Photoshop Elements

This happened very suddenly.  My other programs continue to print properly on my Epson Artisan 730 printer.  But today when I tried printing cards, the image size fills only the top left 2/3 of the paper.  I enter all the usual settings, and everything looks fine... until the print preview comes up and shows the incorrect layout. (This happens for both 4 x 6 and letter size paper).  I reinstalled the latest printer driver for this printer, but the problem persists.  (I am using Windows 10; everything else is working normally.)   Help??? 

Been using PE 13 for years. Creative Cloud showed up several months ago eating up process time. I deleted it recently and today PE 13 requires a sign in. Is it related and or how do I get around the sign in?

I am trialling PSE 2019 to compare it to GIMP.The font size on my thinkpad is too small to read on PSE.I cannot find anywhere within PSE to change the font size. I am happy with the size of font in other programmes and do not want to change the global text size in windows.On searching I find this is a common problem. I find it hard to believe that there is no option in 2019 PSE to make it easier to read.Can anyone help me with this please? Otherwise GIMP for all its faults may be the answer.Thank you

In Adobe Photoshop Editor 2021 I have two open files shown, one in Editor and one in Organiser.How can I make the Organiser file a layer in Editor please.

I have photoshop 2022.  When trying to add the artistic effects to my photo it just looks grayed out.  I read that I need to be in 8 bit channel, however it isn't allowing me to select this from the drop down menu.  How do I fix this?  

Hi,I'm trying to install my Photoshop Elements 2022 on my computer, but there are no serial numbers on the back of the box. It says to scan to activate product bby sn - Scan with what - I can't finish the installation.

For the last week Photoshope Elements 2021 began to be VERY slow to open and had to wait minutes before I could make a menu selection.  I uninstalled it tonight and re-installed.  Now it will not load at all.  Windows 10 PC 64-bit, tons of memory.  I thought about upgrading to Elements 2022, but have seen some posts that it has problems too.  Please help.  I also have Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop 2022, Lightroom Classic, and Adobe Acrobat DC.

Ich hatte Anfang April zu der Fallnummer CRM:09323000010396 beim Adobe Support korrespondiert und keine Antwort mehr erhalten, was ich milde ausgedrückt, als eine Unmöglichkeit empfinde.Zur Fall: Ich habe vor zig Wochen mein Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 (nachfolgende PSE 15 abgekürzt) mit der Seriennummer [License Number removed by Moderator] verkauft. Die Übertragung der Lizenz auf die Adobe ID des neuen Käufers wurde von Adobe vorgenommen (die Adobe ID des Käufers ist Adobe bekannt über meine ID, mir der ich mich hier eingeloggt habe).Seitdem kann der Käufer PSE 15 in seinem Adobe Kundenkonto herunterladen, doch er kann die Software nicht in Betrieb nehmen, weil Fehler 213:5 auftritt, bei dem es sich um einen Lizenzierungsfehler handelt. Der Käufer meines PSE 15 hat schon vor Wochen unzählige Stunden mit dem Adobe Support vertelefoniert (wer bezahlt ihm diese Zeit ?), weil sich die Software, die er von Adobe heruntergeladen hat NICHT installieren läßt. I am very confused having read so many posts about problems with PSE 2022 on Apple MacBook Pro M1. I cannot get the product to work properly on my MacBook Pro.I have followed the advice from Vipin on downlaoding the correct version, and I am now running build (20220330.Git.dot.4f2a946) as required.When I open Organiser i get this message. I can bypass this.Once I am in Organizer, and edit a file, after I have saved the file it does not appear in Organizer. When I try to manually import the file, I get this error.The edited file appears on my hard drive but not in the catalogue.So it looks like I am running the version which supposedly works with the M1 chip but the product is unusable.The are additional problems such as deleting photos and removing files from albums.Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi all, My laptop recently got a reboot and I have to re install all my programs. I have succesfully signed into by Adobe account and have provided my serial numbers to redeem the Photoshop elements 2020 and premier elements 2020 programs however when I press the "download" button....nothing happens. Please advise.

