When sharing an album with others please allow all liked/commented on photos to be viewed in a separate sub-album for both parties. This would be extremely helpful, especially in cases with hundreds of photos.
When using the sliders, the feel is dead. I would like either a haptic feedback or a snapping to each change or increment in the ISO and shutter speed. I strongly think this will give a better feel for using the app without looking at the screen for whatever the reason may be. Any sort of feedback just feels natural and this will surely be a good option to have.
When editing in Lightroom Cloudy (Detail view) it would be nice to see some basic image data as an overlay -similar to Classic. At present, we don’t even know if we’re editing raw of jpeg without having to leave Editing, open Info then return to Editing.
Since LR has this option in the latest version on desktop, it would be great to add tone curves inside masking tools on iPad as well.
Allow bulk "Update Ai Edits" for Lightroom Mobile. Context:I was bulk editing a set of photos. I did this by selecting the photos and pasting the settings. When I attempted to bulk download these edited photos, the app prompts that the photos need to have "Update Ai Edits" performed. Doing the "Update Ai Edits" is tedious, hence this feature request.
When editing photos in Lightroom mobile on iOS it would be great if we could organize edits into folders. This would help to better organize photos in the edit area instead of organizing them by date or keywords.
Lightroom on iPad needs the borders updated for instagram ASAP. All my images are 2:3 so I've been using the instagram border for 4:5. Well instagram decided to just shift to 3:4 and ruin everyone's day. It's been a couple months since I posted there. I just bordered and exported around 200 images to upload and then saw my first image had the top and bottom cut off. Now there is no way to upload any of my images in full.
Hi, here's what I think after some months using the app on a Pixel 8 Pro phone and a Samsung a9+ tablet. I have some issues with the UI Let me see what I'm doing: For ALL drawing operations - brush mask, heal, clone, etc. - give us something that looks like a dodging tool or a brush: an easily grasped handle at one end and an actual representation of the brush size, feathering , and opacity at the other, and enough distance between them so that we can see what we're doing. OR Allow much more zooming in, so that the area I'm working on is much bigger than my fingertip. (The current mode of trying to do this with the affected area HIDDEN by the fingertip is awf Make it easier to grab the handles: Disable context menus and actions when handles are visible and the fingers are touching *anywhere* near them. (Example: when moving/rotating/shaping a radial mask.) &nb
Hey there. I work off the cloud based lightroom and I know that Classic has the option to "import selected duplicates". I edit off my laptop with a drive but at times I would like to upload them into my iphone to edit off of. I am unable to download photos that i've duplicated with one being the natural edit and the other being black and white. But since it is under the same file name it shows as a duplicate and will only let me import one. I think this tool should definitely be added into lightroom mobile.
I think it'd be cool if you could use the "intersect with mask using" option and pick a pre-existing mask to intersect with, if that makes sense. I just feel the options are kind of limited as of right now.
Hi, the newly redesigned interface of the crop tool (Lightroom version 11.1.0, iOS) significantly slowed down my workflow as auto geometry and straighten is now not just a one tap action but it's hidden under different menus. I don't need crops for social media platforms. For me speed is the key and I frequently edit on my phone while walking/in hurry. (There are times when sending from my camera to an FTP server is not possible so I use Lr on my phone to at least slightly edit my photos.) How about allow users to modify shown options?
I'm super happy about recent upgrades on filters of likes and comments in the online galleries however there is still a missing piece to the full workflow puzzle. When I send an album of let's say 100 photos to my client, they go in, put likes to 15 photos, but the can't filter just those 15 shots. Nowadays I have to create them another gallery with their liked shots. Feature request: It would be amazing if the share published galleries have filters for clients to filter out liked photos from the album.
Please allow multipe catalogs in Lightroom (cloud). I need to be able to support different sets of photos and do not want them mixed together in "All photos" thanks,
Hallo Community...
Dear Adobe Team, I would like to suggest the implementation (or further improvement) of an AI-powered background replacement feature specifically designed for mobile devices, with a simple, fast, and intuitive user experience. The idea is to enable automatic background replacement using artificial intelligence directly within the mobile app, while fully preserving the main subject of the image (face, body, details, and proportions). This would make it much easier to remove unwanted or distracting background elements without the need for complex manual processes or desktop editing. This feature would be extremely valuable for photographers, designers, and content creators who rely on mobile editing, helping to streamline workflows, save time, and deliver more consistent and professional results. I believe this functionality would significantly enhance Adobe’s mobile tools, improve the user experience, and reinforce the brand’s leadership in creative innovation.
Hi, I want to back up all my Lightroom CC photos to a local drive before my school Adobe account is deleted. Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer the full library to another Adobe account, so a local backup is my only option. The problem is that Lightroom CC does not preserve my original folder and album structure when exporting. All my photos from 2020–2026 are now exported into folders based only on capture date, which makes them extremely difficult and time-consuming to reorganize. If I had known beforehand that Lightroom CC does not allow exporting with the original folder/album structure, I would have never started using it and would have chosen Lightroom Classic instead. I assume that Lightroom must internally store metadata about albums and organization, so it is frustrating that this information cannot be used during export. This feels like a basic, missing feature. Is there any way to preserve the existing organization when exporting from Ligh
Additional options for social media uploads: include also Mastodon and Pixelfed
In Lightroom Mobile (latest update, iPadOS and Android) I use the presentation function a lot to show photos and dicuss. I did put the slideshow on the maximum time of 3 minutes per photo. Recently I found out that it has changed to a maximum of 15 seconds per photo. For me Lightroom presentation mode is completely unusable. The support team gave all kind of work arounds, but that is too time consuming and absolutely not usable. So PLEASE make the presentation mode usable for me and my fellow photographers in my club! 15 sexonds per photo is ridiculously short. Gives us the choice to use those 15 seconds, but more time if wished for! It isn't a big change, but for me a very important one!
It would be great to have an option to update the AI masks of multiple images when selecting them. Right now, you need to do it for every image individually, which can be a tedious task.
I was very disappointed when I started work today as I opened up LR Mobile (following the newest 4.3.2 update) and discovered that once again I have to change my entire workflow. As a working professional who uses my iPhone to be my Lightroom main controller in front of a laptop (which one for finer adjustments and things mobile can't do), I used to be able to fly through my work. Now, and increasingly so with every update, I have to relearn my workflow with the added frustration of multiple new actions to complete simple tasks. For example, if I wanted to auto-adjust the cropping, all I had to do was go to the geometry tab and hit a well-placed button up top. Now, I have to go to geometry and select a separate sub tab that of course isn't defaulted because more amateurish social media options have been made the initial landing under Geometry. More actions, spread farther apart on the UI, and it makes everything I do once again take longer. And the worst part? Every single
It used to be pretty easy to rotate your photos, but the new update changed it so the button that used to rotate photos quickly only rotates the aspect ratio. To rotate the actual photo now, you have to tap to bring up a menu, then tap rotate, and then the menu goes away so you have to tap to bring it up again for each rotation. It doubles the taps it takes to rotate photos and adds a lot of time to my workflow. This seems like a very basic function that lots of people need to be able to use quickly and easily, and I hope they can find a way to make it more accessible.
I would love to see an option that allows me to choose the position of the watermark individually for each image during export, without having to export every image separately. This would make the export process much easier and more convenient. Thank you very much for your great work!
