Photoshop Elements

I list vintage large format reproduction photographs (scans from original negatives that I have spent years collecting) on ebay that I have spent a considerable amount of time "cleaning up" and enhancing. Ebay does not allow watermarks. Anyone can right click on my photos and create/print their own copy. I read somewhere, but now can't find it, instructions on how to create a "hidden" invisible watermark layer that cannot be seen except when someone right clicks on your photo to copy it. Then it becomes the layer that they are copying, not your actual photograph. Does anyone know how to do this? I am using Photoshop Elements 15. Thank you.

Trying to do an incremental backup (Already have a full  backup)Did not have to reconnect missing files (had None) .  Select Destination drive :os (c).  Then backup path c:\Previous Backup:  c:\photoshop job\backup .  The hit save backup.    Working fine until I get his error code:Error encountered while writing Files  c\Program Data\adobe\Elements organizer\catalog\Job\catalog.pse 18db.  Tried repair and then optimized catalog. That worked fine.  One article said to convert it but this catalog was made with the new elements program.  When I did try to convert it a dialog box opens to choose the file to convert from and there wasnt any there.  I can browse it but what do I convert it from.So if you have any ideas as to what is going on  I would appreciate any help,  Thank you

I made the mistake of opening and saving a file through Photoshop Elements on my NAS and now Photoshop refuses to even launch unless I have my NAS connected. I have cleared the recent list in hopes of rectifying the issue, but that did not work. This is pretty silly to begin with. Why would the program not launch if it cannot connect to a network drive. Even if there was a file in the recent list there is no reason it should need access to that drive unless I wanted to open the file. As of now, it will just bounce in the start bar until you forcequit throwing a "cannot connect to drive" error. Note: This is only on the appstore version, 2019. I have an older version I still run on my windows machine and it does not have this issue. Anyway, I know this will not help me now as I have 2019 and this will not be patched, but at least someone at Adobe can fix this issue in future version to save other people the trouble.

I had to reformat my computer in Dec 2021 after a scam.  I have the installation files for my Adobe Elements 19 programs, but when I try to install them, it says I have to upgrade to Windows 11.  This computer isn't compatible with Windows 11.  The two programs were previously installed on this computer.  Isn't there some way to put them back on?  Worked fine before.  

I have some photos (HEIC, Apple iPhone) that have the following dates filled while stored on my Windows 10 PC: Date created: 27-05-2021 (probably changed when saving to the pc back then)Date Modified: 19-03-2021Date taken: 19-03-2021 I open Adobe Elements Organiser 2022 (part of my brand new purchased Photoshop/Premiere bundle) and go to Import and then Files and Folders. I browse to this photo and import it in my catalog. However, when I see the metadata of the imported photo in the next screen (after clicking the tag/info button), all dates visible are set to the date of importing. Even worse, when verifying in in the file properties, all three dates have been lost as they are all overwritten on disk to the current (import) date by Organiser!I managed to reproduce this issue with multiple other photos, so for multiple photos I have already lost the original date the picture was taken (I am glad I didn't import all the photos in bulk...). Question:Why does the orga

After installing Photoshop Elements 2022 more my laptop Microsoft Edge crach regularly even if Photoshop is not running. Got an error message that msedgewebviewer2.exe stopped working. Edge will not start again until the pc is restarted. After starting the laptop again it repeats. After uninstalling Photoshop Elements 2022 everything works again without any problems. Running Windows 11 Pro 64.Had the same problem also before upgrading from windows 10. Had an earlier version of Photoshop Elements down loaded as an Microsoft app earlier but that version is uninstalled. Can there be old program files that needs to be removed?

I purchased the software version of Photoshop Elements 22, like the downloaded version, the toolbar in the Photo Editor does not show the entire tools. The only thing that I am missing from it is the color pallet at the very bottom. I tried to resizing my screen from my desktop, it shows the color pallet, but my workspace looks like it's all stretched out like Silly Putty. I tried just about every troubleshooting as demonstrated in every video I could find, but their demonstrations are not consistent with what I got. 

I have tried to get in contact with Adobe to get the latest information on the compatability of PS Elements 2022 with OS 12.1 (Monterey). It is impossible!!! Any suggestions (other than moving to a Skylum product)?

I upgraded to Big Sur.  My Adobe 2020 was working.  Out of the blue, it started asking me to sign in.   I sign it, nothing happens.  It just asks me to sign in again.Adobe support has no answers.   They say they don't support 2020.   I need to upgrade to support or post an question here.   Totally useless.

I have Elements 2020 (v18.0), running Mac OS Monterey 12.1. I have not used Elements for several months and just imported 1600 photos for 2021. Elements is not recognizing the people or faces imported for 2021. I have thousands of photos previously uploaded and tagged for previous years. Is this a compatibility issue with Monterey 12.1? If so, is there a fix without upgrading Elements to current version?

