Photoshop Elements

Hi,I am using both Lightroom 6 and Photoshop 2018 on a WIN 10 Desktop. Primarily I Import and process photos in LR and want to use the Elements Editor for creative projects (layers etc.).  When trying to continue processing a photo from LR in PSE, a dialgo box opens with three Options: a) continue with copy including LR changes, b) use copy of original photo however without LR modifications, b) use original photo. Of Course it is option a) I want to use.My Problem: while options b) and c) work fine, in option a) the PSE Editor opens without photo Any suggestion how to solve this problem is very much appreciated!Greg

I have Lightroom 6.0 and Adobe elements 2021. When I try to copy a photo from Lightroom to Elements using Edit copy with LR adjustments it loads Elements but not the photo. After 2 minutes it goes back to LR with a message The file could not be edited because Adobe PS elements editor could not be launched. When i click OK it then loads the photo in Elements. 

I am a casual user of Photoshop Elements 15... so I cannot justify paying for a subscription or an upgrade right now... I am just sticking with 15 in spite of the following difficulty for which I have not been able to locate information even after much searching: Fixing or at least clearing the recently used files list. I am using PSE15 on a Mac and, though I found some help for Windows users, I have not located help for Mac users. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful. My (very) old Photoshop Elements 2 had a simple tool for creating a html-Photgallery. This galleries were easy to upload to my personal webseite.Now I use Photosop Elements 2019 which seems not to have this tool. Any possibilty to get such a tool for PSE 2019 maybe a plug in? GreetingsG. L.

I have 2021 PsE with organizer.I installed and the organizer took 3 days to scan the faces.Now when I open it the whole process is starting again. I dont understand why this is happing again. Can I find the catalog that finished and import it into the current one. I have tried looking for help but cant find or understand any answers.Thanks

I've selected an album and I am viewing (media tab) in Album order. When I select the Places tab and then return to the Media tab, the view has changed to Newest. It happened with all the tools when using the mousepad on the McBook that the image on the screen disappeare as long as the mousepad is pushed. Any solution on that?

Basically, the title says it all. I have just upgraded from 14 to 2021 and now I can't get my panel with Navigator, Info etc to dock at the side. It will dock next to the Layers panel, but that takes up far too much additional screen space. When I drag there is no blue bar except when it allows me to drop it as above. Any suggestions?

What does the red clock in the top left hand corner of a thumbnail mean.

I read somewhere recently that Elements 21 would no longer be a  one off payment, it was said that it could only be purchased with a yearly subscription which would require to be renewed every year. Does anyone know if this is correct?+        

When using Organizer and sorting by date (Newest to oldest, or Oldest to newest), my photos are not showing in exact date-time order.I know that the metadata has many date fields, and I'm wondering which one Organizer is using. (I'm thinking that Organizer is not using the camera original date and there is a discrepancy between that date and the date being used.)

I currently have an older copy of photoshop elements. I want to upgrade but also include premier elements. Can I do that for upgrade pricing? Thanks 

When I connect my Android phone and want to import photos into my PSE my phone is not recognised. How can I fix this.

Hallo,ich möchte meine Photoshop Elemnts Version 16, gekauft 2018, auf einem neuem iMac mit BigSur installiern. Habe mir aus meinem Account die Version heruntergeladen (DMG).Starte ich die Install.app, bekomme ich den Hinweis, dass die Install.app vom Entwickler aktualisiert werden muss.Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

Hat jemand Erfahrung: Möchte die gleiche Lizenz PSE 2021 auf iMac  mit Mac OS und Windows 10 (emulierte Maschine) installieren. Wird das funktionieren und ist Leistung und Stabilität auf beiden "Seiten" gegeben ?

I have installed PSE 2021 and performed the Catalog conversion from 2019 to 2021. Result was that the thumbnails, folders etc all there but whe I clickedin to an image I get a grey background with a ? in the centre -ie no image. So then I created a new catalog making sure my external hard drive (where I keep my images) was mapped. Same result - All the folders and thumb nails there but same a grey background with a ? in the centre. Why arent my images showing.My desktop is an iMac currently on 10.15.7 (Catalina) and upgraded PSE so I can install Big Sur What can I do ?

Can anyone tell me how to download the necessary Photoshop Elements 11 updates as I have just upgraded my mac OS operating system to Big Sur and it is no longer compatible. I do not wish to buy new Photoshop app as I use it very occaisionally. TIA 

Trying to open.psd documents and i just keep getting the error "could not complete request due to program error"

I am using PSE 2021 on my HP Windows 10 Desktop. I have close to 40,000 photos and use quite a few Keyword Tags, Place Tags, etc. and, additionally, have grouped all photos into six or so Albums. It would be so nice if I could select a sub-group of my photos - e.g., by one Album, or by a Keyword - and be able to PLAY those photes in a slide show like method where I don't have to click each photo. I have tried to create slide shows from Organizer/ Editing in earlier versions, but I recall there were lots of size limitations. My Desktop computer is connected to my WiFi network (modem) via a hardwire ethernet connection and my Sony TV is on the WiFi network (created by the same modem). And, my Desktop computer does have MIRACAST. I hope I can get some advice how I can accomplish this. PS: My large TV has also THREE additional devices connected to it via HDMI Cable; these are: ROKU 2, Apple TV, and a Sony Blue Rae DVD Player. Thank you for your help.

Are there any differences between the two? I have both but can't see any differences to help me with my task. What I want to do is to use a portrait photo and put a white border of different sizes around it and then put a text tiitle in the bottom border.I have spoken to a more experienced user and rezied the canvas and image which hasn't worked (as I want the top border smaller than the bottom. Neither can I enter a text box in the border.Can anyone help, please?

Hallo vielelicht kann mir ja jemand helfen.Also nach einen update von 13 auf 21 geht nun nichts alle Schnellkorrekturwerkzeuge weg / Bedienfeldleiste rechts schwarz Bin echt enttäuscht und komme auch mit Büchern nicht weiter, selbst bei einer SCHRITT FÜR SCHRITT Anleitung. Alle möglichen Funktionen kann ich nicht auffrufen. Habe auch wieder alles deinstal. wieder neu eingerichtet nichts.Woran liegt das ich verweifel so langsam. Danke für eventuelle Rückmeldungen und Hilfen LG  

Is there a PDF or other printable user manual for photoshop elements? All I can find is the online version that I have to click on lots of links for each topic. Thanks!
