Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

After most recent update when I now try to open photos the screen freezes and then crashes and closes app, no photos can be viewed 

I activated the one-week trial period at Adobe lightroom premium (August 23 to August 30) and the terms were that I would be paid the account of 5,49€ at the end of the period.But the money was immediately charged to my google play balance and I was not activated any trial period, but directly the subscription period. Now I need to cancel my subscription and get my money back, but I can’t.

Hi! I get a noisy image after export, although every noise reduction slider yet color noise are applied and the image looks crystal clear.  I've tried out several export settings, color spaces too, but it didn't solve my problem. I put a comparison bellow. IOS, Lightroom mobile, v. 5.3.1 53B120, Premium. p.s.: I put noise reduction sliders all the way up to make this comparison more clear.

Lightroom recently started indicating that some items are not valid with a red exclamation mark. What is this, where does it come from and what can I do about it? I have already logged out and logged in but my knowledge is certainly not sufficient. Thanks for so far.

Hi everyone,  I have used the Super Resolution function which works great. However, when I go to export the whole album is exporting - originals and enhanced photos. I am curious how to export only the enhanced photos vs all? Thanks for the assistance,  Shauntel 

Hello, For 1 year, when I'm done using Lightroom CC and then close it, windows literally freeze. Anything that does an animation (window start menu, moving an icon on the desktop, opening any software, etc...) makes the entire PC freeze. The only thing I can do during this freeze is press Ctrl+Alt+Del and then restart my computer. If I try to close it with the task manager it does the same thing. I looked at my RAM, CPU, GPU usages and they never go over 80% during the crashes.   Please help me it's getting very annoying to have to restart my computer each time I close Lightroom...PS : only Lightroom CC does this (Lightroom classic, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or any other software doesn't do it).

Camera won't start in lightroom mobile, running on Samsung Galaxy s8+, android v9. Screen displays camera logo, but the camera app will not start. I've signed out/in, and also uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom mobile.Any ideas on how to address?

Hello. I use the light room app for photos editing, but I can't use it for videos, because when I'm trying to save it on device, the preset looks far from the way it looks in the application (the colors are yellowish, and the picture is dark). thanks.   (Thread title edited by Moderator)

Lr mobile stops functioning when I try to edit. Am beta user versions 8.5.0No error code just goes directly to the back box with the following words:Close App, Wait and feedback.This is now happening on a phone  samsung 21 Ultra and an older Samsung phone A30.At this point, I have Reinstall and reinstalled.and finally changed to LR mobile for Samsung. And now that stops functioning too. All this is making me z bit crazy.So what should I do. Drop out of beta testers group and just be normal LR users or is there a fix to this.Anyone else having this problem?Thanks Ruth 

Wondering if anyone can help: lightroom keeps changing the white balance to my pictures after I have edited them. When I open the app on my android phone and on my ipad lots of my (previously edited) images now have a green tint and then when I click I can see that the temperature has been slightly reduced and the tint has been massively reduced, which I didn't do (when I orginally edited them and saved them they looked totally fine). Now when I scroll back through to old images that don't appear to have a green tint in the library, when I click on them as if to edit them, they open, look normal for a second and then Lightroom appears to automatically reduce the temperature and reduce the tint. Is there a reason this is happening? When I click back to "history" it offers me either the green tint picture or the original unedited picture, even though it's been edited without a green tint, sometimes weeks ago. 

I got a new phone and LR won't sync to it. My LR Mobile for iPad and LR Cloud both sync. I tried chatting but the Virtual Assistant said I don't have a paid plan so I can't chat with a real person 🙃

Hi Everybody,   Usually I´m covering events and produce near live content, every second counts more or less. After finishing the edit of a couple of photos on my iPhone 12 Pro, I export via "export as" - After the rendering process is done I get asked what to do. Save to my camera roll, whatsapp, airdrop or even external apps. (It shows on top, ie. 3 photos, 6,9mb)   I tried already 3 different FTP apps to uplaod the pictures straight on my webspace that people can share and work with the files. But I doenst matter how much photos I export, it only uploads a single one.    So, I thought the problem is may the FTP app - But all FTP apps doing the same. I've Installed Adobe Lightroom from Play Store and from Galaxy Store and neither synchronize my library on my S23 Ultra device.   And then, when I re lauch the app, it only shows a black screen.       I've tried reinstalling, erasing caché, and It still doesn't working.   Any advice/solution?

