Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Lightroom mobile displays the correct image version as the thumbnail but an old edit version when selected. How do I get past this issue?I am on Android and all up to date.Thanks you.

New update and i can't find where my stored presets are!! Anyone can help?

По ужасной случайности случайно удалила все фотографии с авторскими пресетами в мобильном лайтруме, в итоге не могу их восстановить, приложение ругается, что недостаточно места в облачном хранилище, хоть я и очистила его максимально, и предлагает оформить подписку, а так как я нахожусь в России, сделать это возможности нет. Кто сталкивался с таким? Как решили проблему?

I use a Canon R5, and shoot RAW. Images are tack sharp, but once imported into LR they are extremely noisy. I have the current version of LR, and RAW Defaults is set to Camera Settings. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Issue: When pasting edits in Lightroom CC via CMD+V on a Mac, the edit will not paste.Lightroom Version Number: 7.0 (have expereinced this bug for several versions, possibly since purchase)OS Version Number: macOS 14.0 (have expereinced this bug for several versions)Steps to reproduce:1. Copy edit2. Arrowing through images, CMD+V on images to paste.3. Intermittently, perhaps relating to the rate at which you're paging through and pasting, the paste command will visually confirm it pasted, but no edits are actually made.Expected result: CMD+V to paste an edit on an image.Actual result: No edits pasted, CMD+V must be done again and typically the edit will then paste.I have screen recordings of this happening attached.

Guys   My cloud is full on 20GB of storage on my images. I didn't really want them backed up to the cloud in the first place. I want to download them back to my local drive > How do I do this?   Also   I'm unhappy with the new version of Lightroom mobile on my desktop but cannot get the old cc version to work. When I store my preset with enable profile corrections, and then use this preset on another image with another lens, the lens information change... i want to store only that i want to use a lens profile but not that specific lens profile...

Hi, I want to remove a dust spot when import a jpg or Raw file. Is there a way to do this automatic in PS or lightroom?  The spot is always on the same places.Because the spot can't remove, i hope there is a solution for this automatic when importing a file, but i can't figure out how. 

My Lightroom app has become so slow that it really stagnates my photo editing. Is this because of my full cloud storage? Or is there something else that is causing this? Are there ways to solve this? Kind regards,Leon

On Lightroom Classic you can advance when editing using a shift-X [on Mac]But in the new Lightroom CC I cannot find how to auto advanceHenry

Hello!    I know Lightroom speed and performance issues are not new here. Still, I am very frustrated and looking for help. I have a brand new Mac Studio M2 Ultra with 128GB RAM (60 core GPU). Specs below. My library has ~11K photos. I am using latest version of Lightroom CC. Local storage for all orginals and smart previews is turned on. Graphic acceleration is fully turned on (I've also tried turning GPU off per other threads).    Despite all this, Lightroom is lagging to the point of being almost unusable.  Specifically, I face serious issues with: -Switching between photos in gallery (can take multiple seconds to switch, then multiple more seconds to fully load the preview)  -using masks, opening masks, turning on/off overlays, etc -these issues are especially exaggerated when I'm using AI masks (subject/background/object); even just one 'subject' mask seems to take performance down significantly    Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Hello,  ever since the v 9.0 update I am unable to export photos from my Lightroom mobile app. When I export it gets stuck halfway through rendering and then my phone (iOS) gets burning hot. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, checked for iOS updates, and nothing seems to fix this issue. It is really causing issues in my productivity. 

Attached is an eight second screen capture of what I'm talking about. The devil touch function for manipulating several variables in the program while indicating clipped areas, no longer works. It seems like the function will work for maybe two seconds before some sort of error occurs, and the view snaps back to standard display, and sometimes it looks like the program has to reload the entire image before proceeding. I have a pretty new iPad Pro within the year and it shouldn't have to think that hard for this operation or at least it hasn't in the past 

I have APL Version 7.0 on an iMac running Sonoma 14.0 and iOS 17.0.3 on my mobile devices   On my desktop app, I am able to choose any picture within a specific person's people album to be the cover photo for that people album.   However, not all Cover Photos sync to the Cover Photos for the people on my iPhone and iPad   On my iPhone "some" have synched - others have not despite closing the app on the desktop and iPhone and restarting - multiple times   On my iPad, none of the cover photos have synched/updated to reflect the changes made on the desktop app   Unfortunately, People albums are not available in the cloud - so, I am unable to see which cover photo is displayed in the cloud   Is this non-synching issue a bug?   If not, how do I get the remaining cover photos to synch on my phone and all cover photos for people to synch on my iPad?   Many thanks

Since update 9.0 (5/10/2023) the Lightroom application starts up on Samsung S9 tablet but shows no images.  When trying to check in setting application crashes.  Messages returned that app contains bug ?  The same update works fine on Samsung S23Ultra smartphone ?  I use my tablet to edit and adjust pictures !  Will there be an updated version for tablet's? when?

This is probably more of a bug than question but it seems with every LR update I install, it comes with another problem that prevents me from actually using it!This latest epsiode is it thinks I'm offline as shown by the search bar and also that there is not one photo anywhere!Anyone else had this?

Hola Me salió un apartado en Fotos como Problemas de Sincronización dónde encuentro aquellas fotos las cuales no puedo restaurar de regreso a las carpetas/albums en los que se cargaron, me pueden apoyar en indicarme porque sucede y como puedo sincronizarlas de nuevo... 

If I capture an .HDR image and export it as the original (not .DNG), I get a .DNG file, not an .HDR file. After the export, I see a pink image. I don't want to use .DNG or .TIF because they have a limited color space. It would be great to introduce a new file format for export, such as .HDR. Thanks.

I clicked on the app today and a pop up said "automatically logging you out" I logged in again with my face book to find that my presets that I worked hard on are vanished! I've had those presets on my account for a year. And all of my edited pictures are gone as well. I was using the Lightroom mobile iOS free version. This is the second time this has happened to me! Ugh this is so frustrating! You see people continuously have this problem for years now why aren't your techs doing anything to resolve this issue! It's been years! This is ridiculous!
