Photoshop Elements

Ich habe mir eine Lizenz gekauft und konnte die DMG-Datei auch herunterladen. Wenn ich die Installation starte wechselt diese in den Browser und zeigt mir dann eine Fehlermeldung an ("Fehler. Bitte warten Sie, während wir an der Behebung dieses Problems arbeiten und versuchen Sie es dann erneut. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst."). Ich habe Firewall aus, keinen Popup-Blocker, Internetverbindung ist aktiv, Adobe-Konto ebenso. Hab die Installationsdatei schon oft neu heruntergeladen, bringt alles nix.Welchen Kundendienst soll ich jetzt wie kontakten?Danke für eure Hilfe.

De editer-werkruimte van adobe Photoshop elements 2022 wordt maar 3 tot 5 maal geladen. Nadat de computer opnieuw is opgestart kan de editer-werkruimte opnieuw 3 tot 5 maal worden geladen. wat is hier aan de hand ???

I lost my bin and in trying to get it back I have reduced the toolbar to one column instead of 2 which reduces what I can see in the toolbar. How do I get the toolbar back to 2 columns?

How do I change the size of the background without changing the primary phot when using the guided tool to change the backgroung?Thank you.

I have a HP Envy laptop. I installed Elements 2022 on it and it works fine although once in a while it hangs up and I can't do anything, not even exit the program but that's not why I'm here. The HP Envy has a touch screen and it might make editing more precise if I could use a stylus with it. What kind of stylus would you recommend for a touch screen laptop? I'm using windows 11.

I just want to know do I need to buy phortoshop again? I already purchased elements 14  on my previous MacBook Pro. I have since just upgraded to a new 2021 MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey 12.3. I used the merging feature to get everything off my old Mac to the new one. I opened the photoshop app and was able to edit one photo on my new system! I was very excited! I went back to use the app the next day, and it will not launch.    I just want to know, will I have to start from scratch? Do I have to purchace the new elements app all over again? 

Guten Morgen,ich habe mir vor zwei Wochen das Program ADOBE pHOTOSHOP 22 plus Premiere 22 gekauft. Sitze jetzt vor einem Scherbenhaufen, komme einfach nicht weiter. Habe etwa 5 Jahre mit Magix gearbeitet und will umsteigen. Ich bearbeite Fotos mein Mann Videos (seit 20 Jahren).Meine Frage? Urlaubsbilder ca. 300 Stck. auf meiner Festplatte im Explorer im eigenen Ordner gespeichert.Wo sortiere ich diese?? und wie geht es weiter zur Bearbeitung z.B. Beschriftung. Ich würde mich freuen wenn man mir helfen könnte, denn der Anfang muss gefunden werden. Danke im Voraus. 

After I edit an image, a 0 with a diagonal line through it appears in the upper left corner of the image.

I don't know why I am getting what seems to be two different kinds of thumbnails when I import photos from my new Samsung Ultra 22 into Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 using Organizer. It works fine with my camera and with regular phone photos, but then creates these thumbnails. What are they? Do I need to keep these? They are very small, so not much use. See the weird numbering noted belowThank you for any help you can provide.KOne has a 5 digit number, the other has the number 0af5a242d627348868dd37294d520ce6. What are these? There are regular phone photos that look like regular camera photos.

Elements 2022 on Mac using Catalina - I have two catalogs converted from elements 10 and each time I want to switch catalogs in the catalog manager I have to browse to find it. Is there any way I can have the manager list both catalogs eliminating browsing?

Hallowenn ich ein im Photoshop Elements 2022 bearbeitetes Foto speichere, muss ich immer das Feld "In Elements Organizer aufnehmen" abwählen.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dieses Feld standartmässig abzuwählen?Danke für einen Hinweis, Roland

When I open a new document or image it isn't full screen but a little square up in the corner that I have to drag down & expand. I'm using PSE 15 & it just started doing this. I must have accidentally changed a setting but I don't know which one or how to fix.

I'm using PSE Organizer 2018 (version 16) with Win 10.   Instead of opening with a grid of my photos, it opens at an Import screen and I can't seem to find a way to dismiss that  and go to the photos already in the organizer.       Could someone please tell me how to escape if I don't want to import anything new?Thanks so much!

Hello all,In Photoshop Elements 2022, I would like to combine two photos vertically into one photo.  Some how I accidently did it for another set, but can't seem to replicate the process again.  The originals were so large I had to save into two separate files.  I've looked at the various dicussions and the Quick, Guided and Expert modes with no luck.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Using Windows 10 with latest updates and HEVC/HEIF extensions installed, PSE 2020 give the following error message: "Could not complete your request because Photoshop Elements cannot recognize the file extension" The same image opens fine in the Photos app which comes with Windows 10. It also will not open in Windows Photo Viewer with an error message saying it has incorrect permissions. Any thought on how to get PSE 2020 to open these?

I have Photoshop Elements 2020. Macos Catalina. I noticed that when I add a Note to a picutre in Organizer, a copy of the file gets sent to the Trash Bin. A copy of the file stays in the original directory. Is this normal? I'm afraid someday photos are going to actually get deleted. Thank you.

Adobe, I just installed the new update on OSX 12.3.1Every time I invoke it now, it demands administrator privilege "so Installer can make changes"; it then pops up a screen asking me what I want to do and I have to select PSE; PSE then appears with a non-removable flag demanding that I try a new feature I don't want. All I want is PSE in Expert mode as the prior version did. How can I revert to the prior version I've been using?

I created a Slide show with about 180 slides and have tried to Export it to a file.  The mp4 file gets created, but is invalid.  Double-clicking it an error message pops up saying it is an invalid file. The error code is 0xc00d36c4. Tried Exporting as 720p and 1080p.

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 from the App Store on my Mac desktop.  I want to also download it on my laptop for when I travel.  I am a tech nerd!  Can someone give me a step-by-step way to do this?  I Googled it but only learned that I must close out the original on my desktop before I can download it on my laptop.  But when I go to my laptop, then what?  How do I access it for downloading on my laptop?  

When I use the Out of the Border effect, I have first to place a frame in such a way that there will be a part of the image which will be shown outside the frame.Suppose the subject on the image is an animal with 4 legs. I like to place two legs outside the frame.After I have positioned the frame then  the Quick Selection Pencil is active.However using this Quick Selection Tool it will also select unwanted areas of the image (very low contrast in the image).I like to use the Normal Selection Tool.If the selection of one leg is finished then the Out of the Border Effect becomes active.However I wanted to make a selection for the second leg.How do I select the Selection Tool for the second time and how can I use the Normal Selection Tool if the Quick Selection Tool is unusable as described above?

Mac running Catalina. I'm attempting to convert elements 10 catalog to 2022. Full backup on removable hardrive. Whem I point to catalog in Catalog Manager it will not open.   [Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]

Using it a year w/o major issues but now launch gets block and "please uninstall & reinstall the program". Says error 16. But W10 aborts uninstall with error "cannot find the file C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\Uninstall.exe". I did not specify that loc, it's where W10 looks. But in explorer I can see no uninstall in that folder. Should I look somewhere else, or . . . ?
