Hello 🙂 Ich habe bemerkt, dass ich beim Lightroom mit meinem Arbeitskonto verbunden bin. Nun wollte ich meine Lightroom Library via Lightroom Downloader herunterladen und anschliessend beim korrekten, privaten Lightroom-Konto importieren. Nun bin ich mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich die Bilder überhaupt wieder samt Bearbeitungs-History importieren kann. Weiss das wer von euch? Ich möchte ja nich alle Bearbeitungen verlieren.Mercii! Hi everyone, yesterday I have installed Lightroom 6.2 CC on my PC (windows10). It says it`s the latest version. When I run the program no function is available. I cannot import images or create folders. The button is greyed out. Also my images from Lightroom mobile don`t sync with Lightroom desktop, only wirh Lightroom web. It seems like it is not connected to the cloud. I have the Lightroom 1TB without Lightroom Classic.   I`ve already tried re-installing, resetting preferences, re-login and downgrading to 6.1.   Anyone can help? 

I have just created a "Shared To Web" album in Lightroom 2.4.1 for Mac and spent a great deal of time adjusting the order of images (which you can only do online, not in the OSX app which is very weird) Now I want to create multiple copies of this album and make slight edits and removals to send to different clients.    Does anyone know how to duplicate a Shared To Web album in Lightroom CC?    

I know this is crazy but I can't find/ remember how to add words to an image.I'm sure I've done it before?Could anyone please help? Thanks, Niki F 

After updating the app two weeks ago, the app crashes, loads permanently, or just doesn't do anything.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, tried airplane mode on start up. Nothing.  I was hoping it would fix itself but my app is now unusable.  

Hi, Just started using my Lr recently and noticed there's a Discover tab. When i tried to open it (My Profile, Featured, Following, Remixes), it just shows empty screen. The next issue i'm having is my Recommended presets are not working, keep getting error "Something went wrong". Tried reinstalling Lr and signed out my account but the issues still won't go away. 

So, I have just started getting serious with Lightroom, and I have an album I don't even remember making on my list.  It's legit, it's a bunch of old family photos, young parents, grandparents, young me, etc., etc. The picture count on the left side of the screen is colored green, and I have no idea why.  This is probably a stupid noob question, but anyone out there know why?  It also has the down arrow icon that no other album I have does, you can see it below...Thanks,Kev 

Hello … I recently downloaded some presets the Spring special with the whiskey preset also … This may be a dumb question but do I need LR to use these ? And can I buy LR or is only annual or monthly fees? Also can your presets work with other softwares ? Thank you 😊

I logged into my cloud account and all but two photos are missing - over 30,000 in total!  The two still showing were the last two added to the account.  I found an Adobe article "Where Can I Fnd my Missing Files" and tried 1) the Creative Clound file on my Mac, 2) MyAssets online, 3) Deleted section for Creative Cloud.  I also tried accessing the account from my iPad app and quiting/restarting my account.   Any ideas would be much appreciated!  ThanksBob B. 

I have purchased monthly subscription and made payments. However it reflects that you have not subscribed. I have made payment twice and still it's not reflected. please help and also how can I get refund for 2nd payment. regards,

Hey, i have recently started a website and tbh initially i got soooo many errors. But now things are smooth, however i am struggling with one issue which is integration of lightoom to my website. Like i want users to use it while staying on my website.now there are two questions,1. is it even allowed by the adboe?2. if yes then how can i do this? you help and response will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I want to make lightroom mobile on my ipad my daily driver for photo editing. The largest difficulty switching from desktop to ipad though, is that swiping between every photo slides the whole photo across the screen. While this looks pretty, it makes it extremely difficult to look for minute differences between two photos taken at roughly the same moment. I am left guessing which one looks better overall, without being able to critically see the difference between two photos. I dont know if everyone needs this disabled, so if it were a preference that would be fine, but I imagine this would be beneficial to anyone who shoots many photos over the course of a day. Thank you

I am using Galaxy. The white balance option is uncomfortable when using the camera in the light room. The iPhone has this feature.That mean Pipette iKON... Galaxy needs a function that can easily adjust the color of the white balance.

I have been using just the basic text watermark feature, that would drop-down when I exported a file to a folder. Yesterday, when I try to export an image and use the basic watermark, the drop-down menu never popped up for me to use. Any help resolving this would be appreciated, thanks in advance   Also are used to use a PNG file or my watermark image in the old classic Lightroom but now I have a membership to creative cloud so I'm just learning some of the features

I need permission to edit my video and photos for free

I created a shared album with a dozen photos and one video. I shared the album with myself and mailed an invitation to myself. When I firs opened the album (on my iPhone) I saw only a coupl of photos and the single video which played property. A while later all the photos were uploaded but the video had vanished! Is it possible for a shared album to display video content in the web interface?

Hello all, is there a way to sync via cable from an iPad to a laptop?  I'm currently trying to sync a few hundred gb of photos from the iPad via the cloud and it's taking for ever.  Any ideas?
