Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hey. Mir ist aufgefallen das beim Bearbeiten von meinen Fotos ich nicht einfach durch das wischen von links nach rechts das nächste Bild zur Verfügung steht. Man muss immer erst zurück zur Galerieansicht und dann in den kleinen Kacheln das Foto auswählen was man bearbeiten möchte. Es wäre also nützlich wenn ihr das integrieren könnt um das schnellere bearbeiten und auch das auswählen von  Fotos in einer größeren Ansicht zu ermöglichen.

Instead, I got the error message "export failed". I am using Lightroom Android 8.4.2 on Huawei P30 Pro / Android 10.Clearing the app cache does not resolve the issue. I can see the sync icon rotating in the background what made me think: how does export work? Will raw images be downloaded and converted locally? Or is a jpg genersted in the cloud and then the exported file is being downloaded? I switched from a bad wifi connection to my slightly better mobile network: export works for the first couple of pictures, but very slow, and then fails. Hence, my assumption is that LR first downloads huge raw image to then locally convert (what does not make sense to me if there is the power of a cloud

Hi,I have been trying to export a file to my device, but every time I try exporting it a display message says export is failed. I export using the option Highest quality available (have plenty of storage). Please help me on this issue.Also the app is updated to the latest version available.

Is Honor x8a mobile support raw mode? 

I recently deleted lightroom due to storage and I redownloaded it and all my photos are gone. If I knew that would of happened I would of got more storage. Is there a way I can get all my photos back? I'm disappointed because I had all my photos on that account and now they're all gone.

URGENT PLEASECan someone assist with a syncing issue on my desktop Lightroom CCI have 2 images that i cannot locate when filtering my syncing folder. Issue arised when downloading the new version of Lightroom CC on my mobile (which i work off ATM due to MacBook being out of date) Due to these 'unseen' images - i cannot sync any of my new imports on Lightroom to my mobile Lightroom - all pending. I have circled the images shown syncing and a second images in the syncing folder when filtered - there is a 2 images difference and i cannot locate the 2 images holding up all my work

Not sure what happened, when I tried to renew my Lightroom for iPad premium subscription the app won't go past this message. After failing to purchase through the app I went to the appstore and renewed, but the app doesn't show that I'm a premium subscriber anymore. What can I do?

So not a bug (i think)Using Lightroom Cloud across MacOS and iPads. I have the option to store the originals locally as well as in the cloud. I am storing them on a NAS drive and there's around 120k photos. All was good. NAS lost a drive so i had to do a rebuild and the name of the new volume is slightly different to what it was before. Stupid mistake but it's done. So I open up Lightroom and change the preference to where the originals are stored but on opening Lightroom wants to check all photos. Fine but this issue is that it never gets past photo 1. If i don't mount the drive lightroom is fine.So i am either stuck for what could be an eternity waiting or is there something else i can do? All masters are in the cloud and what's on the drive is exactly what was there before.Any ideas?The sledgehammer approach is to delete that folder and have lightroom download all the masters again. That might actually be quicker but wanted to throw this out there first... thanksPaul

Bonjour,Il manque une partie de la dernière lettre de mon filigrane (Police:Edwardian Script ITC) lorsque j'exporte mes photos de Lightroom. Pourtant sur le visuel (dans l'éditeur de filigranes), mon filigrane est complet.Quelqu'un aurait une solution à ce problème? 

I've imported 14 photos to Lr iPad (12.9" Pro), and hours later only 3 have synced. I have been connected to home WiFi which is fast enough to stream movies so that is not the issue. Lr not a viable tool if this is not resolved !!

