HelloI have a strange behavior/bug that greatly reduces my work rate as it appears regularly without me being able to solve it.When I bread and want to use the eyedropper or the eraser, a window appears.This window is difficult to get rid of, and I spend a lot of time clicking in different places to do so.The message in this window is: “Incorrect numerical entry. An integer between 1 pixel and 5000 pixels is required” or ‘0% and 100% pixels’. (in fact, I have a french version with the message: "Entrée numérique incorrecte. Un nombre entier entre 1 pixel et 5000 pixels est requis" or "0% et 100% pixels")I'm surprised that very few people mention this problem here,Thanks for your help.Vincent  

When I'm using artboard with GPU Composing checked (on) and trying to move something around the canvas it starts producing a glitchOn canvas it starts to produce squares that show the background of my artboard (if my artboard background is white, it shows white boxes, if black it shows black boxes and so on)   The funny thing:If I create a mask on my artboard, this glitch/bug just stops   What I've tried:Turn OFF Native CanvasTurn ON Old GPUTurn OFF Multithreaded composingUpdating my graphics cardUpdating BIOS   Nothing worked besides Deactivating GPU Composing or creating a mask on my artboards or avoiding working with artboards.   My PC Config:Ryzen 3700x16gb RAMRTX 3070 Win10   All updated. For me, the pulldown menu to select the gradient type of a stroke is hard to read, since all the entries seem to be bunched up in this menu. Tested with PS 25.11.0 on Windows 10. 

I always set a keyboard shortcut for the foreground color picker in Photoshop to accelerate my professional workflow. After the update, I found I could no longer call out the foreground colour picker by pressing the key I set up for this function. I couldn't revert to the older version as it seems that Adobe deleted all of them. This error completely interrupts my workflow, and I feel very frustrated. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Is there any solution to it?  

Bonjour,  Je n'arrive subitement pas à ouvrir le moindre fichier sur Photoshop alors que j'ai 80Go d'espace libre sur mon disque.  Le message d'erreur complet indique : "Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier " ... " car l'espace est insuffisant pour l'ancrer à ce moniteur. Essayez de désactiver la fonction Ouvrir les documents dans un nouveaux onglets dans le panneau Préférences de l'espace de travail." J'ai essayé de faire ce qui est demandé pour les préférences, mais cela ne marche pas, le message est identique sauf que la 2ème phrase n'apparaît pas. J'ai aussi réinitialisé les préférences sans succès. J'ai vidé sur mon ordi tous les fichiers temporaires et inutiles, redémarré plusieurs fois, rien n'y fait. Merci pour votre aide. Mélopata

Utilizo mucho los atajos con Potoshop, tengo creado uno específico para el "Selector de color frontal", sin embargo ya no funciona en las nuevas actualizaciones desde hace un tiempo. En el caso mío de latinoamerica uso la tecla "ñ", pero ya no funciona, he probado colocarle otras letras o suplantas el atajo de otra funsión pero no funciona. La ventaja de poder tener esta opción es por el código hexagesimal, ya que en muestras de color no está evidente y sirve mucho porla velocidad de manejo delcolor, y también para traer de otras aplicaciones referencias de color. He estado probando desactivar atajos de teclado de otras aplicaciones que tengo instaladas, por si eso es lo que crea conflicto, de momenot por ahí voy con mi investigación del porque ese atajo ya no funciona, o por lo menos aunque permite colocarle el comando de una letra al utilizar esa letra no hace efecto.

Suite à la mise à jour de Photoshop 25.11.00, l'outils Supression est devenu très lent sur mon PC.Avez-vous le meme problème ?

When I open a raw image with photoshop it does what its supposed to do, it opens the camera raw. But, when I click on the mask icon, it pops up a info window discussing masking. Just a little informative window. However, it does not allow me to click away from it. It locks up Photoshop. Experieced this about three times so far, forgot the last time, lol. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. This is the only thing I see glitching. I can use lightroom LRC. I do understand that and I am for now. Just like the convience of using Camera raw as well.  James 

Pretty much the title. Where I work, we need to save multiple files as BMPs daily and this bug has been affecting more and more of us lately. We will be able to save one file as a BMP and then the rest of the open files, the BMP dialog box does not open. We usually get around this by restarting Photoshop or our entire computer and then it will work for a few files and then stop again. When closing out Photoshop the error box "Can't write new document presets file." appears. We are unsure how to reproduce these steps as there haven't been any updates that may have caused it. It just sort of happened one day to one person and then a few days later to another, etc. It would be great if we knew what the error box meant and how to treat it as I assume that is the main issue behind not being able to save in BMPs.We are using the newest version of Photoshop 2024 on windows. This did not happen in Photoshop 2023. 

I can open png and psd files without issue, I can not however open jpg files unless running Photoshop as an administrator. I get an submit crash report issue. Everything worked fine a few days ago, I've got 64 gigs of ram, a RTX 3090 GPU and an I9-12900K processor.  I tried uninistalling, re-installing, deleting preferences, installing previous versions, completely uninistalling graphcs card drivers using DDU and reinstalling running SFC /scannow and DISM etc. If I run as administrator I can't drag and drop files into the Photoshop window and if I open Photoshop without running as administrator I can't open jpg files.  I've included a screenshot of the crash error as well as an error report that it generated. Could someone offer some suggestion as to a fix? Thank you! 