I'd like to know if it's possible to keep my iPhone photos in RAW format when transferring to Lightroom mobile. They seem to be converting automatically to DNG and I want to keep them in RAW...cause reasons. I know how to do this when transferring from my Canon to Lightroom Classic because the program explicitly asks you, but I don't see this option for Lightroom Mobile. Thanks

With the most recent update of Lightroom (cloud based) to 6.5, the brush cursor is almost see through. This makes using the brush difficult, as it blends in with the background. Normally the cursor is white, and very easy to see. With the latest update, it is almost clear, and the lines are very thin with no bold definition. I have uploaded two images showing this. One is the new buggy Lr cursor, and the other is a screenshot taken from LrC with the usual cursor.Running on PC, windows 11, everything fully updated, error occuring on two different PC, Lr 6.5Lightroom Brush Error.png is the image with the error. All of a sudden the import from my iphone 13 pro max to LR mobile is taking a very long time (over 10 minutes for one photo). This is very recent. It even worked a couple of days ago. I am on an iphone 13 pro max and LR v.8.5 D352DE/107. I am on Wifi and it is very fast.

Hi. I have a question regarding the latest version of LR for Samsung. I use a Galaxy Tab S8, the app has updated to version 8.4.2. On the previous version if I tapped on the top left corner where it gave options to edit etc there was an option for 'Info' which gave camera settings, image size etc. Now either I am missing something blatantly obvious or having a 'senior' moment but that option has gone and I can't find another way of finding the image info. Anyone offer a solution please, original image I am looking for has long since been deleted from the CF card.   Thanks. Al.       [post tagged for Android by moderator]    

Think I have discovered a bug on the Lightroom app on my Tab S9 Ultra. I am using the Samsung version (8.50). Essentially, when edditing RAW files, there option to apply lens correction and remove chromatic aberation is missing in the edit tab, but only on the tablet, it does show up on my S23 though when working on the same synced files.    So I think this is a a Bug. I'm using the early access editing view on both phone and tablet, both are on 8.50. 

After taking countless photos, I always quickly scan through them all and mark any I know I won't use with an X. This works wonderfully in Classic but seems a bit problematic in LR Cloud. First when marking a photo as Reject, unlike in Classic it doesn't show the image as faded (when it's selected). So you don't instantly know if its Rejected or nt like in Classic. Maybe this is a bug in the latest version?But also by default it doesn't auto advance to the next after rejecting. If one rejects a photo they would presumably want to then work on the next photo as if they wanted to keep working on an existing photo they wouldn't reject it. While LR Cloud appears to lack auto advance, a work around is clicking the filter view each time and select the Show unflagged photos option. This way when marking a photo as a reject it disappears and does auto advance in the direction the user is going. This works however unlike Classic you can't save this view so you have to keep resetting it oft

Hallo, ich habe eine Frage zum Dateiimport von Raw-Dateien bei Lightroom. Wenn ich eine Raw-Datei bearbeitet habe und diese dann extern auf einer Festplatte speichere, finde ich momentan keine Möglichkeit, diese Datei zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt mit den gespeicherten Bildbearbeitungen wieder zu öffnen. Beim Import öffnet es mir dann die unbearbeitete Datei ohne die zuvor vorgenommenen Einstellungen. Wenn ich die Datei jedoch mit Photoshop öffne anstatt mit Lightroom, sind die Einstellungen vorhanden. Sie wurde also richtig abgespeichert. Wie kann ich meine gespeicherten Einstellungen nun mit Lightroom ebenfalls öffnen, um Bildbearbeitungen im Nachhinein gegebenenfalls noch einmal abändern zu können, ohne ganz von vorne zu beginnen?  Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.  

In all other photo apps such as Lightroom Classic, Apple Photos, Google Photos, etc, you select People people view and it shows each photo cropped around a respective person. This is how it works in Lightroom CC too. But when you select a person such as Jane Smith, when you see all the photos that are tagged as Jane Smith, in Lightroom CC it's not then zooming into individual faces (it does in all other apps like Lightroom Classic, Apple Photos, Google Photos etc). So when I click on Jane Smith to see all photos tagged as her, I want to scroll through the hundreds or maybe thousands, to make sure they all are of her. Since if the system mistakenly tagged someone else, then of course that causes the algorithm to not work well.In all other apps, this is easy since again, it zooms in on her face. In Lightroom CC, it's showing the full image (non zoomed in), so at quick glance where most photos have multiple people in it, I have no idea which person in the photo is tagged. So I'd have
