Photoshop Elements

Hi I have a trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 on two computers. One is a windows 10 PC desktop and the other is aplle MacBook Air (M1). Since I only use this program on another machine at a time, can this be done with the same serial number

I created a folder in the Adobe Elements Organizer but when I went to move the pictures I wanted into it, it disappeared. I can find it in the hard drive, but not through the organizer. Why did it disappear in the Elements Organizer? I have the 2022 Version and I am on a Mac. Thanks for any help.

I currently have elements 2020 installed on my MacBook Pro. I want to take some Milky Way photo's and have done some investigations into the best method. Everything I have seen or read leads to focus stacking. I know that elements 2020 doesn't support focus stacking but was wondering if I purchased a full package elements+ add ins this would then be available.

Hi,Been having issues opening/editing Canon CR3 files in Elements 2020 (v. 18.0), running Camera Raw 12.0.0.321. When I attempt to open the CR3 file I get a message that says "Adobe could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document". I have read lots of posts and tried the following and I still can't edit my CR3 files: Installed Camera Raw 14.0. Installation went fine, but when I re-open Elements it still has the old plug in version. I tried to find the file and copy it to the plug-in folder manually, but can't seem to figure out where it goes after installation.Installed Camera Raw 13.1 and had the same issues as above.Installed Adobe DNG Converter. Open the program, browse to the folder where my CR3 files are and it shows the folder as empty. The folder is definitely not empty.I've spent about 3 hours on this so far and haven't gotten anywhere. What am I missing?Thank you,Julie   

The icon and menu text is so small I can't see them. I use Photoshop elements 2022 on a 14" PC with a resolution 2240 x 1400.I tried to enlarge them Edit/Preferences/Display & Cursors, UI Scale factor to 200% but then they are too big and I can't see everything. Is there a way to set them to ex. 150%? Bug fix? My earlier version of photoshop was ok.

So I have been needing to use the photoshop app for a while but all of a sudden it will not open. it says it is loading, but just stops loading after about 20 seconds. I have used it before and am on windows 10. I have tried some of the basic fixes ( opening task mangager and closing backround adobe, clearing prefrences, restarting my computer ect.). could someone help me so I can go back to using it?

I paid for the two software packages to be installed on the new PC in 2020and they were registered.    Not used them for a while and recently tried to open photoshop elements. Now the splash window tells me I need to sign in, I click that "the sign in now" button and it tells me an update is required and goes back to the sign in screen. When I log into my accouint I am informed that I can continue with these Adobe features for nearly £40 a month. Looks like my software has been deactivated and it is a rip off. Prove me wrong - - - can I still use the 2020 elements?

I have purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 & Premiere Elements 2022 for Teachers & Students.  I have gone thru the verification system & been approved.  The software has been installed on my laptop,  When I open either application, I am able to login, but when I enter the serial number to activate, I get the following error: "Please connec to the internet & retry". I have disabled the Window Defender Firewall as well as BitDefender's Firewall & Antivirus.  I have also tried 3 separate internet connections, as well as rebooting the laptop & the error persists.  I have Elements 15 installed on this machine & have used it for years, but would really like to upgrade to the latest.  Please help!

I pruchased the new Copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 (Version 20.0 - German). I would like to Edit the RAW Files from my new NIKON Z fc Camera but ist seems that the built-in CameraRAW Version (13.3.0.807) is to old. There should to be a newer Version 14 available but I can't find a Download for MacOS (12.01.1)!

Na crash PC alle sofware verdwenen, kan Photoshop elements (2017) niet opnieuw installeren, verwijst bij installatie naar 'verouderd besturingssysteem' alhoewel de installatie van windows opnieuw gebeurd is (windouws 10 en Edge als browser...); Je kan een bestand openen op de website van Adobe om de registry aan te passen maar met dat lukt het ook niet (computer ook heropgestart)...

For the first 100 years of Elements, I've been able to flatten a transparent image to make that image be on a white background by going to Layer/Flatten Image.  Now when I go to Layer/Flatten Image, the background remains the white and gray checked background.  If I try to drop that image onto another file (white background with other images, it carries the white and gray transparent background with it.  Seems like it worked as it should for the first few months of having E2021 but maybe not.  What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?  Here is the images I'm working with.  I'm not able to make the "transparent" area around the sad face, white when before pasting to the large image.  Or maybe it's a constraint that started on the web.  

