Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Why would you offer a free 7 day free trial to access premium features like "masking" and then not provide the ability to use it? I was really excited to finally find a video editing app that would allow me to mask or lighten up just my person in a video and if the app is good enough, I would be willing to pay for it however, you don't even give the option to try out those features. why would anyone purchase anything if they don't get the features to try?

The other day i just got Lightroom downloaded and was exited to use when i couldn't click the import button, it was greyed out. I've tried reseting the prefereces but it didn't do anyhting. Thanks Noah

Hey everyone! I've been trying to figure out how to add Pixieset (a photography website to send galleries to clients) on my "connections" tab - Im using a windows laptop with chrome as my browser but also have the app installed. "Connections" allows you to upload your photos from lightroom onto other platforms. When I reach out to customer service I'm being told I need to reach out to Apple Support to figure it out because thats where I purchased my subcription from ???

My photos disappeared after syncing Lightroom. These were for a client. Contacting support is impossible. Not only did their product cause a disaster, I can't reach anyone that can help. The customer service is incompetent and nonexistent, which is even worse than the issue I needed support with. Good luck to everyone.    

When I export photos after editing the image often is grainy, especially when I export at 100%. Is it better to export at 80 or 90%? I have attached two photos, the higher Mb image is grainer and can be seen in the background. Thanks for the help, I am new to photo editing and photography. 

Hello, I just switched from android to iPhone and I've signed into my creative cloud account where I have a subscription that includes LR and the mobile app, but it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription and will not let me edit raw photos. Whenever I click on my profile or anything locked behind the subscription, it just says "something went wrong. Try again after some time" but it's been like that for 2 days now and signing out and back in does not fix this issue.    [moved to the correct community - Mod.]

I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I just started having with Lightroom.  When I import photos to Lightroom and am viewing them in my library the color is exactly how it was shot in my camera.  All of the settings are the default settings and I have never messed with any of the import settings on Lightroom or my camera.  However, when I go into develop mode the color of the photo completely changes.  The contrast is severe and it warms the photo up so much it's not even recognizable from the original.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  This started happening suddenly after a Lightroom update and I cannot figure out how to get it back to looking like my original photographs when I go to edit them.  Below are some screen shots of the before and after. Hi, I have a problem with opening Lighroom app on my macbook. I have just installed it by Creative Cloud and when I click "open" nothing happens. I haven't got the problem with the rest of apps. For example photoshop works perfect. Any ideas?

using mask facility in Lightroom I have made adjustments to an image using one layer.  I can see the changes on screen but when I click on edits to make global I lose the mask changes.  I am obviously missing a step.  Can some tell what the steps are.

How can I upgrade? Do I have to wait for my current mobile-only LR plan to run out? Or can I 'upgrade' right away?

Hi! I went and purchased a pack of presets today, but when I tried to import it, it tells me that every single preset is either duplicate or invalid. I've installed presets before and didn't have this problem, so I don't know what's going on. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 so maybe that has something to do with it? I just got the phone today.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hello! I have camera Nikon D750 and macbook pro, always used Lightroom to import photos from camera and never had any issues. Week ago I updated my macbook pro and now whenever I want to import photos to Lightroom from my nikon d750 nothing happens, Lightroom shows that there are no photos. I tried the same camera to import to image capture and there shows all photos. But that is not a sollution as I need now first upload photos to computer and only from computer to Lightroom. Tried all the possible ways, even installed Lightroom from new, ticked all boxes to allow for Lightroom to have access to my photos and folders, nothing, nothing, nothing. It annoys me cause I never had an issue, only after updating computer. I don't want the same photos uploading 2x and after deleting, as RAW files take a tonnes of space. Please, please help me to find solution. Thanks

I have lightroom premium on my cell phone and the remove tool from the recovery tab is gone

I'm using a pro model iPhone with 3 different camera lenses. I've been trying to test the camera function in the free version of Adobe Lightroom mobile, but with limited success.  I have two questions please: 1 - I have only been able to switch between the telephoto lens and the wide angle lens on my phone using the Lightroom app, but I'm not able to enable the standard lens to take photos for some reason. Is there a way to take photos using the 3rd camera lens with the Lightroom mobile app? 2 - If I pay for a mobile Lightroom subscription, which then allows me to upload my photos to the Adobe cloud, then how can I download the DNG photo files onto my desktop computer from the Adobe cloud if I don't have a subscription for the standard Lightroom desktop program on my desktop computer? Thank you kindly for any assistance you can offer.

Hi Lightroom 8.2.3 still has the full screen problem which I would like you to fix, since for me it is really a bit stressful to see the time and to take away space on the screen when editing my photos. could you please fix? I would really appreciate it.

is there really no way to filter pictures by orientation - horizontal (landscape) / vertical (portrait)?

It should be doable and you probably have already everything you need to make it happen. /Imagine: I just added a new collection to LR. After it generates thumbnails and do face recognition, it recognises scenes. Since I always do a lot of pictures on every event, I have like... 2137 images. Almost half of the pictures were taken in one space. Now when I edit selected ones I can remove entire people or objects because LR actually knows what's behind. Or I can add a person from another pictures. Or generate clean, perfect wide shots of entire venue with people. And with people. I can change angle of a scene or change the leneses. I generate scenes that I miss when reviewing all this. I can make a cinematic story with rich dataset. I can do this all night...I wanted to say that I know it needs a tremendeus amount of raw pictures to feed the model but there's no "but". I wake up in different world everyday these days. Beginner here. Tried to figure it out using tutorials, but couldn't find the solution... Anyone experienced that can help? When I add multiple keywords in the searchbar, I get results that meet ANY of those keywords.  I would like to get results that meet ALL the keywords. Is there a solution for that?
