Premiere (Beta)

Media Encoder says it is "Not installed" on premerie when it is. I have checked and they are both up to date and installed. I also tried reinstalling both programs and it hasn't fixed my issue either. 

 

Adobe Premiere Pro 24.2.0 BETA (Build 48)2020 Mac M1 miniOS Ventura 13.4.1 Starting this summer I started getting audio errors that popped up randomly on the timeline.They seem to happen randomly, but occur much more frequently and now there is no way to actually work on a project and have reliable playback. I am using the enhance audio feature, but the problem still happens on clips that is not applied to.  The audio errors show up in a number of different ways, but most perplexing is that they show up on a timeline with no audio tracks on it. I can barely work at a snails pace because everytime I go to play it back I get interrupted with an error. If I play it back 4 times it might actually play the audio 1 out of the 4. These errors are what I see below:  Ok so what about trying PP2024?When I open up the project in Premiere 2024 Version 24.1.0 (Build 85) I start encountering these weird errors where the clips and tracks on the timeline don't populate or when

While setting parameters for Corner pin, it makes the image move to the upper left corner when using UDH footage in a HD setting with scale set to 50%. Solved when setting it to 50.1% but that is an annoying workaround for multiple clips. It used to do this with Warp Stabilizer....  

I switched to bigger speakers, and I now hear a digital buzz coming primarily from the left speaker whenever Premier is running and in the foreground. Same in current Beta as the production version Computer is set to 48k 16bit, as is Premier.  Using USB audio through an Allen & Heath mixer with USB input (sounds great). I just Noticed that if I turn off the input device in Premere audio hardware preferences (normally USB mixer), the buzz goes away. With it back on it buzzes.  For now I will turn off the input since I rarely record directly into Premier.   Same is true in Audition, but the digital noise does not record.  System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.2.0.48    OS: Windows v10.0.22621, RAM: 63.83 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

Steps to reproduce:    1. ...Render more than one clip from the same sequence, including VSL Vienna MIR Pro plugin, with Media Encoder Result: The first clip rendered has sounds, but not subsequentExpected: All clips should have sound. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.2.0.45    OS: Windows v10.0.22631, RAM: 63.68 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 20

I have already cleared the cache, restart the apps, opened AE, also cleared cache and I can't find the way to use this feature since it is grayed out. I am also seeing an error in AE for this feature. AE Beta build 38.

24.2.0.2 Don't go together very well; funny stripes. Corner Pin is applied to the second 1080p clip. Setting MPE to software does not resolve the issue.      

Beim Öffnen von Premiere Beta 24.2.0.42 werden alle After Effects Links als Offline angezeigt und der Hinweis, dass After Effects Beta istalliert sein muss. After Effects Beta 24.2.0.38, die aktuellste Version, ist installiert. Ich vermute es liegt an den beiden unterschiedlichen Versionen, aber warum wird das denn überhaupt automatisch geupdatet, wenn es nicht mehr funktioniert? Ich habe erst mal alle Auto-Updates deaktiviert. Scheint ja keiner mitzudenken, beim Builds veröffentlichen.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm not sure how to resolve it. Help! Thanks!

Why is Morph Cut so painfully slow? The same thing in DaVinci Resolve is pretty much instant. I can see PPro sitting there, not really "analyzing in background" but, in reality, doing very little. Could Adobe please speed this up? The crappy coding of so many apps (I'm looking at you particularly, Adobe) is really annoying. We spend our hard-earned cash on fast, multi-core machines, only to be bogged down by sub-par, very expensive software that is incredibly lazily coded and would struggle to take advantage of the available processing power of a Sinclair ZX81. Value for money of Premiere Pro vs. Resolve does not favour Adobe. This morph cut is only SIX frames long (how long does it take to render 6 frames?!), and is just not rendering at all, despite the incoming/outgoing shots being a perfect candidate for a morph cut (I chopped out an "errrmm"):  

PP Beta is such a fickle beast.  Constant updates and it becomes an even more unstable software program.  I have updated my NVIDIA drivers and still have the same issue (cannot preview the timeline).  It has the constant (an very annoying) "Media Pending" screen that pops up.  I am working in Beta b/c I thought with all the new advancements I would be able to be up to speed.  However, I am sadly mistaken and really started questioning my life choices right now.   Adobe, why with most updates to the software programs it might fix an error or a bug but more times than naught, it ends up prematurely crashing without much notice.     Randy

Whenever I use Enhance Speech I notice that the last syllables of a sentence tend to get too much punch. I typically use a setting of 0.8 to get rid of most of the background noise.   However, I have to lower the volume at the end of sentences by 3dB or so to get a sound that is far more natural.   Perhaps the engineers can look into this?

Scene Edit Detection immediately crashes app whenever used. Can't automatically cut clips, which is a critical feature for workflow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Specs:Premiere Pro Version 23.3.0 BETA (Build 33)Mac mini M1, 2020Chip Apple M1macOS 13.1 (22C65)

Playback is normal no dropped frames, but cti in timeline is jumpy/sticky so is the playhead position in the timeline. Pain to edit. CTI in Effect Controls runs normal, so does the timecode (bottom left).   23.5.0.24

The dropdown for Camera Metadata for Blackmagic RAW is no longer working in the newest version of Premiere Pro (Beta). I can no longer control any of the RAW settings. 

When I open the program and change the head position to editing, the program closes immediately

I've been working on a PPro project with essentials graphics for the past week, and after 2 weeks I am trying to open the project and PPro immediately crashed and quit. I cannot get the project to open in the latest PPro release at all. The project has some linked AE comps; I also updated AE to the latest version today, so there's not a version inconsistency. I can create a new PPro project seemingly without problems.

In one of my projects, as soon as I try to play from the timeline video freezes.I can play individual clips in folders and even on the timeline by doubleclicking them. But as soon as I try to play on the timeline, it freezes and I can't play any more videos at all, even in folders.My other projects works..I have tried empying cashe and resetting preferences. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.2.0.39    OS: macOS v13.5.1, RAM: 64,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 10

I just experienced a new glitch in the Beta after updating to Mac OS 14.1.2. The playback of video completely freezes after you switch back and forth between two sequences. I even rolled back my version of the Beta to see if the glitch happened there too. Glitch happens on Beta 24.1.0 and 24.2.0. Doesn't happen with the working version 24.0.3 (Build 2). Mac M2 UltraMac OS 14.1.264 GB RAMAnyone else experience this? Any fixes?

Simply playing my footage causes for play screen to appear. Not sure if its my monitor or the (beta) Premiere Pro version is causing the issue.

Hi all. I can find my cloud saves for all mt PRPROJ project files EXCEPT for the projects saved in 24 beta.  Any idea where those go? I have the settings turne don in Beta liek any other version. See screengrab. My 24.0 synced files doesn't include projects saves in or auto saved in 24 beta.

Hi - Every time i drag a graphic from essential graphics onto my timeline in premiere pro, it won't allow me to purchase with my credits and instead redirects me to Adobe stock which asks me to purchase more credits. Is this a bug? Previously, i've had no trouble purching graphics in premiere pro and i have plenty of credits available
