When I want to mark only the subject in the mask, it covers the area around the subject and not the subject itself as it should, it is not precise and the masks are useless to me, please solve my problem as soon as possible!!
When I edit or unedit a picture, it auto saves to edit or unedit folder. How can I turn that off? I usually saves it to my device and so do not need to save in edit or unedit folder too.
When in "Rate and Review" mode, I want to be able to turn off the thumbnail bar at the bottom, and have the image resize to fill top to bottom. It wastes space when I'm not using the thumbnail bar, I tap the image to make it go away, yet the blank space stays at the bottom. Images should expand to be as large as possible on the screen.
Hello. I'm experiencing this error every time I use Lightroom and I would like some help. This photo is a RAW image captured with the ExpertRAW app built into the Samsung Galaxy smartphone, depicting the night sky. [Before]As you can see in the original photo, there is a single star in the typical sky. However, when I import this photo into ExpertRAW for adjustments, moiré-like patterns appear. This issue occurs in the original photo mode, and adjusting various parameters does not make it disappear. I'm using at Windows 11 and latest version of Lightroom. [After (in Lightroom)] What can I do to resolve this problem? Even after reinstalling Lightroom without making any changes to the settings, the same symptoms persist.

Could you please enlarge the scroll bar on the right side of Lightroom mobile? It is very small and often very difficult to engage on an iPhone or iPad. It would be easier if the slider was larger or thicker. Thank you 🙏
Hello, I am a Chinese user of adobe. When I was using Lr for iPad, I encountered the situation that deleted photos could not be recovered. Every time I click to recover photos, I will only be prompted to restore photos. mb cloud storage space Your space is insufficient and can not be restored, but my iPad memory and iCloud storage space are sufficient. I have used various methods, but there is no way to contact me in China, nor can I find the adobe official way to contact me in addition to social accounts. Is there any way to solve my problem.
I'm seeing this on both my Mac (latest MacOS) and Win11 installs. When I hit F for Detail - Full Screen mode for evaluating images instead of getting Full screen mode I get a player UI with a black screen showing 0:01s of video.
Hi guys. I found a very nice preset, that i have been applying to a lot of my images from a festival. For reasons unknown, i put down my work for a week, and now, when i borrow the preset from a picture i have applied to preset to, it completly darkens the picture as shown on the attached image. Can someone help me? Have i missed something, or is it something really obvious? Thankyou in advance. So GoPro claims itself as "the social media camera", still I can‘t import raw files from my GoPro into Lightroom CC Mobile on my iPad.Is there a way to get my raw files into Lightroom CC Mobile without using a computer first? For example like I import my RAW files from my DSLR with a SD-Card adapter?
after your latest update when I go to add my watermark I used to not have to select it each time it would just use the last one I used unless I wanted to change it n now it's a hassle after I select it I have to back out of the customize screen n then go back in to be able to see it on my photo to say where I want it to be, can we go back to how it was?
The latest version of the Lightroom Mobile app on my iPhone prompted me to tell me I could now simply work with the Photos app on Lightroom Mobile. I no longer needed to allow it to automatically add photos to Lightroom, they could simply stay where they were and I could edit them on the mobile app. It did come with a warning though that this wouldn't be a good idea if I wanted to use Lightroom Classic. However that's exactly what I want to do. I suspect one can't simply add an option to the iPhone camera to say "just store this in Lightroom, don't worry about the Camera Roll".I wonder if it would be possible instead to have an option that says "if you see it in Camera Roll simply import it to Lightroom and then delete it from Camera Roll". Which effectively means that Lightroom Mobile sends all the images to the cloud and becomes my primary point of looking at images. Then it would allow me to continue with my PC setup where my main catalog is in Lightroom Classic
I have the Photography Plan which includes Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. Photoshop appears to be installed locally but the "Open" button is greyed out for Lightroom, although there is no option to install it since Creative Cloud thinks it is installed.
I've been told in a reply to one of my posts in the main thread that in order to upload from my iPhone I need to actually have Lightroom Mobile open - better still to have it connected to power and turn on the 'prevent from sleep' option enabled. Synchronise the counts of images over all platforms in the cloud rapidly so that users really know how much is left to synchronise. I work using multiple devices. I can take photos on an iPhone (or import via SD card reader to my iPhone from my camera). I might want to look at them on iPad, or on Lightroom Mobile on Mac Mini, or using Lightroom Classic on my main PC.Let's say I take 200 images on the phone. It will tell me that say 32/200 are uploaded. But if I look on the iPad it will only know that 32 are in the cloud and it may tell me 7/32 are downloaded. Later I may look again and it tells me 28/42 are downloaded. By this point the iPhone may be telling me that 50/200 are uploaded. Yet if I go to the PC it may tell me that 6/50 are downloaded.It's a mess.If, at the point of saying "I've got 200 to upload to the cloud" that number got put into the cloud as a holding number all the devices could say how many of the 200 that the cloud knows will eventually be in the c

Issue: For some (I don't see clear pattern for which photo this issue occurs) photos or folders when I try to add them from local file, the message that the file(s) are added pup up but no photos are added. Once occure it starts to be deterministic - I can try to add the file again and no result, I'm not able to add that file to Lightroom mobile. Lightroom version: v. 8.3.1 0045B8/34OS and version: iPadOS 16.4.1 Steps to reproduce the issue (however, I didn't find a way to deterministicly find for which condition/files this issues occurs, but once occure it is easy to reproduce):1. Import photo from local file.2. Choose the photo (might be jpg, raw - dosn't matter) and confirm import3. Lightroom seems to import the photo, finish with message "one photo added" but actually the collection dosn't show the photo.Is there any way to debug it? I.e. check local Ligtroom data base/file system to see if the fiels are there etc.? Than clean it to be able to import the files without iss

When you are looking at a Discover landscape photos and turn your phone (tablet) sidewase into landscape, half the screen is taken up by the Edits panel.Only way to see the photo full screen is to go into Edit Mode. Does anyone else find this really annoying? Keith

Ich habe mich an- und abgemeldet, mein Telefon neugestartet, meine Abo kontrolliert und sogar die App deinstalliert (dabei all meine Bilder verloren) und es geht immer noch nicht. Jedesmal wenn ich die Käufe wiederherstellen möchte kommt diese Fehlermeldung: "Keine wiederhergestellten Käufe!". Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!
Hello,I don't ever want to sync my files using lightroom mobile and always pause sync which has worked up until the last iteration. Now, when I switch screens between say the camera and the photo library, the syncing starts automatically which is such a pain. Please, can there just be a turn syncing off forever option? Thank you.I notice as well, that despite my disallowing photo access as I don't want Lightroom to try and upload or import all of my phone photos which include random pictures of scabs and just record keeping, and my phone is too small to use for editing, so I just don't want any of that - the app continues to pester me for access to my other photos. Being able to create content with just your GoPro and Lightroom Mobile is extremely useful for people who are in the field and need to get footage uploaded. With the newer GoPro cameras that run 5k 60fps, Lightroom can not handle the footage for whatever reason. Even when shooting in 4k60 Lightroom still can't handle the footage. I am running an iPhone 13 with latest iOS and Lightroom. Lightroom mobile can process 4k60 footage from older GoPros (hero 9 or older) however the 10&11 produce footage that Lightroom doesn't agree with. This is an incredibly irritating issue and the built in tools on the GoPro app are extremely lacking especially when editing underwater footage. You can not scrub through footage or export it. The app just crashes every time you try and work with the footage. I'm not sure if anyone is aware of the issue nor would they be without someone to tell them. The Lightroom app is incredibly powerful for underwater gopro footage but not being able to export it in 4K