I have Photoshop Elements 2021. Earlier this year, when my Macbook Pro updated to Monterery, I ran into the same problem where it wouldn't launch and wouldn't open any files. I followed the suggestions from this forum and got it to work. Unfortunately, it happened again today. I can't get Photoshop Elements 2021 too open or open any files. When I drag a file to the icon, the icon bounces and then closes. No error message, no nothing, it just closes itself. It was working perfectly last night when I was working. Nothing I do fixes the problem. I bought PE 2021 and can't afford to buy PE 2022.  Please help!!! Thank you!

Hi there. Sorry but I'm not very good at forums and this is the first time I have ever been on one. My problem is Windows 10 did some kind of a major update recently to my computer. Following this Elements 11 all but disappeared from my computer and I can now only find part of this programme by opening a raw image. The majority of the programme is now missing and things such as 'guided' and 'expert' are no longer available. I have tried to re-install the Elements 11 disk but this just keeps going round and round without installing until my computer eventually ejects it and the situation remains the same. I am almost certain it was the Windows update that caused this problem.I would really appreciate any advice anyone can give on this matter please. I am reluctant to delete the programme entirely and try to re-install it as otherwise I wouldn't have access to things such as this forum etc. for help if this did not work. At least I still have part of the programme working at this time.So

Maybe 15 years ago, I purchased Photoshop Elements 4.0 for Windows XP, but never installed it on my PC. I subsequently bought a Macbook Air, which is running Monterey 12.3.1. Is it somehow possible to install the Windows XP version on my Mac?

will Photoshop elements 2021 work with the new M1 chip and big sur I am thinking of buying a mini mac that has the new M1 chip in would it work.

I use the Nik Collection as a plugin to PSE 2019. Recently when using the Nik collection I was prompted to install the latest update. When I did PSE editor would appear briefly on my screen before disappearing. I uninstalled the updated version and re-installed the version I had no problems with. I tried updating a couple of times but the result was the same.I raised the issue with DXO and recieved the following reply; "unfortunenately we do not support the use of Nik Collection 4 with PSE2019, so we would be unable to troubleshoot this issue further."I wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if they were able to resolve it.

I'm running PSE 2022 on an HP Laptop running Windows 10-64 Home with Intel CORE i7  - my "Display adapters" show that I have:  Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620 and NVIDIA GeForce MX150The software no longer open at all after I received an error message from "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 Editor": "Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disable enhancements which use the graphics hardware.  Check the manufacturer's website for the latest softwar.  Graphics hardware enhancement can be enabled in the performance panel of preferences."  I've tried to check to see if I have the latest drivers - HP & Windows updates both say I am "up to date" - Should I delete PSE 2022 and Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and re-install them on my computer?  How exactly could I accomplish this as I purchase a "one time install" version?- I am only slightly computer literate, so I would need very specific instructions, please.Than

Out of nowhere I can't open jpegs to edit. Instead I see a panel headed up 'New' and whatever option I select, it opens up with no image, although the title is correct. I've tried several.  However, opening a 'recent' image, does display OK?  Any ideas how to solve please?Image sent here

As a long time user of Photoshop and recently switching to PSE2018, one of the things I miss most is the Selective Color Adjustment Layer in Photoshop! Is there a way in PSE to selectively adjust colors?

The toolbar in Camera RAW (V13.0.0.612) of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 (V19.0) is missing. This toolbar should be located in the top-left corner of the Camera RAW program, but there is nothing there. What do I need to do to call up this toolbar? (OS Windows 10 Home V10.0.19041 Build 19041 64-bit, all updates installed).Alfred

Hi all. In december I bought a MacBook Air,, very fast one with M1 processor. And I bought photoshop elements 2021.but some things work soooo slow!! For example when I want to use a surface blur filter it takes a whole minute to process. Does anyone recognize this? also, when I adjust brightness and contrast it does not show immediately, I have to uncheck the box 'preview' and then check it again. Hope someone knows the solution.
