Premiere (Beta)

I believe the problem is also present in current and past release versions.   When you have a sequence open and make any change to it's contents or the sequence name, this data is not being transferred over to AME once you give the command. It requires saving the file first because apparently AME just imports the file from disk rather than live looking at the currently opened data.   While I understand the underlying mechanism this is very problematic because there is no warning that the project should be saved first in order to match the latest state.   We need either a warning message that informs the user about it including a save now request, or the mechanism needs to be changed to read the opened project state instead of the last saved file.

Today I faced a bug where I can't open some footages in source monitor, no matter how I add them. But I can use them on the timeline. Restarting premiere didn't help

It just keeps on loading indefinetly, doesn't give an error message or anything.

I'm trying to generate captions for a few seconds of speech, and the "Generating captions..." appears but doesn't complete. I've tried restarting, deleting media cache, using other source clips, but no luck. The transcript is perfect as is.I just upgraded to 25.1.0 BETA (build 63)   

 

Can't export project. Updated this morning.

this function was working fine yesterday. I downloaded the update today and now the "creating Capitons..." loading bar just sits there forever. I even reverted back to the last update, but its still broken.

The Beta already transcribed my audio but when I create the subtitles out of the transcription its stuck at the end of the loading process. How can I fix that?

Hello! the last week, generating peaks is taking too too long! i was trying to edit a simple podcast of 2 cameras and an audio file 1 hour and 3 min long in duration and it took almost 2 hours to generate the peaks! and another 1 hour to apply the Podcast Voice from Essential Sound. This should be a process of 10 minutes maximum! Same thing happened in Premiere pro 25.0 too. It wasted all of my day, and eventually I edited in Premiere Pro 24, which generated the peaks and apply the effect from Essential Sound in no time!  

Got this bug after latest update over the weekend. While trying to replace any clips by an after effects composition get the "Importer Reported a generic error". Happened with clips from other sequences, raw files, source graphics, all types of clips. I can import from AE projects into Premiere and that is my workaround for the moment but it's so much faster and more precise if I do the other way around, especially with long raw files. So far I haven't edited another of the 5, 6 hour raw videos but I imagine the pain with that if this doesn't get patched. Any other possible solutions or workarounds? Is anybody having the same issue? Couldn't find anything about it except on 2024 and 2023 updates. From what I've read in other posts in previous years, resetting workspaces didn't work, and I don't use files directly from any cloud services.

1. When I click on the audio microphone icon in an audio track (to the right of the M an S buttons) it is not recording the audio. I have checked the audio hardware settings to make sure that they are set to the computer mic. The countdown starts, it says recording but when you stop, there is no audio track. Had to go back to the regular version. 2. When you have the audio enhance setting on a vocal track and have audio under that with ducking, it hides the audiowave form on the vocal track.  MBP M2, running the latest beta as of this morning. 

Premiere Pro Beta 24.1.0PC - Windows 10 After I've applied the new Enhance Speech effect to a clip, resizing it will cause the audio to echo, almost as if the audio track is duplicated and out of sync with itself.It happens whether increasing or decreasing the time.The only solution is to close and re-open my project.The audio track I'm using is mono.

It is all black in the video but left with sound. I have tried 4 times, but it's still the same. I have exported Apple ProRes 422HQ at the end, which is fine.

25.1.0 Beta (Build 59) Windows11   Things are rendering about as expected in this build, but the "remaining" time is way off.   This project is taking about 5 minutes to do 16 minutes (about normal with downscaling), but it's starting at 15 seconds, then slowly edging up to 45 seconds, then holding +/- 40 seconds the whole time.    Does this in both direct timeline render and AME (25.1.b57)

For some reason an pro res file is being read as dnxhr and it's messing the alpha channel, tried using cineform codec and still got bad results, only with Animation codec it worked

Whenever playback speed exceeds 1x I get warning messages "Audio hardware I/O overloaded!".This happens regardless of playing forward or backward.This happens regardless of the audio hardware being set to display speakers or my Focusrite Scarlett 8i6.This happens regardles of playing back in the timeline or in the source monitor. System:Mac Studio 2022, Apple M1 Ultra, 128GB RAM, Sonoma 14.6.1Display: Apple Studio DisplayAudio Interface: Focusrite Scarlet 8i6 3rd Gen

Hi all, I use the latest Beta version 25.1I have videos in sequences, this time portuguese language.The transcript is done kind of ok, though when I want to change a word that was misunderstood it does not take it...or when a word is missing in the transcript (...) for 1.5sec showing and I add it it does not take it over either. I assume that is a glitch.Best,D

Hi, I was working on the Beta version of premiere pro with R3D files, today the automatic update of the Beta makes my files black, impossible to read, render or export. please do somethingthanks

I've encountered an issue in Premiere Pro where the redo function doesn't work after undoing actions. Restarting the application promptly resolves the problem.
