Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have a student creative cloud account, and I can use all of the lightroom features on my desktop. However, when I click on a premium feature on the lightroom mobile app, an error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again in some time" pops up. I am logged in with the correct Adobe account on my ipad and everything is up to date.  -Lightroom Mobile-iPadOS 15.7

When will the Merging function of 3-5 photos be available on the LR mobile on the IPad Pro?

Hi, i uploaded .RAF files today for the first time from my Fujifilm X-PRO3 and i got the below message - see photo. Does anyone know what thats about? Extremely annoying and i have never gotten a message like that before in my years using LR....I am also not allowed to "continue editing" as all functions are non-functioning..

I am running into an issue where I edit photos in detail mode, sometimes using batch edit (cmd+shift+c/cmd+v), and after some time, I'll look back at the previous photos I edited, and the edits are gone. Ie. They are all back at the default values. When I try to edit it again, it looks like it saves okay, but then I'll check back at the photo 30 minutes later, and it will be back to the original default values, like all 0s. I do notice the cloud icon continuously trying to sync. It never stops though, even with a small number of photos like "3 photos syncing". The closest related issue I've found in this forum is here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-discussions/lightroom-not-saving-changes/m-p/11743054  But this doesn't really help me, since I want to keep working in Lightroom, not exit it. Also, the issue happens while I am working in Lightroom. I'm using: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom version 4.4. My OS is Mojave version 10.14

Dears,looking at attached screenshot from LRCC, I created in Classic 2 "test catalogues", marked in YELLOW- just for trial how migration will work.In this way I created collections in Classic to reflect my folder hierarchy and to have it similar in Desktop.So far, it fulfills my expectation but one thing is astonishing and maybe has a simple reason:2 more folders are created in CC with the same naming as the catatlogues, including all photos w/o hierarchy (marked in RED).First assumption was this could be the original versions, but they weren't.Can anyone explain this "feature" and what 's the background of it?Can I simply delete these additional folders w/o loosing important information?Thanks upfront for some advise.

Hi Forum,I have creative cloud subscription. The samsung Note 9 (Android 10) does not show new lightroom mobile v8 version. It still shows v7.5.1. I have already uninstalled and re-installed lightroom mobile. Because of this, I can not see new features (Oct 2022) in my phone and unable to sync the edits between LrC and lightroom mobile (android).  Phone: Samsung Note 9, (Android 10) Many thanks for any help.Thank you, 

I have a paid subscription to Lightroom mobile on iOS and Lightroom Web. I am able to view my own profile on the web but on the Lightroom mobile iOS app I cannot see my profile picture and when I click on my profile it says "Something went wrong. Please try again after some time".  How can I view my own profile on the Lightroom mobile app for iOS?

My iPad has run into this issue twice now. Called customer service and the only solution was to uninstall and reinstallk the lightroom iPad app. The problem is that I edit an entire wedding, and then lightroom won't sync to the cloud. None of the edits Ive made are on lightroom.adobe.com. But when I try it on my phone the edit shows up immediatly on the cloud. So this must be a bug specific to the iPad app. It says its syncing, but its not. And I have deleted everything the deleted folder on the cloud already. The problem is that when you uninstall and reinstall the app all of your edits are lost and you have to start over from scratch.

Lightroom on my iPad keeps cropping raw files on import. I have turned off all import settings. It mimics my settings in camera. The problem is that it's imposible to reset the crop to the original file size. The file on my computer is as it should. If I shoot in 1:1 in my camera the crop stays in Lightroom. There is no way to change back to the original size. This happens with my Fuji X-pro1.

I've recently updated my Lightroom Mobile app to version 8.0 and I can no longer select previous healing spots. I made a HUGE healing spot when I zoomed in and didn't notice till I zoomed out. Is there a way that I can select that or do I have to undo everything I've done? Thanks!

After the most recent LR update my image will pixelate after I make a change when using the heal or clone tool.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?  Editing is taking forever now.   

