This needs to exist. It's a core rating/sort system that is part of the Flag & Rating system. The fact colours don’t sync has cost me a lot of images in accidental deletion because 2/3rds of the system snyc but this doesn't. This one oversight prevents me from organising between both platforms.
HiMy workflow is export pictures across unsung Nikon SnapBridge. Edit them in the main Lightroom IOS, then upload the odd one to Instagram. I’ve noticed that a few of my pictures had been marked as potential AI so I started to investigate. Load the NEF into Lightroom, zero edits, convert to JPEG, upload to Instagram….. flagged as potentially AI. I then tried the same but used another store instead of Lightroom, picture uploaded no AI marker. My next rabbit hole was looking at the EXIF data. All normal. I then edited the software category so it was blank by removing “Adobe Lightroom 11.4.10 (iOS)”, uploaded to Instagram and no AI marker. So it look like Instagram is adding an AI label to my pictures if they’ve gone through Lightroom iOS, even if I’m not using an AI feature such as denoise etc. Anyone noticed this?
Hello !For a few days (maybe weeks) now, Lightroom is acting strangely when I try to find a subject. When I click the "Subject" button in masking options, I get an error message saying it doesn't find people in the photo, hence it's classical portraits. When I try to select the person with the "Object" tool, Lightroom is giving me weird masks, here's some examples : This shot was taken by me. You can see the "detected" masking in red. This shot was bought in stocks. Same kind of "detected" masking in red. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom and reset the preferences. Is anyone having the same issue and is there a workaround ? Thank you !
Regarding the new tools, why are the action tools/features unvailable on my iphone, even though i have a lightroom mobile premium subcription.
I created collections synced with Lightroom Classic on Windows 11.I can successfully load these collections onto my Android smartphone and store the photos locally. When I try to do the same thing on my iPad Pro, I encounter the following issue: the initial loading of the collections works fine, and I can store the photos from these collections locally: But when I return to the app, the photos in these collections load but do not display. If I close and restart the app, I get error 19651012. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, without success. I should note that I’m running the latest version of iPadOS.
I just found that most profiles are gone from the edit section, like all the Modern profiles, the Vintage profiles and a lot of Black and White profiles. The Modern profiles were the ones I used the most. There used to be a lot more profiles than there are today. These profiles are similar to the popular presets that customize the color and the mood of the photos, the difference is profiles are selected after the photo has been captured, during the editing process.I am talking about lightroom for mobile.Does anyone know what happened to these profiles? Thanks for the help.I decided to reupload this bug because I realized I mistakenly chose Lightroom Classic before, but the issue is in Lightroom for Mobile.I could not delete the previous post.
Issue SummaryProblem: Lightroom crashes immediately when applying AI adaptive profiles to images. Affected Devices: iPad Pro M5 (iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPhone 17 Air (iOS 27.0 Beta) Non-Affected Devices: iPad Pro M4 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPad Mini 7 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) Mac (M1, macOS 27.0 Beta) Key FindingsOther AI features (e.g., Super Resolution, Generative Fill) work flawlessly on all devices, including the affected ones. The issue only occurs with adaptive profiles, suggesting a specific incompatibility with the Neural Engine cores in M5/A19 chips (2025). All devices run Lightroom v11.4.0 (242) and the latest iOS/iPadOS 27.0 Beta. The problem does not occur on 2024 hardware (M4, A18) or macOS, even with the same OS version.Additional ContextThe synchronization issue mentioned in my previous support request has been resolved. This crash only affects AI adaptive profiles, not other AI tools in Lightroom.
It would be nice to have a “Fuji recipe” like feature where you can use the presets you have created directly applied into the shootigg mode of the app. Enabling you to have them applied straight out of camera.
When exporting a photo with AI sharpening, the process get’s hung on the “preparing stage”.
