Photoshop Elements

new OS will not work with photoshop elements 12 so I restall the OLD back & Photoshop E-12,connect /retry dont work after ender my #'s & activation/deactivation dont have any mac under it.

1.  When I open Organizer and select People,  I see a mostly empty screen, and then I select Places and go back to People, only then do I see faces.  After I add names to some faces the screen reverts to mostly empty, and I repeat the Places-People maneuver.  Is this the program behavior that others experience? 2.  Is there any reason to buy PSE 2024?  Do upgraders get any discount?  

I use PE 14 and when I try to create a panorama using photomerge in Guided edit mode, I keep getting the message "Documents must be saved before they can be merged"  Save where?  I open the photos I want to merge, they show up in the photo bin, I select them (CTRL + Enter), but when I hit the "create panorama" button, I just get the same message above and won't let me go any further.  Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?..

Bjr, je peux mettre à jour Camera raw mais impossible de lire les fichiers CR3 avec Photoshop elements 2020 et pourtant les fichiers CR3 datent de 2020 !!! Utiliser DNG converter nécessite un temps plus long de traitement. Adobe n'assurerait même pas la compatibilité avec les fichiers constructeurs sortis la même année que ses logiciels ? 

When I go from Orgaizer to Editor the picture I selected goes into the upper left hand corner of the screen into a small box, it has never done this before, if I enlarge the box all the tools are gone and I cant do anything with the picture,if I exit out of the small box it goes back to organizer, can anyone help.  

I have Elements 8 on a computer which has recently died, and I wish to download and re-install the program in the new computer.  I have the serial numbers etc all ready, but cannot find that magic button  that says "Download"!   Where do I find it?

I get this every time I have saved something as a Jpeg. No idea what data is missing.

Die Farbanzeige neu/aktuell funktioniert nicht mehr richtig und auch die Vorschau auf die Filter, Hintergründe und Effekte zeigt nur noch jeweils ein Bild an.Ich habe das Programm gelöscht und neu installiert, das Problem ist aber nachwievor vorhanden.Kann mir da jemand ein Tipp geben?  

J'ai arrété d'utiliser toutes les options de "Organiseur Visages" pendant beaucoup de temps. Je reprends maintenant cette option pour remettre à jour les nouveaux visages mais le programe n'indique plus les visages, et beaucoup 70% des anciens ne sont plus localisés sur les "Media". Comment corriger le programe actuel ? Faut-il relancer sur le programe installé la configuration ? Merci de vos aides, meilleurs voeux,                              Baib 

fiz a compra do photoshop elements 2022 pela propria microsoft store em 2022, mas meu notebook deu problema sem conserto, compei o novo e ao tentar acessar o photoshop solicita numero de série, mas tentei acessar minha conta da Adobe e não aparece registro de pedidos, mas tenho como provar que comprei pois aparece o registro na minha conta da microsoft, como faço?

I have updated my Mac OS to Sonoma 14.0, and my version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 has started to fail. Several options do not work. I only bought this quite recently so I hope there is a free upgrade. Does anyone know? Thanks.

I would like to see if I can convert a film negative to positive using Elements 2023 

When I bring up the Photo Editor workspace in PSE 2022, the area where you should be able to click on Quick, Guided or Expert mode is all black. Down at the bottom in the Tool Options which should show Filters, Adjustments, Effects, etc is all black as well. How do I get this back to the way it should be? I'm attaching a screenshot of what I see when I open Photo Editor. I'm running Windows 10.

I have been making digital scrapbooks for three years with version 2021.  I recently downloaded version 2024 from the App store on my Mac.  After opening a new page with required dimensions, when I open a background paper, it changes the size from the 11"x8.5" to square.  Cannot to get it to go back to the size I want.  Was very easy to do in Version 2021.

Hello,Today I've tried to install camera raw but it always give me an error message (something like a conflict during installation). I closed all the softwares I could find but nothing to do,it keep giving that message.I wonder if there is a way to manually install Camera Raw for photoshop elements 2023, by downloading directly on computer and not by Adobe Element menu?Thank you in advance for the help! 

Hi  I have just downloaded Photoshop Elements 2024 onto my iMac M1 2021 machine running Monterey 12.7.2 on a trial for 30 days as a replacement for Apple Photos.  But at my first try, i have been unable to load any photos from my iPhone14 and although Organizer recognises the phone, it responds with "No valid files found"  I have 14,000 photos on my pone so the program should respond with some??? I have changed the settings on the phone>Transfer to Mac or PC> Keep originals I have changed the iMac Settings>Privacy & Security>Full Disk access> for both Elements and Organizer. Are there other settings to change?Any help will be appreciatedThanks

When I try to do a SAVE AS, the save window ignores the previous SAVE AS setting (almost always jpeg) and opens with Photoshop option. After I change this, save the file as a jpeg, and try to quit, Elements insists on asking if I want it to overwrite the original file. How do I get Elements 2024 to (a) keep the save as option I've chosen and (b) NOT ask to save after I've saved in my preferred format? I do not see any preference options that address these points. If I can't change this behavior, I'll go back to using the 2020 version.

Ich habe das neue Photoshop Elements 2024 und vermisse die Funkrtion eigene Stile zu speichern!Warum wird das verwehrt? Ältere Versionen konnten das doch.

I have a Moto G8 Plus mobil with GPS geotagging.When I import the photo from mobil it do not show up in 'Place Tagged' view.But then I ia looking at the 'Information' section (Media selection) I see the GPS information. If I import the samt photo into my Synology Photo machine, I can see that the place found is correct.Questin:-Is there samething wrong with the convertion/reading the GPS geotagging from my Moto G8?Sending the photo.Thanks for your help.Your sindererly Peter Hansson (Sweden)

i am trying to switch from acdsee to PSE - can somebody tell me what the advantage is ti importing into a catalog vs working directly off of OS directory tree ?  seems like an unnecessary extra step in workflow 

Has my Elements gone bad, or is it just me from not using it regularly this year??1) The bottom left Color blocks for foreground/background: they only half fill with a color2) The color picker box in the middle: what are the stacked lines of rainbow colors on top?  

Hello, Im a home user of Photoshop Elements, and I would like to request some features, because I tried to follow some tutorials but these features are not on Elements and I cant continue to follow the tutorials, I hope Elements can add these, to help also us that have not many possibilities to have other softwares, that could help us that are home users for hobby or simple study of features or like to modify photos:  1) Color look up2) Selective color3) Curves4) Mixer Brush Do you think is some of these be possible to add also on Elements for us? Thank you in advance for the help 😢

I have made many family DVDs using older versions of Elements, the last version was, I think, 2013.   I got a Mac in 2014 and Elements was not available for a mac.  I therefore used Final Cut Pro.  My home DVDs go back 20 years and some are no longer playing.  So, there is a bright shining 2024 version I could buy for my mac, but from what i have read, it looks more suited to films for "socials" rathe than DVD.  Also, key quetion,  would I be able to import my old Elements DVDs into the new version.  I am unable to import them into Final Cut Pro to fix and reburn. Thank you.
