Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi,Firstly,  I love the Lightroom cloud ecosystem, I have several TB of cloud images, but I share hundreds of images with high school kids and I'm tired of our sub-par product. When I share a Lr gallery via a link, the user experience of downloading those images for any reason, especially for social is just absolutely awful. The kids screenshot images in the gallery and repost those. We need an improvement Adobe, I'm happy to discuss and help. Paul

Why is this so bad? I want to cancel my membership but I'm not paying for a cancellation fee for a product that has been nothing but garbage. I initially thought it was just because I'm new to this but the more I use it, the more I hate it. It is slow and dimwitted. It takes forever to start up and acts like a computer circa 1996 with AOL dial up. None of my other programs do that. And that's when it's actually working. Most of the time, it crashes randomly or in general misbehaves when I'm editing. Loading pics to edit is a whole other issue. Most of the time I will try to add photos 3 or 4 times with no success. I can't be the only one who hates this program.

Hello, I found out a few days ago that my LR waq set on the Adobe settings colors for months. I now understand why the pictures looked low quality when uploaded.  Anyhow, I changed the settings and it fixed the image quality issues I had.  But now... Can I change back the pictures that have been already uploaded to LR to switch from Adobe profile to Camera settings ? How ? Thank you

Starting Lightroom on a brand new M1 Mac, doing nothing, after 3 Minutes this alert pops up. Re-installed it, same. Any help? THX  

I was editing and Lightroom started acting up, I exited the app to see if there was an update, and it turns out that both Premier Pro and Lightroom were not available on my plan anymore and I needed to buy them, even tho I have the complete plan with the student discount because i go to college 

Hello so I want to edit photo when I am not with internet and I cant..it possible to work without internet?

All my other desktop apps are able to access the internet except Lightroom. Please suggest. I don't use a VPN and I have already created an exception for Lightroom in firewall, changed DNS, used the adope fix tool, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Hello, I'm really confused as to what's happening. Seemingly photos have just been disappearing from my lightroom library. They're not listed as missing, there's just no trace of them. This happens sometime after I've exported them as j-pegs. I'll export a whole group and it will only be one or two that completely disapppear as if they were never imported as RAW files. I'm worried I'm going to one day lose an important photo I'll need to re-edit so I'd appreciate any advice!

Hi,I have made an annual subscription today to lightroom and photoshop but it is not reflecting on the app.I'm still being asked to take the subscription. The amount got deducted from my account as well. Please help..

Just recently (within the last week), when I try to Edit in Photoshop from Lightroom on my PC, it no longer opens the image in PS.  It stalls on the "Opening in Photoshop" blue status bar, and then I eventually get a "Edit in Photoshop Failed: File could not be opened in Photoshop" message.  Until last week, I had never had any issues with this.  I am using Windows 11 Pro.  In the last week, I upgraded to Lightroom 6.5 and to Photoshop 24.7.  I think the issue started after I upgraded Photoshop, but before I upgraded Lightroom (I did them on different days).  But I can't be sure.  I need help, please.

When attempting to export a few hundred photos, I noticed a few that could use some minor tweaks in the export screen, so I backed out and made the edits, only to realize the first few hundred I edited are now completely missing. Not even in the deleted folder, and the raw files can now be re-imported as if they never were in the first place. Am I completely screwed and now need to re-edit? I have never had this happen before. 

Hi, This is just a personal opinion.I have been trying for a few days trying to discover lightroom. And I'm going to take a tour of what I'm missing and which seems to me the basis.They are efficient and powerful tools. For me, IT is supposed to make people's lives easier and why is it so complicated?One application for editing photos and one for sharing. Wouldn't it have been easier to have one app that does it all?Tell me, why is it so complicated to think that we can share several albums with a single link? For all birthdays, family celebrations, I have to send several links when it would be so much easier to have a link with all the albums. My parents who are quite old don't make it if I send I send 50 links...and I think that's the same for a lot of people. And maybe a suggestion to monetize this, why no propose on those shared link the possibility like in lightroom cc to print, to make a book, sent the photos at home , ... Among other things for that I will stop the free subscrip

Bonjour, depuis 3 à 4 jours - ayant la toute dernière version de lightroom mobile (androïde/samsung s20+ /idem pour windows 11 / chrome) - lightroom mobile (tout va bien avec les autrea versions) se bloque chaque fois que je clique sur une photo pour la voir et/ou la travailler.  Je peux ouvrir LR Mobile, je peux passer en revue la bibkiothèquw. Mais dés que je click sur une image... toute l'app se bloque entièrement. Et le seul moyen d'en sortir est de fermer l'onglet. J'ai mm désinstallé l'app, puis rechargée. J'ai vidé les caches, vidé les corbeilles et ce, autant sur LR que LRC que LR Mobile Mais rien ne changeSOS Yann 

I don't understand why the developers of lightroom mobile don't optimize the use of touch gestures! it's so annoying to have to juggle between the general settings and the "star" setting which allows you to sort your photos and put one or more stars. it's a disconcerting waste of time for a professional software, paying what's more... it would be enough to apply a certain gesture (two fingers up, down for the photos you want to include or exclude, and 2 fingers towards left or right to add or remove stars.Please take this seriously it's really basic 

Nice to meet you! from Japan.Recently, when Sony's RAW data is inserted in Lightroom, a display like the attached image appears on the iPhone and iPad Pro versions. I use Lightroom on my Mac, iPhone and iPad Pro and have updated to the latest version.Lightroom on Mac displays Sony's profile and can develop RAW images. On the iPhone and iPad Pro versions, the profile display is displayed as "Matrix" and attached images are displayed, and can only be edited on a Mac. Previously, this display was only displayed on the iPad Pro, but with this update, it is now displayed in Lightroom on the iPhone. Uninstalling the app doesn't fix it. All Sony cameras with new color profiles (with creative look) such as a7SIII, a7IV, ZV1M2, and a6700 have the same symptoms.

Hallo zusammen, Folgende Problematik, meine Frau hat Lightroom über den Google Play Store runtergehen und auch dort das kostenpflichtige Abo für 4,99 monatlich abgeschlossen. Tolle App, lohnt sich für Sie.Jetzt ist der Cloudspeicher voll, den würde ich gerne auf 1 Tb erweitern lassen, drehe mich aber immer zwischen Playstore und Adobe.de im Kreis. Kann da jemand weiterhelfen, wäre schön wenn du es mir mitteilen könntest. LG Jannick

Bonjour, j'ai actuellement la formule photo avec 1 To de stockage (Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom "mobile"). Suite à l'annonce de l'arrêt du service de stockage en ligne pour février prochain, je voudrais changer de formule pour ne pas payer autant de stockage que je n'utiliserai pas. La seule offre inférieure serait celle avec 20 Go de stockage. Depuis je me suis penché sur l'utilisation du cloud que j'ai actuellement, et j'ai remarqué avoir environ 40 Go de photo sur Lightroom ("mobile"). Si je bascule sur l'offre à 20 Go, je n'aurai donc pas assez d'espace. Y a t il une solution pour "sauvegarder" les anciennes photos sur mon ordinateur et donc retomber par exemple à 5 Go utilisé sur le cloud, tout le reste étant en local sur mon ordinateur (donc non disponible depuis l'application mobile, mais pas totalement perdu pour autant) ? J'imagine un système similaire à ce qu'on peut trouver sur Outlook : il est possible de faire une sauvegarde des anciens messages pour libére