Looks like an old subject but thought I would ask here as I can not find anything and the Adobe Chat was no help. I have a full Creative Cloud license but can not get Lightroom on the Ipad Pro to work without the subscription page jumping up everytime I go near the menu.  Adobe support recommended I use Premier Rush but this is for Videos and I got a bit confused.Adobe have said that Lightroom Mobile is supported on the IPAD PRO and is part of my license but no one can tell me how I get rid of the pop up screen asking for me to pay for Prmium features..... Has anyone got around this?

Hi Adobe community!   Since many years I've dreamed to buy an iPad for all my photography work, I believe this device will enhance my photography workflow and creativity, being closer to my shots is a dream of mine. As everybody knows, Apple has forbid many users to make the switch as the iPad software has been the worst enemy of the device itself but since iPadOS 16, the tablet has become so much more professional and usable. Today is the official release date and I believe that we were many to be waiting for it to come. But after the Adobe Max 2022, I discovered that Lightroom Cloud based has received GPU Acceleration for better exports on the Mac and Windows versions but not for the iPad Pros! That makes me so mad! Now that Apple finally begins to unleash the beast, Adobe blocks it (and therefore us) and I don't understand why! Not having some of the best features of Lightroom Classic (like Calibration and Soft Proofing) was already enough, Lr has been lacking a GPU acceleratio

Hello, Lightroom isn't able to import images directly from my Canon R5. Lightroom Classic is able to do it, and I can also transfer the images from my camera directly onto my computer hard drive. The file format is the largest jpeg option.I've been having import problems for a while now, even when I was shooting raw. Previously, there would be a grey caution triangle in the box where my import images were supposed to show. But, I would normally either restart Lightroom or unplug and replug my computer and the issue would be fixed. However, this time, it appears that Lightroom simply isn't finding any photos on my R5 to import at all. I'm given a message that says "No images that can be imported were found in the selected source. If you are uploading from a phone, please make sure it's unlocked. You may also need to put it in Airplane Mode."

Hi, There is a bug in Lightroom CC 6.0. When I want to export one file as jpg, the Export button shows 403 files which is not what I expected since I was only editting one file. The 403 files are the number of files I have in Lightroom. I worked around this problem by exiting Lightroom and then bringing it back up. This Export 403 files happened multiple times so its a consistent bug. Please fix this problem. Thanks, David   [moved from bugs to discussions - Mod.]

HelloThe Lightroom mobile (Android Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra)  does not synchronising my photos with cloudThose are my settings:1. Automatic adding - enabledA. Adding from my phone - enabledB. Jpeg, Raw - enabledC. Enabled import from theSpecified folders2. Person view - enabled3. Photos import options - default Adobe settimgs When i type on the cloud icon on the top right corner it appears that synchronisation is finished and backup has made.Below is pause button showed which informs me that synchronisation is resumed (not stopped). But nothing is working. All photos stored in folders specified to synchronisation aren't synchronised Thnaks for help

Folks, I’m a relative newbie to Lightroom 12.0.  I shot the attached sunset as a learning exercise.  Nikon D7500, 80 mm, 1/125 sec., f/4.0, ISO 280. Exported edited RAW file as a JPG - see: attached.  How do I tone down the sun while preserving its color (more or less) without affecting the rest of the image?  I tried setting up a radial gradient mask over the sun and then played around with exposure, temperature, tint, and hue. I couldn’t affect any significant change. Reducing exposure just makes the sun display as a gray circle. Feathering = 0; so Amount defaults to 100.  Help please.  Thanks.  Vic.

Is there a way to share an image to forums using BB code at all?I know you can share albums and images via the panels with either links directly to the gallery page etc but i cannot find a way to share individual images from either CC or LR Gallery like i would using say flickr or imagebb.  Thanks

How do I add titles and text in Lightroom CC desktop? In the web version, it's easy. I don't think there is a similar view in the desktop application. Thank you!
