Photoshop (Beta) v 28.0Windows 10Since the update none of the submenus for the tools display properly and if you mouse over them they scroll directly between the top and bottom options, which you can select, but nothing in-between.I reverted back to v 27.12 and everything worked fine again. So I updated to v 28.0 once more only for the same issue to occur.

Masked adjustment layers keep blinking in and out when I am editing the mask of another adjustment layer. Happens with multiple projects that have many adjustment layers. I think this may have happened with the introduction of the new adjustment layers (Light) but am not 100% sure.

I've been using the plugin RealPaint FX for many years but in beta release 28.0.0 it doesn't work anymore. 

On Windows 11, with Photoshop Beta 28.0.0.3709 running, Marshal.GetActiveObject("Photoshop.Application") returns 0x800401E3 — MK_E_UNAVAILABLE. On my installation, the registered ProgID points to a different identity from the live document automation object in the Running Object Table (ROT). The live object still exposes the expected _Application interface, and its Open method works normally.AI managed to implemented a workaround that discovers the live object by its interface, validates the Photoshop installation path, and opens files through that existing instance. In my workflow, opening a PSD could take up to approximately 28 seconds without the workaround. I am experiencing an issue with the new Rotate Object feature in Photoshop Beta. When I try to use the tool to change the perspective of a food dish, the AI only selects and generates the food itself as the main 3D object, completely cutting out the white plate underneath it.I want the tool to recognize the entire object (both the plate and the food) or at least preserve the background context so that the food doesn't end up floating in mid-air after rotation.Steps to Reproduce:1. Open an image of a food item served on a plate.2. Select the object and use the Rotate Object tool.3. Observe that only the food rotates, while the plate disappears completely.Expected Result:The tool should rotate both the food and the plate together, or allow users to manually include the plate in the selection before generating the 3D rotation. 

when i open path blur it don`t show the control elements but i can see it is working well.PS Beta 28.0

as explained in the attached file, when trying to make a Persian or Arabic text, dynamic, the entire text is doubled and full of other bugs which shown in the video below

Issue: Photoshop version: 27.11.0 20260830.m.3655 ceb0621  x64 (beta, PublicBeta) OS: Windows 11 Pro 2H52 Build 26200.9168 GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080Steps to reproduce:Open a document Start editing Entire screen flickers at random intervals (couple of times per minute roughly, but it’s irregular). Notes:Sometimes it happens when I’m doing nothing. Just looking at the screen. Doesn’t happen when Photoshop is running in the background. Only when the application is in focus. Didn’t happen on 27.9 Beta or the release candidate with the exact same hardware. On a previous test, I noticed it happening in the 27.10 Beta also. Happens with GPU acceleration ticket and unticked 

a link image makes the properties panel extend (to show the path) and it can't be resized 

I’ve created 2 AI variations of a layer in my document in PS Beta 27.12.0. The image size is 2960x2844 RGB. Nothing unusual or big (I’m on a PC, Windows 11, with 128GB RAM and 24GB VRAM). If I have the Properties Panel open and click to toggle the visibility of a layer, it takes ~5 secs to update the image. If I close the Properties Panel, it updates instantly. I have 2 AI-generated layers in my image. If I delete those layers, showing/hiding any layer updates instantly. I have 5 layers in the image (2 are AI-generated). Annoyingly, even if I close the Properties Panel, if I do any kind of AI stuff, it pops open again and spoils the party by slowing everything down again.Quitting and relaunching PS, and reloading that same document did not change anything - the problem still persists.

The color of the sample ring for the Eyedropper tool is incorrect.27.12.0 20261005.m.3700 and 27.11.0 20260929.r.26 26.11.8 20260911.r.318 As you can see, the sample color does not match the color of the sample ring.The sample color display is also incorrect in the HUD color picker. macOS Golden Gete 27.0.1,MacBook Pro M5 Pro

Harmonize not working. Harmonize Button is present, Photoshop thinks while processing, then provides three options of the exact same image with no harmonization applied. I have used Harmonize before so I believe I’m doing it correctly, but no change is happening recently when I try to use it.

Hugh / saturation:The selectable colours shifted 1 to the leftyellow = redgreen = yellow….Example: select the yellow button and the red slider appears. The colour red changes in saturation or lightness, depending on the slider used.In the released version 27.10, red is the first button (correct) In the ßeta 27.11, yellow is the first button, but it changes still redIt's very confusing to use. 

Photoshop Beta 27.9 on Apple MBP M1 Max running OSX Tahoe 26.5.2When I look at an image in Lightroom it looks as it should, however when I open it in Photoshop it appears very bright, as if a curves or gamma has been applied to it. If I open the “covert to profile” menu the preview looks normal. If I turn proof colors on it appears as it should. However with proofing off it returns to it’s very bright state. Same as with anything that shows a preview, preview looks normal. I tried Sony ARW raw files and tif’s, no difference.It was ok on Friday, problem started with open today, July 13th.See attached screenshots Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. A 7601 × 5070 (3:2) image displays horizontally compressed in AI Assisted Editor, while it displays correctly in Pro Editor. 

27.6 20260404.m493Steps to reproduce:Select any OTF font. Type a dash followed by a word of your choice with no spaces. Example: “-Hello”. Apply any degree of stroke via styles. Add a space in-between the dash and the word. Photoshop should have froze if steps were followed correctly.

Click on clone tool.Hold down alt key and click on area of photo.Release alt key.Clone tool clones entire photo, a copy of wich moves around with the cursor. When clicking on photo again, a copy of the entire photo is placed on existing photo in whatever layer you were in.

Open an image,  go to Edit> Replace Sky, and the sky is replaced, but no window opens up to choose a sky, and the app freezes, and you have to press Escape to get back into the app.