I have searched read an dwatched but am still confused.I want to use LR-C to edit photos, but also be able to view on LR-M.  I understand that you can only sync one catalog at a time and that it is only collections that sync.  I ALSO want to use LR-M as my back-up/offline storage for my originals so I bought the 1Tb plan add-on.  I merrily added a bunch of photos into various albums... so far so good.The issue arose when I started tidying up my LR-C library.  Long story short...  I had to start again on a new laptop with backed up files and catalog after a family member partioned off a drive that we have been unable to recover.  I got most everything back but in an effort to 'start over' I removed all my collections. So now I go into LR-M and all my files there have been moved to deleted and all my albums are empty!!!  I don't understand - I didn't even think they were synced - I though they sat seperately as I loaded them into LR-M directly from

It is necessary to have an undo option in case a flagging mistake is made. A quick way to process photos is to set a filter for unflagged photos and then to proceed to flag them. It's a significant interruption to the workflow it have to remove the filter, find the photo in question and to reflag it. 

Pixel6pro photos (jpgs) taken on recent trip to Greece have correct time stamp as viewed in Google photos.  Now home in US and importing these to LR MOBILE.  Time stamp on image in LRM now is shifted ; shows time in my current time zone that photo was made. Example: photo taken at 7:25PM in Greece shows time stamp 10:25AM in the image in LRM.  All photos imported to LRM show this time stamp shift to current location time zone.  Is there a setting that controls this? I know how to fix in LRC. ;  how can I batch fix in LRM?  Is this a bug?Thanks

Hola, me pueden ayudar ya que hice cambio de dispositivo movil y al descargarse la aplicacion pude acceder sin problemas pero veo que todos los presets que habia creado desaparecieron, como puedo hacer para recuperarlos.Agradezco su ayuda por favor. Saludos, 

LR mobile doesn't open in my Android phone. It crashes when I try to open it. The version is 8.4.1. It says this is a bug and suggests me try updating the software when the developer finds a solution. It's been 4 days since I noted this issue.     {Thread title updated by moderator}

Lightroom v12.0.1 I have five files that have incomplete download status in lightroom and I don't know how to clear the error.  From within lightroom classic, settings window, the asset path leads to lightroom.adobe.com. When I click on the link, a black page appears with the message "Sync has not finished for file (my raw file name). Open Lightroom on 'Pegasus' (previous mac name) to continue syncing. I also get an added date of 4/6/23.    I believe these files are saved locally on my attached drive or on a nas.  Now, I recently had to make a clean install on my mac, os Monterey. I dragged the lightroom App and folder from a time machine backup into my application folder. Previously, my computer was named 'Pegasus', but I haven't changed the name back yet, which I think would be in the network settings. Any thoughts how I should reconcile the sync? The files don't show up in "All Synced Files" for me to remove and I kinda doubt that changing my compu

When I use Selective Edit on my iPhone, only the Radial and Linear tools work. The Brush will not move from the center of the image when I drag with my finger. Help!

Hello,When I'm offline I would like to review and edit my photos. I've downloaded my albums with the "store locally" option. Note that when I'm online everything is fine. In edit mode, all the photos are good and editable. When in review mode, if I pick one random photo from the grid view, it loads the photo properly even in review mode. But If I swipe to the next photo, then the photos are blurry and unusable.If I pick a photo from the bottom carousel in review mode, it's not blurry as soon as the picked photo is far away from the current photo. Is it a known bug?Thanks

Hi, I received an error message (see attached) on Lightroom saying my trial has expired. I haven't even chosen to start trial yet.🤔 🤔 Also says that I have to be a member of the Creative Cloud. I have a free CC membership. Do I have to upgrade?

I cannot for the life of me find where my photo files are on my computer... they are all accessible in the Lightroom app, where are they on my computer?

Does anyone know how to change/set a poster frame for videos in Lightroom? Can't seem to find any tutorials for the cloud-based Lightroom version in Windows 11. 

Hello,I realized that all my ProRaw DNGs do not show the correct color profile in Lightroom Classic (neither in PS and Lightroom CC): Only Adobe Color and Monochrome are shown. Additionaly, all options of White Balance are not available (only Automatic, Original and Custom). This is my current version: Could someone help me with this issue? I also tried to reinstall all the Adobe CC Suite but with no difference at all. Thank you in advance 🙂PS: I have attached an example of DNG (iPhone 14 Pro) HERE.
