Premiere (Beta)

Hello, following a support chat I was advised to post in this forum where an Adobe representative will contact me to arrange speech to text beta access. Many Thanks.
Even after I render everything, my videos glitch every 30 seconds. I have tried with each version of the beta and get the same result every time.
Crio uma legenda, configuro os parâmetros que quero, mas quando vou adcionar novo texto estes parâmetros são perdidos. Tenho que estivar a legenda por todo o vídeo e ir cortando para inserir novo texto sem perder a configuração.
Dear Adobe Gods. At least a few times per week over the past couple years I have been exporting audio files of my documentary projects and paying REV.COM 25 cents per minute to auto-transcribe interviews to help me edit. I just learned about Premiere Pro BETA Speech To Text feature last night, downloaded BETA and applied to be able to use your Transcription feature. Seeing the "approval might take a couple months" message was discouraging. I purchased Premiere in 2005 and have been paying for Creative Cloud Single App $23 per month since 2013. I would really like to be approved for early access to the Speech to Text feature as soon as possible. How can Adobe make that happen?
Hi, i applied months ago for early access for speech to text in beta version, no reply, anyone else with this, is this normal, or is there too many applying and overloaded...adobe please .
For the past hour or so Premiere Pro seems to be taking forever to load sequences, mostly with transcriptions. tried working on different projects with the same result. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
I received an email telling me I'd be able to carry on using the Speech to Text feature from Premiere Pro Beta in Premiere Pro 15. I've just updated to 15 and the option to analyse a sequence doesn't appear in the Text panel. Have a missed something?
There are times one has say a pair of people, two talking heads, and it's cleaner to have a left side and right side caption/subtitle display to clearly show the user which person goes with which text. There is NO way to do this with the new captions/subtitle process. Being as the multiple captions track setup only allows one track to be visible at a time, and there is no way to set side-by-side viewing, this needed option is not available. ------------- Edit: As answered by staffer @Trent Happel down below, if you right-click a line of text in the "text" panel, an option is to 'add caption block'. Select that, and type your second block's text. Then go to the Edit tab of the Essential Graphics Panel (EGP) and select each line, placing it as you need. ------------ Also, with say 708 captions, there is clearly a limit to the characters per line which is not mentioned in the information provided. When you hit that limit, it simply doesn't show anything past that on-screen t
Is this missing or moved somewhere?Another related question, can I apply the Master Style to the Caption track?
Hi guys, hopefully someone here is able to help. Had access to the beta and updated to 15.0. After the update i had access to the Speech to Text function which worked great. I came to use it again yesterday and it has seemingly disappeared. Nothing in my workspaces and can't find the previously done Speech to Text work in other projects either. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something wrong with my user ID not syncing with adobe perhaps so it's not recognising that i have early access to the feature? Any help would be really useful because the tool is fantastic and i am really keen to try it out and improve my editing workflow. thanks!
Why are there so many Betas recently?
I'm unable to use arabic unicode like 'ﷺ' in between of regular English captions. For eg: the following caption:" The Prophetﷺ said, actions are judged by their intention...." I was able to use these in fonts like kefa, muller medium etc before the new caption flow update came, but now when I use, they come empty in some fonts and some place ﷺ is replaced by a box. Please resolve this asap as I'm doing subtitiles. for video and is part of my job. Thanks
Windows forced a big update overnight, and with it came a new issue in Premiere Beta (not the normal version, the normal version seems unaffected). Anytime I move my mouse or select things in Beta, the whole scrteen goes black for a few seconds, the same way it does as if you changed the monitors resolution, essentially rendering the Beta unusable for me right now. Having no access to the text window in Premiere 2021 (or at least, I cant seem to find it in the latest update), I kinda need the Beta to work for my work. What I've tried: switching back and forth from Mercury Software and Cuda playback, updating and reverting Premiere Beta, updating and reverting Nvidia's drivers. The reason I believe it may be something I've missed, or something in Beta, is its only happening in Premiere Beta - every other app seems to work fine. My setup: i7 8700kRTX 307032gb Ram
Started testing the new #SpeechtoText feature on PP and I am having issues...1- I can't manually adjust the timing of the caption. I am forced to drag the caption clip to the right time in the sequence, rather than able to copy the time code and paste it into the caption settings (like I could do using the regular caption settings)2- The biggest problem I have with captions (both regular and new #SpeechtoText) is it completely distorts the video when I try to play it back and make sure the captions are set to the right timing. For example, I set the caption - then press play - and the audio plays but the video doesn't move at all. It seems that caption work completely overwhelms the system and prevents the video from playback. I then have to either wait, or go back to a different part of the video and play a longer section hoping it will playback correctly. I like the feature - I do caption work regularly and the automated translation is very helpful, but these bugs really n
I have mogrts in my timeline and nested sequences with time remapping
You can't import .mp3 musik.
While I'm adding subtitles with new caption workflow, Delete key erase backward not forward like Backspace key. Please, fix this bug. Thank you.
When I change the Audio Clip channels the checkboxes do not reflect the changes correctly.Steps to reproduce this issue:1. Open the Clip Audio Channels dialog2. Change the preset to Mono3. Check the right channel for Clip 1. This should deactivate the left channel automatically but the checkbox remains visible. Actually my changes will update the clip after commiting the dialog but it is hard to see whats going on.
I'm working on a long-form piece and could really use S2T in Premiere. I applied, but it seems it may take forever... Help?
Howdy Dev Team,I've been using the early-access beta PP Speech-to-Text for the last month. Last week, I noticed that the Merge Captions button had stopped working and is still not working after updating to v15.1.0.18 (2021-03-01). This had been working prior to last week. Also, I noticed today that if I press the Split Captions button on a caption, it splits into 2 captions as it should. However, the button then is greyed-out for the caption and I cannot split it again.Hopefully this can be fixed in the next release as I often have to combine and split captions in order to create better break points than the software generates. Thanks for your work on this awesome feature 🙂
Hi, I am happy to see Adobe pushing the implementaiton of transcription and titling. I have been using (and will continue the need for) French transcription and subtitling. Aside from the challenges of accents, pace, background noise and other challenges to AI, I think it's in a decent enough place that will improve over time. However there are non-translation issues worth noting, which I have experienced.First, the caption inpoints over time, particularly longer sequences. This of course is tedious and timeconsuming. This occurs consistently across different recordings I have tried, most of which are clean and broadcast quality.Second, the caoption interface itself is difficult in Premiere 14, where my project is primarily based (more on issues with Premiere 15 implementation below). Changing length of titles is super buggy - in timeline it's usually not responsive after the third or fourth change per caoption clip, and likewise, in the captions window using the slider also
Kudos on speech-to-text! This is a game changer in alot of ways, it even handles industry jargon and brand names better than I expected. Is there a way to change the parameters used to turn a transcription to captions? The character count seems a bit low. How does the software decide how many characters per line? I understand I can edit after the fact, but I'd like to see a better baseline to start from. This is with Premiere 15.0, not the Beta version. Thanks