Hallo, I'm using Phoptoshop elements 18.Sometimes using cutout, the Grids drawing points are outside of theview. I can't get the drawpoints, because there are no scollbars. So I've to  resize the view.How to change this behavior(the grid adapts the picture) ?ThanksBert 

Elements Organiser 12 When I click on HELP I'm taken to a web page that tells me how good Orghaniser 22 is. I'm not interested. I want help with Organiser 12. Anyone know where it is in this completely DIS-ORGANISED software ?  Call me Mr Picky, but when I want help, help is what I excpect. 

When I bought PSE 2018, I was able to use 110 lb paper to print the calendar.  Now, 2021, it only prints half or 3/4 of the photo with the same weight paper. The rest is left blank.  It prints OK with 20 lb paper.  I have changed the setting to plain thick paper and plain paper and still have same problem.  Suggestions?  Thank you.

I have Elements an Premier Elements12 on my existing computer.  I have the install DVDs but tne license is long gone and Adobe doesn't have any record.  Getting new computer and will purchase new Elements only program. How do I transfer my catalog from my existing computer to the new computer?  Looked at C?program data/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/Catalogs.  The folder is empty.   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity and discussion moved from Download & Install to PS Elements.]

I have been using photoshop elements for several years.  Yesterday when I opened it, I received a message that I was now on a 30 day trial.    What's up with that?

Don't buy Photoshop Elements.  It will not work with the new Macbook Pro with the M1 chip even though the web site says it will.  Does anyone know how I can get a refund?  The adobe web site links just go around in cirles but never gets me any where really useful.

Just installed windows 10 version of photoshop elements 2021 and premere elements 2021. entered my serial number for photoshop and my computer hung up. Restarted the computer and clicked on photoshop elements 2021 icon and nothing happened. Zero! Prior to this install I was running photoshop elements 2018.  Need help bad. Last week I bought adobe photoshop elements 2022, and adobe shows that photo's can twist in a form of a globe. But I Dont know how ? I hope somebody knows it  

I am trying to use Photoshop Elements for Android to print a photo at 2" × 2". There is no way to resize the print size in the app only to change the pixel resolution. I have been advised by Adobe support to use the pixel to inch converter found at https://pixelsconverter.com/inches-to-pixels however I find the conversion to be unreliable. Additionally I find that I would first need to know the printers default DPI. Adobe support has been unable to advise me how to proceed and suggested I leave the question here on the community. I saved a picture to the desk top.  I closed Elements 2000.  When I tried to move it to a new folder it told me it was still open in elements.  I opened the photo again and saved it  with a different name.  That one worked.  I tried to move the originally saved photo to the recycle bin and again it told me it was still open 

Hallo,da das PhotoDeluxe 4.0 auf Win 10 und 11, tatsächlich ein Problem ist es zu installieren, frage ich nun welches Photoshop Program ähnlich leicht zu bedienen ist wie das PhotoDeluxe 4.0.Ich habe mir das Photpshop Elements 12 vor einiger Zeit mal gekauft, aber es ist mir zu kompliziert und kann ehrlich gesagt nichts damit anfangen.Komisch ist nur das der alte Dampfer < Train Simulator > von Microsoft, der genauso alt ist ohne Propleme weiterhin läuft!!!Ich würde mich freuen wenn jemand einen Tip hat und mir sagen kann welchen Photoshop ich mir zu legen kann.Lg Manni

With PSE 6 on OS X , I have the problem that whenever I want to  alter the crop feature selection, it annoyingly wants to know better than me and snaps to the borders of the picture - but I just want to cut off some pixels. Which is simply impossible. This had not been the case with PSE 2.  Is there any way to turn off this "snap to"-feature? "Snap to grid" and "Snap to guides" are disabled.  Ah, and another one: How can I make an automatic selection of the complete content of a specific layer? Under PSE 2, this worked well in the Layer preview screen, now the feature has vanished.Thanks for any help!

I am a complete beginner so please forgive the naivity of the question - I have spent about an hour trying to find the answer. Where is my saved custom made brush?  I know it is there as I tried to save it again and PS Elements told me the file already existed but I cannot seem to find it in the preset panel.  I have attached a screenshot of where I am looking.  I want to be able to pull it us as and when I need it so what is the best way to add this to my library to select later.  I am on windows 10.
