I am seeing this too. Also in the beta 25.6.50 Its intermittent. The middle mouse does not give the hand too on the first click: have to press the middle mouse again. Even though PM is highlighted.

I use but one monitor so I don't know. But think it's just dragging the Program monitor into the second monitor. As for Premiere Pro the Program monitor needs to be in the main monitor to properly function. Don't know is this also applies to elements.

If you pull inwards on say red, the color will go lighter. Dragging outward on red, it will darken the color. You don't need to drag. Clicking with the mouse also works on the crosshair. If you want to do proper color grading I would look for more professional software which uses scopes. And you need a calibrated monitor. As of now, it's just eyeballing.

To extend the frame, you will have to change the sequence settings Or make a new one and copy eventing over. But then if you going to play this vertically on a phone you probably have black bars top and bottom
