Brand new to Lightroom. On a free trial. i just imported RAW photos (shot as RAW only, not RAW + JPG) from my Canon EOS T3 and when I pull the thumbnails up they show as jpegs. This certainly could be user error but not sure how that can be. Do I need to convert them somehow? Thanks for any help possible.
Adobe no me da la opción de actualizar mi plan para tener más almacenaje. Qué puedo hacer?
Why do my images go out in reverse chronologicla order? (Thread title edited by Moderator)
After I finish editing in lightroom mobile I opened the lightroom in Macbook pro to export them . all edites disapearedplease help
As my cloud gets full I upgraded from 20gb to 1 tb to upload the remaining photos from my iPad to the cloud. The cloud settings says 1 tb, also in the creative cloud app. But in Lightroom mobile I have still 20 gb storage. I signed out and in, this doesn't help. Has someone an Idee how to get the full storage in LR mobile? Greets, Christian
I have an Adobe creative cloud account and it works fine on my iPad and my MacBook Air. I try to log in on my iPhone 12 Pro running the most updated iOS and it will not recognize that I already have a paid account. When I try to sync everything it's asking me to upgrade to a paid account. I've tried logging in/out, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. I'm kind of at a loss of how to get it to load my account at this point. I'm on the go and trying to make some quick edits on my phone to photos in my account but can't get to them.
When testing the digital zoom of iPhone 14 Pro, I've noticed a strange thing - while I was amazed by the results of the raw photo (of course it's oily and not perfect, but still great for an x15 digital zoom), the quality seems to be way worse after importing in Lightroom. Sure, the Lightroom one should be more washed, and less contrasty than the original, but quality-wise they should match, while no level of sharpness/contrast/texture gets them to the same level - the Lightroom one always seem to be way more blurred. As far as I know, the ProRAW was supposed to be the photo after Apple's ML quality-improving magic, but before actually developing the image, so that we could adjust the lighting and colors to our style without resigning from the Apple's pipe completely. However it looks as if Lightroom imported a true raw photo, even before running all of these algorithms. Am I doing something wrong? That's the screenshot of the ProRAW (cant post DNG, but that's enough to see th
Hi guys,Is there the possibility to change the file name of a photo? If I edit many times in PS the file name became XXXXXXX-edit-edit-edit-edit............. and it's quite bad! Thanks in advanceGianluca
Currently, Android tablets use the iOS/Android version for mobile phones, it's only resized to make use of larger screens. Meanwhile, Lightroom Web is a complete port of the cloud-based desktop Lightroom. And funnily enough, Lightroom Web works perfectly in Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 Plus. I think it should be possible for Adobe to port Lightroom for iPadOS to Android tablets; let's just call the product "Lightroom for Android: Tablet"; it can just be a glorified web wrapper with some slight tweaks, honestly and it would work just fine. Will we see a true Lightroom port on Android tablets? I guess time will tell.
Hello, I want to print some photos edited on Lightroom CC (I noticed the export settings are different from Lightroom Classic).I want to use an ICC profile for a good printing result (I already installed it on my MacOs in the right path Library/ColorSync/Profiles), however I am not able to use this profile because in the export panel of Lightroom CC there is no ICC profile options.I know an alternative would be to use Photoshop or Lightroom Classic but it would be more complex for me. Do you have any suggestion to fix this directly on Lightroom CC? Thank you!
Hey. My phone is totally destroyed and I need my Lightroom back. I have so many photos but most importantly my presets that I've bought. I've tried to log in but it's not showing up. I don't even know if I had an account on my last phone with Lightroom. I need help
Hi, I just downloaded 6.2 cloud version and was working with a non-cloud based version on my old computer. Not sure if that is considered Classic. Anyway, I am noticing a few things that don't look the same or that I don't seem to be able to do on the cloud version.1. When I want to export my photos, they are not quickly identifiable as edited like they were in my other version. In my other version, in the "library" it shows all the photos that were imported, and has icons on the photos that were edited. This makes it very easy to quicky select those for export. The cloud-based version does not show icons on the edited photos so I am not quite sure which ones were edited. Is there a way to make this easier in the cloud-version?2. Also, in the cloud version, I can't find an option to import to a location other than the cloud. My 20 g will fill up quickly and I need to be able to move all the files off the cloud and onto an external drive. Is there a way to set it to import to my c
I subscribed to Lightroom 170 but I don't have it activated?
Was editing some photos and suddenly the slider bars for vertical and horizontal positions have faded out and I am unable to adjust the watermark position. The watermark stays in the middle of the photograph. Any ideas?
From a post from 2020 I saw an Adobe team person comment that they took the feedback of being able to tag and mark people as a suggestion. Has really nothing happened with that feature and it´s now 2023? When I mask people, it doesn´t quite work for then the AI to find the others based on that masking. Any suggestions? And can someone please give feedback that a "tag people" instead feature should be added as masking people takes time, something that could be done in 1 second instead..
I made some screenshots...But I have the latest updates Imac and what I am talking about is NOT Lightroom Classic its the other one just called Adobe Lightroom ... It comes out as a Raf from my Fujifilm XT2 camera digital , and I import it to my desk !But to my surprise it comes as a Tif to Photoshop ? Hmmmm Why ? Thats my question ?Regards Martha
I like to have full size files available to me on the cloud when I'm editing away from home, so I upload to LR cloud, but when I need to clear out space from Adobe cloud I don't want to lose all those edits when I delete them. What's the process recommended to get those edits into Classic?
I use Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and recently permanently deleted all the images in the "deleted" folder. And afterwards realized that I hadn't backed up a large portion of those images. Is there a way to recover images that have been permanently deleted!?
Hello, I am trying to export photos from lightroom and send to facebook but the white box is not showing up when i cllick on export. (Thread title edited by Moderator)
I recently uploaded a ton of photos from a trip to Lightroom CC. When I wanted to export them I was getting the error that says "These files could not be found" and turned out it only exported like half of the selected files. I add this post in case someone else falls into this problem. I found the solution which was to extend the cache size in the preferences..
I don't care for rejected photos taking up space on my external hard drive. The way I got around this before was re-syncing my cloud library with LR classic, then deleting the rejects from there. But LR classic is slow and buggy. After a recent experience where I couldn't open Classic at all, I decided to come up with a solution. I didn't code this app myself. I got help from a guy on Fiver. Here's the workflow from the beginning. Copy Photos from SD Card (I use dropbox to do it automatically)Use Bridge to delete obvious rejectsImport the rest to Lightroom cloudCopy the keepers onto an external HD, "Photos" (you can skip this step if you import directly to your local photo libary)When pruning the cloud library, mark rejects but don't immediately delete themEvery couple weeks, filter library by rejectedExport rejects (small jpg, 10% quality) to a folder on mac HD (mine is called "TO DELETE")Open the app, "Delete Rejects"It will prompt you first to select a source folder ("TO D
Issue: When exporting from a certain album I receive an error message that says that the file is not supported or damaged. Files are completely fine. My colleague doesn't have issues exporting the same files. My LR is updated to the latest version. What can I do?
