Premiere (Beta)

Auto save is set to 10 minutes but it save every minute to a couple of minutes. Max project version saved is set to 20 This means in about 20 minutes or so my auto save will start over-writing the existing auto save starting with the oldest one. I could set the max way higher, but this will give an abnormal amount of auto saves.   So I dont quite understand this auto save.   BTW this has been going on for quite some versions.  

HOW TO GET BETA VERSION OF PREMIER PRO? 

I have premiere Pro 25 beta version. But not found Object Mask Tool on tool bar. Please help.

Gang, In the latest Premiere Pro Beta Update... you killed the Mr Horse plugin (ver 26.1.1 - build 14). It only shows black in the timeline, works in Premiere Pro (standard). Mike

Mister Horse Composer is not useable with Premiere Beta 26.1 To be able to use it I was forced to go back to version Beta 26.0 or with the version of Premiere 2025 25.6.3 with which everything works regularly.   Moved to the Beta forum by Moderator]

I just made the new update but it seem's that it block me from deleting, delete and snap and other task refer to deleting. I tried installing Premier Pro but the project is not support do to higher version. Please can someone have a solution, I have projects to render this week !

premiere Pro Beta v26.1.0  Timeline is not selecting, When i select the timeline, the software automatically selects the program monitor. I cant speed the clips or cant do any right click function due to no timeline selection. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. 

Dear Premierists:  I'm trying to use and link my After Effects comps to Premiere Beta. But Premiere Beta keeps telling me I need After Effects Beta and I can't find After Effects Beta on Creative Cloud. What should I do?  Thanks for your guidance.

Since updating to Premiere Pro version 26.1 (Beta), transparency appears to be broken in the Program Monitor when using Ultra Key, as well as other effects that rely on transparency.Keyed areas display incorrectly or as solid instead of transparent, even though the effect itself is applied correctly.Things already tested (no change):Sequence colour space changes, including Rec.709Nesting and un-nesting clipsSwitching renderer between GPU and SoftwareProgram Monitor settingsFresh projectRestarting Premiere and clearing cacheThis was working correctly before the update, so this appears to be a 26.1 Beta regression, not user error.System:Windows 10NVIDIA RTX 4060 TiPremiere Pro 26.1.0.010 (Beta)Is anyone else experiencing this, or is there a known workaround?

I just downloaded Premiere Pro (beta), prompted by a post I saw on FB. It shows an "Object Mask" tool located at the bottom of the toolbar. When I open the beta version, it doesn't appear.Also, the FB video shows an "Essential Graphics" window. Under "Window" in PP Beta, there is no "Essential Sound".Can anyone help with these two items?Thanks,Tony

While some needed updates are happening, please don't remove or rearrange necessary tools like the Opacity masking tool. We use this almost every editing session.

Unassigned mask cannot be moved below opacity. Prohibiting the ability to isolate the mask, enter text behind it or blur the original video underneath.

In the traditional version of Premiere Pro, when you opened a file in a project, it was added as a new item. Because of that, music appeared in a list view and videos appeared in an icon view.However, in the beta version, when you open a file, the project name changes to that file name and everything is shown in a single window.Is there any way to have multiple windows like before?   [Moved by moderator to the Beta forum]

Hi all,    Wondering if anyone else is having troubles with the new beta. I opened a project I had started in Premiere 25.6.2 and the colour looks completely different. The resolution of the video looks significantly worse too, despite me not changing any settings.   Real shame as now I cant go back to my original project resolution or grade now without having to re-edit my whole video 😞 Let me know if anyone has a fix for this   [Moved to the Beta forum by moderator]

Can we have Replace With Clip and Time Interpolation less buried?    

Hi all,  After a new update and finding my project in Adobe Premiere 25.6.0 saved in 26.0. After troubleshooting, I managed to access the project in beta, and I resumed work in beta. However, beta can be glitchy and corrupt files, and since this is a major project that I'm working on, is it possible that by constantly saving backups, regular Adobe will catch up to 26.0 and I'll be able to work in regular Adobe Premiere Pro again? If not, are there any fixes so I can get the beta project back down to the regular one? Downgraders online do not work so far, and the app that was provided as a fix to restore the version doesn't work on beta files, given that I continued work in beta.  Thanks 

i am using macbook pro i9 wwiht 32 gb and 4 gb graphics, but i tries alot to use the Premier pro Beta object mask, every tried all the tricks from youtube,  but non of them works,  is ther any solution that can make it work? Best ReagrdsHassan

I am having issues with the new masking tool. The tool quickly finds my subject, and then adds it to the Unassigned Masks section; however, when I click forward and back to track the motion, the outline disappears as it goes through the entire process. After it's done, if I scrub through the clip, the mask outline appears only on the frame I chose the mask. I have tried multiple clips and projects with no luck. Any suggestions? (ohhh and if I stay on the one frame that has the mask outlined and move it to a effect it works, but then stops working after stepping off of that frame.

I have a corporate team subscription through my company. I already have Premiere Pro Beta, as well as After Effects Beta. I just wanted to get the latest update only to find I have no access to the Beta apps now - except for Illustrator. I can install Illustrator Beta from the "Pre-release" tab.

I am getting this error in the beta 25.4.0 build 83All I have done to generate this is drop the warp stabilize effect on 3 clips, turned on detailed and turned off fast. the error appears a short time after the the clip starts to analyze for warp stabilize. Not sure  if the timeline itself is generating this error when it draws the thumbs, or the warp stabilize effect is generating it as it processes the clips. CPU and GPU are not very busy when this happened, or SSD's   In this state while warp stabilize is running, premier is highly non responsive on Time line scroll, other windows are performing fine.   If I move to a place on the timeline where none of the clips I have warp stabilize working on, the timeline returns to normal performance, and can play video smooth in the program monitor also. it seems that the thumbs for the time line stopped drawing after these errors appeared:  I had continu

Hey, beta users!    Starting today, October 24, Premiere Pro betas will switch from v25.6 to the next major version, v26. We make this switch once a year, when we get close to shipping the last dot release of a major version and move to the beta of the next major version.    Premiere Pro will guide you through the project upgrade and automatically version the project file. Unless you specifically save over the original file, you will have a backup. As with previous major version changes, Premiere Pro projects saved in v26 cannot be opened in earlier versions of Premiere Pro, including the shipping version (v25.5 at the time of this post). This means that a project opened and saved in the v26 beta cannot be moved back to the shipping version.    It is also required to have v26 of After Effects and Media Encoder to make use of Dynamic Link.  It's recommended that all three be updated at the same time.   As always, we recommend that you d

Suddenly, when I try to open the project, I get this error message:“The project appears to be damaged. It cannot be opened.”Here’s what I’ve already tried:Opening multiple auto-saved versions → same error appears.Copying the project and opening it on a different computer → same error.Trying to open the project in the main (stable) version of Premiere Pro → it says“This project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version.”So at this point, I can’t open the project in Beta or the main version.Has anyone encountered this before, or is there any possible way to recover or repair a damaged project file from the Premiere Pro Beta?Any help would mean a lot — this is a big project and I’d really like to avoid starting over. Thanks in advance!
