Photoshop Elements

Hi, so I recently picked up the code for Photoshop Elelments 2022, I attained the serial number and attempted to download the install file. The install file itself comes up with an error message that "the file is damaged, please try again" (I have the recommended version and matching specs - windows 11). I eventually tried to download via the Windows Store, it took a while but the WS trial version downloaded and opened without any real issue.  My issue is: I don't see any way to comfirm my serial number and bind it to the trial to make it permanent in the WS version, while the site version won't install. 

I am unable to launch Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 on my Macbook. [updated to macos Monterey 12.5.1]I cannot use Adobe photoshop elements 2022 because my serial number is only valid for Elements 2021.

I'm considering buying Photoshop Elements and am wondering how easy or difficult it would be to move my 2,000 photos from Microsoft Photos to Elements. Thank You.

While I had been able to add jpgs from my Nikon D7000, iPhone and from computer files to Elements Organizer 15, when I try to add jpgs and video files using a micro SD card from my Yuneec Typhoon H drone in a card reader, I can download the video files fine, but the jpg still images always give me the error message above.  The file can be downloaded with Windows Photo app and edited that way or with Picasa, but Elements refuses to recognize it.  I sent the file to a friend and he could open and edit in Photoshop, then return to me.  At that point, Elements is happy with it and I can open it.I've seen this issue reported before, what is the solution?  I'm using Windows 10.  Thinking that perhaps my installation of Photoshop Elements was bad, I upgraded to 2018 today and have the same problem with it.

I installed Elements 2020 onto my new Mac. When I added a note to any photo, the photo went to the bin although it did not disappear from my catalogue. I upgraded to Elements 2022 and still have the same problem. Any ideas ?

II downloaded PSE 2022 in the last few days. It doesn't want to open at times without restarting the PC. Is this a common problem with Windows 11 or do I need to uninstall it and reinstall it? It seems to work fine once it opens as far as I can tell. I had asked in the " How To" forum about moving it from the "C" drive to the "D" drive but have decided to leave it where it is for now. I recently bought a Canon EOS R7. When I try to open up a RAW file taken by that camera, Elements says it cannot open up this type of document. I do not have this issue with RAW files taken with my Canon EOS RP or Canon 7D Mark II. How do I fix this?

Hello. I have a M1 macmini running Monterey 12.5.1.All my Pictures , roughly 200K pictures and videos, are stored on a NAS.  I am trying to evaluate to buy PSE22 to start oranising my library. SO I downloaded teh PSE demo version.  Please note that I already user an older version (maybe PSE18, on a windows system.  I successfully imported a test "batch" of pictures in the Catalog, around 300 videos. But I completely failed to ad the remaining 200K pics to the catalog. The process starts, it tells me that a lot op pictures were imported, many eweree rejected, but in the end in the lower legt corner I always see the usual 300 count.  What Am I missing?  

I have about 80,000 photos in my library, and many of these are duplicates or even triplicates. How do I stop elements from tripling each photobulk remove them. I do not have the patience to do this one by one

Cannot resize photo using photoshop 7 in custom mode without placing a number in width without it changing when I put a number in height, and vise versa. How do I get the inserted numbers to remain unchanged?

I want to restore my 3 Photoshop Elements (2020) catalogues from my External Hard drive to my new iMac computer. In Elements organiser I click on file, restore, browse I find the folder in the hard drive but cannot click on the thousands of files within that folder. When I choose the folder the original dialogue box just says "browse" again. Can anyone help please?

Is anyone else having issues with Elements 2022 slowing down between steps, especially saving, since the Mac OS Monterey 12.5.1 update? If so is there a fix of what can I do about it?  Thank you,Joann

I have a large number of photos and I I have tagged them all with peoples names, events etc in the organiser. The Tags are arranged in a hierarchical structure to make them easy to locate. Previously when I have had to reinstall photoshop Elements using a back up because I have upgraded my OS or the HW I have lost the structure and when the tags are imported they are all under the "Other" tags label. Is there any way to maintain the structure?

I recently had to reinstall my OS due to a system crash and am looking to reinstall elements which I purchasedsome years ago.  The email I used to sign up is no longer valid so I don't know where to start as trying to find a method of contacting customer service is proving diffiucly at best.

can I use photoshop elements and Premere Elements 2022 offline

In  Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 how can you edit a group photograph by moving the mouse over a persons face and it revaeals their name?A bit like in Facebook

I am trying to download photos from my phone. Sometimes it will download a few but give up after about 10%. It says  Elements Organiser cannot obtain files from this device. Please ensure that the device is connected properly, or that the battery is charged, and try again. Yes, the phone is charged.I have tried different USB cables and different USB ports on the computerI have tried different connection profiles, eg import photos, transfer dataIve tried loads of times Is there a way to get this programme to actually import photos? That's mostly what Id like to use this for.  Thanks

How long does Adobe expect users to put up with this problem, which has been know for months?  

Will Elements 2022 run on a seconsary drive and if so how do I get it there? I tried to load it to the "D" drive upon purchase but it told me it was not the root path and wouldn't let me do it. It is a new PC with a small SSD primary drive and I am trying not to load it up. Thanks in adxance!

I have created a couple of slide shows with 20-30 pictures in PSE 21.  Of the 4 I have created 2 of them have started out ok and then for some reason, it will only display half of the pictures when you run the show.  It should be about 4 minutes and PSE21 is only showing 2:28.  If I try and move pictures around so that maybe it will find the other pictures, it corrupts the file and then they don't work or load at all.  PSE 21 hangs and then fails and crashes.  Any ideas on what is causing this? I am running windows 11 home (Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000)I only have one video card.  

Hallo zusammen, habe mir einen neuen Rechner mit Windows 11 angeschafft, der den Anfordernungen von Elements gerecht ist. Leider bekomme ich Elements nicht installiert, ich lade das Installationsfile runter, aber es kommt immer nur die Meldung "The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again". Gesagt und getan, aber leider keinen Erfolg. Die gleiche Installationsfile funktioniert auf einem anderen Rechner direkt. Komp.-Modus und abgesichter Mod. haben auch keinen Erfolg gebracht... Ich hoffe, mir kann geholfen werden...

My Photoshop Elements has choked on Mac! I have PS elements 2020. I can no longer upload TIFF files. Adobe Help has told me the latest IOS version Monterey 12.0.1 is not compatible with PSE. This includes PSE 2022. Specs are only macOS 10.15 or macOS 11 but not anything higher. They suggested I downgrade to previous IOS version as they have not got around to testing with Monterey. They may find a fix for 2022 but no promises a fix coming for 2020. They suggested I download PSE 2022 trial - Also didn't work. My parting comment to Adobe help was that I have owned PSE 2020 for only 1 year and already redundant. As apple often upgrade their operating system PSE 2022 will soon be incompatible with the next newer version of IOS. WTF. This is amazingly slack from such a big company. They have not even bothered to test with the latest IOS AND they have produced such an unstable package with zero support. BE WARNED!

Installed PSE 2022 from a DVD. When I import pictures from camera to organisor, I do not see the pictures, but only the backside of a picture, a flower, so I cannot select pictures for importing.When pictures are imported the created folder is not visible. Than I must first go to the top folder and choose "show all subfolders", than it is shown. When I go that the newly created folder the pictures are not visible. First I must select the folder and choose for "import media", only than they are visible.this problem exists on 2 computers, I contacte service desk and they do not have a solution. I am rather sick of the non-support of Adobe. What a bad service.

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2022. Downloaded on my windows 10 computer with no problem. Cursor will not show when I use the Organizer. It shows when I use the Editor. Kindly help.
