when i click the generative fill button in photoshop, theres an Icon that says "fi" which stands for firefly. ive been able to click that in the past and choose nano banana / gemini 2.5. but this time when i click it, Firefly is the only option and nano banana gemini 2.5 isnt there any more. where did it go? how do i get it back? im on photoshop 2025 version "26.11.6"

Selection Brush tool doesn't work on grayscale pages, didn’t tried all the other modes, but I’m sure it doesn’t work on grayscale pages.The history shows I used the Selection Brush tool, but no selection is made at all, all other selection ways works just fine, including quick mask mode.

Photoshop 2026 (versions 27.3.1.4 and others), the application consistently shuts down about 40 seconds after launch. This happens regardless of user activity: opening a document, navigating settings, or staying on the Home Screen. I'm experiencing an issue with Photoshop web version. When I opening the Photoshop web version, the interface shows only a white screen with all buttons grayed out and unclickable. Problem persists across different monitors and even when switching to another PC. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you for any info.

I’m using Edit-Stroke function, but in latest updates there is a bug that doesnt stroke with right selected color.I set stroke width, then I set stroke color, then I hit OK, but stroke has color that was prevously selected before change. Then I have to go one step back and try to Stroke again, then it usualy works well.

Photoshop v27.9 auto updated but got stuck and so I cancelled it and now it is stuck cancelled. No way to reset or reinstall photoshop app on desktop (mac).

When I'm working on a large batch of images, after a few images, the pen tool path starts to disappear, especially when I'm zoomed in. Restarting my computer and restarting photoshop doesn't fix the glitch. Not every file as the issue, but once a file has the issue, I can't fix it unless I create a new file and copy and paste the image into it. I started doing work paths on most of the remaining images and waiting until I was completely done to "create new path", but I noticed that when I did "create new path" first, the issue would happen instantly. I can sort of work around it by trying to create a path while zoomed out, but that makes it difficult for me to be accurate when tracing the area I'm trying to isolate. I have a 2022 mac that's up to date, plenty of storage and ram and an m1 chip, so there shouldn't be any issues with the software. I first noticed this issue several years ago, I would say at least 2020.

I use TK9 panel for luminosity masks.  On the same M4 Mac PS 26.11.6 works correctly, PS 27.9.1 intermittently fails when I click TK9 “Save a Mask”. The error message is “The command Duplicate is not currently available.  I have already reinstalled PS, reset PS preferences, disabled Use Graphics Processor.  Could you investigate whether there is a scripting/API change or regression affecting plugin operations involving Duplicate commands or channel creation?

I don't know what's happening, the same thing again, it doesn't complete the PS update and when I press cancel, I have to reload the PS program, when I open it everything is lost, all custom samples (brush, action). I wrote to Adobe, unfortunately, no answer. Obviously, I will have to terminate the cooperation, because for such a monthly payment, as a customer, I would expect them to fix the problems. I simply can't download the fourth version of the PS update.

Hi there,   I'd like to report a bug, as in subject. This happens only in 25.9 version, I've downgraded to 25.7, and it doesn't happen.   When I have a document, with couple of artboards in it (let's say, ad banners) - when I try to move any artboard, and, after clicking on the name, and starting to drag it to move it someplace alse - when I try to pass it over any other artboard, or layer, which is outside the artboards - PS freezes.  It happens every time, in every document I've opened.

I’m on Photoshop v27.8.0 and Windows 11. Expanding does not reveal the ‘l’.Screen resolution in my case is 1440p if that could be an issue.

I have a MAC operating system. During the previous Photoshop update, I canceled the update after five hours of updating. As a result, the entire program was removed from my computer, which means that I lost all actions and Brush tools. Of course, I spent several hours reinstalling the brush tools and actions. The whole thing happened again during the last update. I contacted Adobe for help. An Adobe employee connected to my computer, found no errors, but unfortunately the issue happened again when he canceled the update and everything had to be reinstalled. Does anyone else have similar problems? If anyone has, how did they solve them, if that was even possible. Issue:  Photoshop version: 26.10.0 20250811.r.7 x64 (final, Release) OS: Windows 11 64-bit (10.0.26100.4946), 4070 RTX (mobile), i7-13700h, Windows HDR enabled Steps to reproduce: Create a new 1000 x 1000 px document., RGB, 8 bit. In [Edit > Color Settings...] enable "Blend RGB colors using gamma 1.00". Enable [Settings > Technology Previews > Precise color management for HDR display], butit seems to be irrelevant (that's the only other setting I changed since Photoshop installation). Create 200 x 200 px, #00f blue raster square with 50% opacity ("Normal" blend). Ctrl + J to duplicate this layer. Group them. Fill bg to say #eee. Notice that the color they have is #6767f8 (correct I assume). Move the group with the Move Tool (V) and notice the color changed to #7f7ffb. Use zoom/pan (Z) and notice it flickered back to #6767f8. It's even possible to duplicate this group and fix both copies by the zoom tooland then drag only one of these groups with Move Tool (V)

In the Canvas Size dialog, with “Relative to current dimension” checked, the width nor height can be set to 0. This is a big problem if you only want to change one dimension.Also, I will say that it is very annoying that the up and down arrow keys no longer increase and decrease the value by a whole number.

The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5Off center and wrong scale bounding box on warped text 

Really annoying bug. I spend 10 minutes going through my list of fonts in Photoshop, clicking the star next to fonts I want to remember as "favorites". Many of these fonts are installed via fonts.adobe.com. But Photoshop keeps turning off the "favorite" star for many (but not all) of my font selections. I think I've figured out the cause: If I start Photoshop shortly after logging in, before the Adobe Creative Cloud magic has had time to activate all my fonts, the fonts that are not yet activated don't exist yet (as far as Photoshop is concerned), and they lose their "favorite" star. Once the star is turned off by this bug, it stays off until I go back into Photoshop (after the fonts have all been loaded) and turn the star back on again.
