Photoshop Elements

Is there a free browser for the PS Elements organizer?I have all photos and the catalog on a shared NAS. Is there any free SW that other people who have access to the NAS can browse (not making changes to the catalog) the photos using the catalog?The grown up kids wants to see the photos and be able to filter what photos to look at with my attached tags without the need to buy and install Elements.

I have done everything - including talking to Adobe agents - but have never been able to get the crop shield to hold at 100% opacity.  I've lived with it for awhile, but now I'm tired of it.  Any help out there? 

Can I refine the JPEG quality for Max Quality, High Quality etc when using "Process Multiple Files" in Photoshop Elements 2022?  There's a 4x difference in file size between Max Quality and High Quality.  I want to either increase the quality of High, or decrease Max.

When I try to enter my serial number for Elements 20222 I get a message saying "Please connect to the Internet and retry".

I have used Photodhop Elements for many years but the 2022 version I just bought does not have the same tools. Where can I find out how to use these new tools?

I have Elements 13 on a new iMac 24". It crashes. Should I uninstall and buy Elements 22?Thanks

Hi, I have treied to upgrade from version 17 to the current 2022 version. Unfortunately my catalog in the old version is corrupt (it works but when I try optimize it says it is corrupt, iti simpossible to repair, also there are missing images which I cannot remove from the catalog). I can back up the catalog and import it into the new version but after import the 2022 version just crashes. It works OK without the catalog but with the "demaged" catalog it crashes at thestart or in the best case scenario opens minimized without possibility to view the window.The catalog contains about 130 000 images so not that funny to atart over...Hopefully someone maybe have an idea hor to repair the old catalog. There no error messages except for "catalog cannot be repaired" in the old version and "program encountered som errer and must close now" in the new version, not really helpfull. I cannot convert to ightroom either. Nothing happens.RegardsTomasz

Im having difficulty opening Elements 2019, as it is saying my operating system (Windows 10) and browser may be out of date.  I have updated everything, and still getting the same message.  Can anyone help?   {Title edited by Moderator}

Compré la licencia de Elements 2018, entre otras cosas, por que ofrecía el servicio de posicionamiento de las fotos en el mapa. Poco tiempo después, quitaron ese servicio de la aplicación.Y no se ha ofrecido ninguna otra alternativa, más que actualizar la aplicación, previo pago de la actualización.Además de que el precio de la actualización es muy caro, yo ya había pagado la licencia para poder utilizar ese servicio. Quisiera saber si pueden ofrecerme alguna alternativa o descuento para la actualización; o en su caso me indicasen los pasos para tramitar una reclamación.¡Gracias!

In PE 15 my tags were listed on the photo by category (People) - sub-category (deceased)(immediate)(cousins) - keyword (names) alphabetically.In Organizer 2022 I cannot get the names to sort by sub-category or alphabetically. All preferences are set the same as they were in 15. Not a real big deal, but after years of seeing the tags one way I'd like to know why it changed.

I keep getting a popup error message even when not using Photoshop. I have uninstalled a resinstalled the software but the problem persits. Attached is a screen shot.   [Moderator moved to Photoshop Elements.]  

The text menu in Elements is either too small or too large. Is there an alternative way to customise size ?

Installed both programs on my HP laptop and now neither will open, Ideas? 

Is there a way to get additional skies or add replacement sky images to those already in Photoshop Elements 2022?

I let someone else use my program and have not been able to get my screen size back to normal when opening a new image to edit.  It opens full screen on the 2nd monitor, instead of within the program on the same screen.  I searched for help and was told to look for the Screen Modes under the View Menu, which it is not.  How would be the best way to get back to usuable normal.

Um APSE12 extrahieren zu können, müssen alle Teile im selben Ordner sein. Laden Sie alle Teile runter.Was heisst das? Was muss ich machen.Danke schon mall für Hilfe

I am working with RAW photos from Canon 5D *and now also R5 - have been for well over a decade and not an issue - but lately, it's getting frustrating. This 'note enough RAM' is starting to piss me off. I had my comp cleaned, I bought more RAM which I now don't need - I had 16 before, it's always around 46% when PS is running - I read the forums, tried several options, nothing. I make a couple of pics and then, out. I'm not new at this and no, I haven't been changing any settings or doing anything unusual. Photos, as always. Same basic editing. This is something new. And it's driving me nuts. My customers are slowly sick of excuses. 

Trying to import my photos and videos from my iPhone and after 15 seconds I get the following error.The phone is connected via usb and fully charged. Any help is appreciated to resolve this problem. 

Yo -How does one change the perspective on the copy/paste segment (highlighted in red outline on attachment) to conform with the rest of the photo? Goal is to get it in alignment with the larger view in order to crop for a smaller "improved" view.Thank you. Appreciated.

Why does the resolution change when I use the crop tool? The original image was 300 Pixels/Inch, and when I crop, the resolution changes to 4.512 Pixels/Inch. I have used the full version of Photoshop for decades and have never see this. Why is Elements doing this, and can I change this behavior? It is really annoying to have to change the resolution back to 300 Pixels/Inch whenever I crop an image.

Hello, I user Windows 11 and PSE 22. After closing the PSE Organizor it still resists in the Taskmgr and could not start once again. The same problem occurs with PSE 20 and Windows 10. Has anybody a helpful information for my how to solve this problem.  Kind regardsMichael

Hello guys and girlsI'm new to Photoshop and I'm in the process of learning to create my on custom logo! Can anyone direct me to safe place to download free fonts? Also do I need to put the fonts in a special place within the PS folders or can I throw them with my other windows fonts?Thanks.

Discovered I've been billed for 3 downloads of Adobe Premiere Elements (APE). I only use one, and only found that I'd paid for 3 when I saw my credit card statement. How would I go about getting a refund on the 2 unneeded APE's? An odd question, maybe, but I'd be grateful for any direction/guidance.  My 4 calls to Adobe get terminated at the Adobe end, for some reason. Rgrds, Jacob

I have Photoshop Elements 2021 installed on my MacBook Air (15 months old) and my iMac (11 months old). Both have been running identical Mac OS, currently OS 12.3.1 Monterey.There have been no problems with PSE 2021 on my MacBook Air.However, on the iMac I keep getting a message that there’s a new update for Photoshop Elements. When I click on it, I get a message “There is no application set to open the URL auphd://updatesapCode=PSE&baseVersion=19.0&platform=osx10-64&skipUpdateInfo=true.”Safari and Google Chrome can’t open it: “Address is invalid.”.Adobe Help tells me to Update Adobe Application Manager using the link: Mac: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774But neither Safari nor Google Chrome can open this page.The only way out is to Force Quit from PSE 2021. On a Chat with Adobe Help, I was advised to uninstall PSE 2021 and then reinstall it. That didn’t solve the problem.Then they said that it was a problem with the Mac OS,