After replacement of a faulty motherboard and CPU, my previously installed Elements 15 required S/N validation. My Adobe account appeared to accept the S/N that I entered and Elements worked as usual. (I purchased my software directly from Adobe and the S/N is recorded in my account.)When I attempted to use Elements the next day, it indicated that I was already using the software on other computers. It is only installed on one computer and my Adobe account indicates that there are no activated devices.Adobe Support verified that my S/N is valid and directed me to this forum because of the age of my software.Thank you for any assistance you can provide!   

Seit Jahren benutze ich Adobe Elements , aber meine 2020 Version lässt sich nicht aktiven ( kein Internet Meldung )  ich habe alles Probiert was in der Hilfe steht den Support verständigt, etliche male gelöscht wieder aufgespielt, bei mir laufen alle Programme unter Windows 10 nur die Aktivierung nicht, selbst der 4 Wochen Probebetrieb war OK.Mit Supporthilfe habe ich mich selbst als Informatiker versucht. Ich habe so einen Hals nach vielen Stunden Versuch und Irrtum. Mir reichts Ein genervter Adobe Kunde

I have a 2015 iMac with Mac OS Monterey 12.1 installed. Photoshop Elements 2022 is already running in a trial version. Hallo ich besitze Adobe Elements 2021 und möchte den neusten RAW Konverter 14.1 auf dem MAC (Catalina) installieren. Nach der Installation welche ohne Fehler angeschlossen wurde, erscheint jedoch der neuste RAW Konverter nicht im Programm. I purchased Elements 10 back in '11 or '12 and installed it onto the computer I had then. Elements 10 has a 3-disk package to install using a CD/DVD drive. Fast forward to now. I lost that computer years ago but I still have the 3-disk package. It seems the makers of laptops have gone away from a CD/DVD drive.  The HP laptop I have now does not have a CD/DVD drive. When I try to register my serial number on the Adobe website it tells me that the number is "NOT VALID".So, I went to the forums specifically about "non-valid serial numbers and what to do or whatever", nothing worked. The account I had back in '11 or '12, the email associated with it, is long gone. I can't recall it, I tried inputing old emails I had back then. Nothing.  I tried installing the files from Adobe for Elements(.exe and .7z) but that still didn't work because my serieal number is not recognized.   I have this new Adobe account. I have the 3-disk Elements 10 package I

I need to be able to download the full User Guide (pdf) for off line usage. Adobe say they don't offer this facility for version 2022, Why Not? Not everyone has access to the internet 24/7.  When on a photo shoot in many unpopultaed places on earth there is NO Internet. I take my laptop with me for editing, OFF LINE help is essential to learn / remember obscure editing proceedures. J.

We have released an update that fixes the hang-on launch issue with Photoshop Elements 2022 on macOS Monterey (version 12).   Fresh installation of Photoshop Elements 2022 downloaded from the Appstore and Adobe's website will not experience hang issues at launch on macOS Monterey (version 12). For existing installations of Photoshop Elements 2022, please update Photoshop Elements 2022 to the latest version. Build numbers in which this fix is available: 20211122.Git.e2022-mas.e8ba7d6 for build downloaded and installed from Mac App Store. 20211214.Git.dot.221c6b7 for build downloaded and installed from any channel other than Mac App store. Note: The fix provided by Adobe applies only to the latest version of Photoshop Elements. Stops working after I work on one picture. Have to reboot my computer to get it to work again?

I have used previous versions of Elements Editor for many years and recently upgraded to Elements 2021. I'm using a Macbook Pro with OSMontery and Elements Editor 2021 will not open after shutdown. I can open the Dashboard but Editor will not start up. The icon bounces up and down in the dock until I force quit to stop it bouncing. I've tried reloadong Elements, restarting my Mac (which helps in one out of four tries), and it's totally frustrating to go through all this trouble trying to open Elements Editor 2021 hoping it will open...or not.  Doees anybody know if Adobe are aware of this issue and are they working on a fix, or is ther something I can do myself to fix.Thanks

I have PSE 13 on an old laptop with an extensive catalogue with tagsin Organizer. I recently bought a new desktop and installed PSE 22. How do I move the Organizer catalogue and existing tags to the Organizer in PSE 22 on the new computer?

Am I doing something wrong or does organizer not support network folders on mac os for watch folders ? I can add pictures from a network folder but can't add that folder to the watch folder of organizer

Photoshop Elements 2022 is detecting an Intel(R) UHD Graphics Processor on my computer when I look in the Performance tab in Preferences. However, my computer is using a dedicated Nvidia Geforce RTX Graphics Processor on my Acer Predator Triton 500 SE laptop computer. How can I change this so it recognizes the Nvidia graphics processor?Roger
