the road (RAW) ?Thanks 😊Hallo zusammen,Ich habe da mal eine frage. Hello!  I'm a little stumped. I had Lightroom mobile on my android and creating presets was easy and great. I bought a bunch and I was very happy with them!  I've tried creating them on my iPhone with the same DNG images but they don't do anything now.  I am following basically the exact same steps, and it still creates the preset in seemingly the same way, but the only thing using one of these presets does is remove any editing I've done to the photo and restore it to it's original settings. This seems really bizarre to me. All of these presets were 100% different on my Android, all kinds of different effects, but they don't do anything on my iPhone but remove any editing I've already done? What am I missing here?  Thank you!

In a recent version update on mobile, the ability to select several images and export/save to device went away. It is now very tedious to export several edited images, having to go one by one... PLEASE add this back in!

Hi - Started using Lightroom last week to import and edit photos.  Love it for those purposes.  But I'm having trouble when it's time to share the photos. I snapped a butterfly pic in RAW format (23mb), brought it into Lightroom, had fun editing, then tried to share as a jpg... at which point it compressed to 5mb.  That's barely big enough for Shutterstock to accept a submission from me. So I tried exporting the butterfly photo in the "Original + Settings" format.  That maintained the file size, and I don't mind the CR2 format because I could open in Preview and save as a JPG, but unless I'm mistaken, I'm truly seeing the original photo.  None of my edits, corrections, crops etc.  Which defeats the purpose of why I bought Lightroom in the first place. As a secondary test, I imported a 7mb dragonfly photo into Apple's old iPhoto app. Made a few edits and exported it.  The exported file was 5mb. Then I tried bringing that 7b dragonfly into Lightroom.&nb

I am facing a problem on Lightroom Mobile application. The application is crashing while trying to share any photograph directly from the My Edits page.

I had to register a new Adobe Account and then updated Lightroom CC. Now, ALL my albums are GONE. Years worth of work just disappeared. Please someone tell me that there is a place where the Album metadata is stored and I can recover all of my years of work. 😞 I am using Windows 10.

Im trying to transfer images from LR to PS to create star trails. There is no "Edit In" in the photo drop down menu and subsequently no"open as layers in PS."