Hi,Yesterday i loaded photos from my camera into the online free version of Lightroom. Edited them, downloaded them unto my laptop in a map. I need for some advice concerning a complex issue to solve between LRC and LR Mobile (android).I’m a wedding photographer, and until now I’ve used 100% LRC for my work (desktop based). But in one week time I’m going for vacation, and since I will have some time there I though “hey - let’s make some wedding edits there” but… here are issues I’m facing, as the only mobile device I can take with me is a Samsung Galaxy Tab, which restricts me to LR mobile version (never used before). And what I need to achieve is a continuous workflow between LRC and LR mobile - so that all work I do in LR mobile is 100% unified and recognizable with LRC when I come back from vacation. Pls note - I’m using a 20GB cloud storage adobe plan (which is way too little for my work cloud based) plus I will probably be cut off the internet where I’m going. So I was hoping to find an offline version of work on LR mobile to work on RAW files. But when I started to analyze it, I faced the following issues.I’m using pr
After I’m done editing my photos, I will review my edits from the beginning. But Lightroom has this bug where some photos will be randomly rotated. I’ll fix the rotatation. But even then, when I export the photos, some will still get random rotations. Meaning I have to go through multiple reviews to fix the rotations. It’s not just the rotations. Some edit like exposure, crop, masking etc. get randomly applied too. Seems like some are copied form a different photos. It gets worse. Sometimes I can’t just fix the edits because multpile photos seem to have auto sync. So when I fix one photo, another photo gets “fixed”. I’ll do all sorts of stuff like restart lightroom, reset edits, copy/paste from another photo etc. Some photos become unsuable because of this. I litarally have to decide which photos to not edit. Please help. I am being paid to take photos. I can’t give my client bad edits because of buggy lightroom. And it’s very time consuming to review hundreds of photos multiple times. I
I am extremely frustrated with the current state of Adobe Lightroom on iPhone.Since installing the latest version of iOS (26.5.2), Lightroom has completely stopped launching. It simply crashes during startup, making the app unusable and bringing part of my workflow to a standstill. While I do the majority of my editing on my desktop, Lightroom Mobile is an essential part of my workflow. As a photographer and content creator, I rely on being able to edit images in the field and quickly post them while I'm away from my computer. Right now, I can't do that.I've already tried every basic troubleshooting step: Deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. Re-downloaded everything. Nothing has resolved the issue. At the same time, my Adobe subscription has increased by roughly $30 per month. It's incredibly frustrating to pay more while the software I depend on won't even launch.I've been using Photoshop since version 1.0. I've stayed with Adobe for decades because it has alw
Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a strange issue with Lightroom Desktop on my Mac, and I'd really appreciate any advice.Whenever I go to Masking > Objects, I select my subject, but instead of the selected subject being masked, the background is highlighted in red. However, when I adjust the Exposure slider, it's actually the subject that changes, even though the background is the area highlighted. It gets even more confusing when I click Invert. The subject then becomes highlighted in red, but when I adjust the Exposure slider, the background changes instead. So, the highlighted area and the area that actually receives the adjustment seem to be opposite of each other. In other words, my masking appears to behave the exact opposite of what I intend.Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known bug, a display issue, or have I accidentally enabled a setting?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I was close to running out of space on my hard drive (“X”) so I transferred > 190,000 photos and the Lightroom Classic to a new hard drive, which has a different letter (“Z”). I did this using Windows Explorer instead of within Lightroom as I understood it was quicker and more reliable to use this approach. I then disconnected the old hard drive (“X”) to ensure all access to Lightroom was via the new hard drive. I am able to open the catalog in Lightroom but the folder structure does not appear. The Photos folder is on the hard drive but I can’t get the software to recognize it. It is my understanding that I shoud not use “synchronize” since I would lose all past edits. Is that correct? I also read about using the “Find the Folder” function but I don’t see that option anywhere. How can I get Lightroom Classic to recognize the photos that are stored on the hard drive and hopefully not lose the edits that are already incorporated in the catalog?
In Lightroom Classic I can remove unused keywords from the keyword list or from the Menu {Metadata}{Purge Unused Keywords}. This process does not exist in Lightroom mobile/desktop/web.If I search on an unused keyword answer select it I get the “Black Hole’ message.
Objects under the hidden cursor can still be selected but it is not possible to know where the cursor is located inside the image. I am using a Silicon Mac (M2 Ultra) on MacOS v26.5.1
Where is the "Remove from Lightroom" option in the latest version of Lightroom Mobile for Android? I can't find a way to delete photos from my Lightroom library.

DescriptionHello,I found what appears to be a reproducible issue in Lightroom Mobile.Camera: Canon EOS R8Lens: Canon RF 24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STMFile format: CR3 RAWLightroom Mobile version: 11.4.0Devices tested: iPhone and iPad Pro M4IssueSome CR3 files behave incorrectly when editing in Lightroom Mobile. The problem only occurs with images captured between 24 mm and 29 mm using the Canon RF 24-50mm lens. When adjusting the Shadows or Highlights sliders, the adjustments affect almost the entire image, behaving similarly to the Exposure slider instead of affecting only the corresponding tonal range.Images captured at 30 mm or longer behave normally.Additional observations* All images were captured in RAW (CR3).* Camera settings remained the same.* The issue is reproducible on both iPhone and iPad.* Disabling Lens Corrections and Chromatic Aberration has no effect.* Re-importing the files does not solve the issue.* The exact same CR3 files behave correctly in Lightroom Desktop. This suggests
It’s a new function, in lightroom 9.4.
Pourquoi mes fichiers vidéos ordinaires ne peuvent - ils être systématiqùent transférés et enregistrés dans lightroom quand je le souhaite ? Merci
Once the indexing has been completed and Lightroom CC has found all the potential faces, it would be nice to have the ability to add People Tags to pictures that were "missed" where no faces were recognized. The idea of People Tags is to be able to search for people and generate all potential results. Right now it's messy because you have to resort to keyword tags to identify people that were missed with facial recognition and makes searching and cataloging a tedious task.
