Hi, when I take images on my iPhone I currently use HEIC.I'm looking to start using Lightroom Mobile in my workflow generally and if I am using it on my PC/Mac/iPad/iPhone I know that the iPhone version has a built in camera.The only thing I've found out about the camera built in to Lightroom Mobile on iPhone is that it can shoot in DNG but no more about that DNG format/technical info.I currently use an iPhone XS Max. I may upgrade that in time. I know that rather than HEIC or JPG I could shoot in Apple ProRAW if I were to upgrade (e.g. to an iPhone 14Pro).What I'm trying to understand is how (were I to upgrade my phone) the formats differ. Would I be better to shoot in the iPhone native app, or an app that allowed me to use clip-on lenses (or a lens case and app such as the Reeflex Pro Camera which shoots RAW or ProRAW) and go with Apple ProRAW or would I be better to shoot using the Lightroom Mobile built-in camera and shoot to DNG files from there?Can anyone in the community offer s

I wanted to try a trial subscription and forgot about it, since I had no intention of using Adobe Lightroom. But she forgot to cancel the subscription and it took $20. Is it possible to return this money since I am not going to use the paid version of this program?

Hi, all. I am using Lightroom on a MacBook Pro 2019, I am trying to figure out how to delete multiple photos from  Lightroom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can only seem to delete one photo at a time and with over 7000 photos , that is exhausting. Thank you all in advance.

Just installed Lightroom CC (v 6.3.1.) on my Macbook Pro. Despite what the Adobe LR CC guidebook and videos say, there is no "Auto" setting button in the Light panel. There is an "Auto" button in the "Edit" panel above it, but that auto sets both Light and Color, among other things perhaps.   Would greatly appreciate advice.  

Hi, Lightroom stopped working properly since this morning (it's now 7 pm). I managed to edit a picture this morning, but I can't upload it to the Discovery feed - it claims that the edit is still processing and it might take a few minutes (since this morning). I also haven't been able - since this morning  - to keep editing my pictures...it gets stuck on the presets and I can't do anything. It's a lso extremely slow.The only thing I can do without issues is remixing other photographers images and sharing them both on my profile and on discovery - but anything related to my work is absolutely stuck. Until yesterday everything worked perfectly. I do own a PC with Windows 11and I have Lightroom version: 6.3.1 x64 This is the screenshot of the image I am trying to upload to the Discovery feed since this morning:  Thank you for any help!Sharon

Hi, I am currently on vacation and importing quite a few pictures to Lightroom. I don't have a lot of space left on the hard drive of this laptop, so I set the photo cache size to 10% of available space. According to Lightroom, I have 17.81 GB available. It shows the following:Required space: 660.04 MBPhoto Cache: 1.72 GBStore a copy of smart previews: offStore a copy of originals: off Now the problem: all photos are synched and backed up. Still: the folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\  contains 15.7 GB, most of which (13.2 GB) is in the "originals" folder. Lightroom doesn't count this when calculating the available space (see above), so I actually have very little space available and Lightroom as well as other programs start complaining that the hard drive is full. I have already freed up a few GB by deleting other files, but every time I import photos it gets worse. Why does Lightroom use >13 GB of cache when I only allow it to use 1.7 GB

Hi Everybody, I mainly work with Lightroom CC (Lightroom mobile to be more precise). I migrated some years ago my complete catalog from LrC to Lr, with the storage of original RAW files on the cloud. However, I may use LrC for some specific applications such as the new AutoDenoise function. The fact is that when using this function, a new .dng file will be created, but only the smart-preview will be uploaded to the cloud.  My question is, is there a way to automatically migrate this new .dng file to the cloud (or at least a simple manual method that doesn't need to migrate the complete LrC catalog)? Hello Community, One of my customer is facing issue with Lightroom application. When he starts working on it, he gets the error popup saying photos.adobe.io:443 Registration failed for PUT request. The traffic is forwarded via Zscaler proxy and everythig is allowed and SSL bypassed.

Some of my backed up photos didn't transfer over when I got my new phone. 

i just got a new phone (android). im a premium member. signed in to my Google play account. lightroom doesn't recognise I'm a premium member. says to contact support. any ideas?

I am trying to process some pictures from my Photos file on the iOS app. I I have an iPad 2021 64mb running iOS 16.2. LR refuses to see ANY photos other than a few I imported from a camera a few months back. I have set Settings-Lightroom-Photos-All Photos but that makes no difference. I cannot find any helpful advice from searching. Any advice please? 

In the old app it was wasy to organize presets in to folders. In the new one I can't find a easy way to do it.Does anyone have a solution to this struggle?

I need to understand where my image files travel after downloading from my camera SD card into LR on my iPad, and what happens if I make edits to any of these on my iPad.Are the Originals stored on my iPad or the LR Cloud?Are they automatically transferred into LR Classic in due course as Originals in a Collection on my Mac desktop?When are they added to the Catalog (I only work with one)?How do any edits I make on the iPad get to the Catalog?What are the files that are added to the nominated folder for Synced images in LR Classic Settings? My old brain is struggling with the logic involved. Any help, a link or a flow chart would be much appreciated.

Hi, we have a problem, that is getting on our nerve and dont really find the anwser to it online. If anyone has a teory or knows why this is happening it would be apricated. So, we have been using only Lightroom cloud based till about a year ago. Than as we got more serious about photograpy we started using Lightroom classic also. So what started happening to us is, for example, we sorted our photos in album in LR CC which are synched with LR classic catralogue on main PC. Overnight the photos were in order before sorting. Another thing that happened in when editing, masking, color correction in LR CC the edits are also gone overnight. It is true that there are almost always atleast one LR CC and one LR classic opened at the same time. Sometimes also 2 LR CC at the same time, if thic could have something with the issue? Also a little about our workflow if this helps out:So our usual workflow now is like this.