Filing this as a bug because currently Photoshop is unbelievably laggy in this scenario, when historically (especially in pre-cloud days) it used to perform much better. I'm on Windows 11 Pro, on a laptop with an i7 processor, 32gb memory and discrete graphics card, my disk is less than half-full and I've set PS to use 80% of available RAM. PS version is 25.11.0 20240716.r.706 b326a7d x64. Editing a 916mb, 10157 x 15000 px file with 19 layers, PS is slow to respond with basic tasks like moving around the file at a high zoom level and transforming layers. Sometimes when using the hand tool to move around, colored artifacts appear on parts of the file. The tool keyboard shortcuts don't always work on first keypress, or they seem to work but then don't (e.g. with clone selected, pressing move tool shortcut shows the cursor changing to move tool, only to revert on first click). This is particularly disappointing because I've been using PS to create large-scale photomontages

This is occurring in the most recent version.  When you accidentally nudge a locked layer, the error dialog appears stating "Could not complete your request because this layer is locked."Cool, I dig that, I misclicked or did something dumb. Here's where it gets interesting.  Every time you do this, Photoshop now opens a little floating transparent window and attaches a "coordinate box" to it.  But the kicker: you can't close it.  It floats above your image and exists in its own panel or window; when I show desktop and open applications move off-screen, these coordinate boxes move independent of my workspace.  Better yet, if you repeat the invalid nudge, additional coordinate boxes appear.  They are also selectable by the MacOS screenshot tool as their own windows.Further, once you've created one of these little coordinate boxes by accident, layer previews stop functioning/updating, so all layers look appear blank.  This is the worst part.The only

Hello, Depuis un moment je rencontre un problème quand je passe une photo de lightroom à photoshop. Une fois sur photoshop avec les retouches effectuées j'enregistre celle-ci qui automatiquement retourner sur lightroom avec les modifications mais celle-ci a des traits de couleur jaune, cyan etc... qui apparaissent.  J'ai cherché de partout mais faut croire que le problème est peu repandu, si vous avez une solution je suis preneur 😉 

Hello, I connected the Grunding Smart board with Pardus installed to the computer with Windows 11 using an HDMI cable and a printer cable. In this way, I can use the applications on the board. In Photoshop and other Adobe programs, I can use the brush, regtangle tool or selection tool from the tool menu, but I cannot operate on the page. Is there a solution? I plan to use it in this way for active learning while teaching lessons.

I have getting this type of height & widhth error while opening all file sometimes, this option not closing, when i close photoshop that time only disappearing any permanat solution ?

I HAVE NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH THE CURSER. I HAVE IT SET TO PRECISE AND IT KEEPS CHANGING TO JUST THE CROSSHAIRS. THIS HAPPENS RANDOMLY. I TRY TO RESET IT AND NOTHOING. I END UP HAVING TO SHUT DOWN PS AND RESTART THIS WORKS MOST OF THE TIME. EVERYTHING IS UP TODATE, RUNNING ON A MAC WITH 14.6.1

С недавних пор появилась непонатная проблема в Photoshop. При работе с любым инструментом если нажать левую клавишу мыши, но отпустить её, когда курсор находится в движении, происходит какое-то "залипание" клавиши, будто вы её и не отпускали. Чтобы прекратить лдействие инструмента, нужно нажать левую клавишу, причём именно при неподвижном курсоре. Эффект имеет место как с беспроводной, так и с проводной мышью. Что это? Hi everyone. I'm having this issue where I open a particular document which has text and photos. When it opens, a dialog box appears stating: 'Some text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output. Do you want to update these layers now?' - NO, UPDATE or LEARN MORE.I have tried both of the options, and on both attempts Photoshop quits. No fanfare, just quits. I have deleted the CT Font Cache folder and emptied the Recycle Bin, but to no avail. I have also unistalled the program and re-installed, again to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Camera Raw suddenly not working due to GPU error message. Using Apple M3 Chip on the new imac. 25.11 PS, was working fine then suddenly stopped. What can i do? 

Was working on some images and making cartoon type conversions of pictures and after using the Oil Paint filter once or twice it would no longer let me do it and gave me an error.  Closing the app and reopening did not work, I had to actually reboot.  Thought it was a video driver issue maybe and checked all that, still happening.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, still happened.  Rolled back to 25.7 and it works no problem.  So I feel like it has to be something in 25.11.

I've made an action to resize an image (1920px w) and expand the canvas to 1920px h, in gray (image background is black.)The resulting canvas is always black, regardless of how many times i recreate the action, or the canvas extension color I choose.I have a color fill layer (black) over the white background. Is this the cause? I tried turning it off to test, and now I'm getting a scrtach disk full error. This is immediately after updating to the latest version. Did not happen earlier today. And, the presets/action folder in library is empty of any action, including the stock actions. Please help me understand what is or isn't happening. M1 Max (ventura) /64gb/1 tb  

Hello, when using old Photoshop v20 and v19 (Windows 10), everything is smooth and fast. I can grab the canvas with my hand tool and scroll it very fluently. But with Photoshop v22, v23 and v24, scrolling with hand tool becomes very lagging. Especially when Navigator window is open. It worked with v20, but not with v22. (I could not test v21). Does somebody else experienced that lagging scrolling with v22, v23 and v24?
