Premiere Elements

Was 3/4 of the way through a picture compilation with static text titles when I suddenly could not edit in Quick Edit?   Unable to figure out how to get back Quick Edit ability for text, nor can I extend the length of time the text stays on the picture ... Thanks in advance 

Hello, I shot the following footage in slow motion (1/60 shutter speed & 59.94P) but playback on YouTube appears jittery: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7neIAJ11QM  The clip properties show the Frame Rate as 23.976 so I think that has something to do with it.   Also, is this relevant at all?  I had the Project Settings both at 24fps and changed it to 30fps but both playback jittery. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.  Thank you in advance!Rose

I've got Blu-ray drive with recording functions and Premiere Elements 2020. However the only option for disc exporting available to me now is DVD (burning and ISO). What settings should I make to switch Blu-ray on? Many thanks in advance.

As a information to whom it may concern. I have a version 15 of PE which suits my purpose well. I had not used for 10 months, and when returning to it a few days ago it id not start, although it always was perfect. Long story sort, several attempts uninstalling various bits/drivers and what not, I discovered the cause. My updated Radeon 550 is causing the conflict with PE15. Don't know who to blaim. When I switch of the Radeon the program runs.A not so nice side effected is Adobe now tells me that my license expired for to many installations. I did do many installations, but all on one and the same computer, as Adobe did not want to provide help because the programm was purchased nearly 4 years ago...

On opening APE 2021, I see an error message saying that I have an incompatible display driver. (see image attached). Per some posts on similar issues I have updated all my drivers direct from Dell and Intel, but no luck.The result is that when I open a project I am not able to see clips playing in the preview window. I can hear the sound and see the cursor line moving along the timeline as usual. I am running on a Windows 10 Laptop with all Windows updates also completed. Is there anything I can do?

Hello, When i export a vidéo, the 1650ti work in start but quickly the UHD graphic take over and the result is very bad. I thinkh my graphic card is not compatible with adobe premiere element and it is not recognized. What should i do ? I think it's very weird that adobe don't make this type of graphic card compatible, because it's not very rare or old Thank you by advance Kévin

Hi, I have Photoshop elements 12 and Premiere elements 12 installed. Due to disk space I want to temporarily uninstall Premiere elements. Can I later reinstall the same program on the same computer without any issues? I'm thinking of license issues etc. Thanks

I am trying to duplicate an already cut clip that was uploaded. when I copy and paste it changes the original clip also. I know you can duplicate the whole clip in the project assets but i just need the section i have cut out. Do i have to duplicat the cut both at the same time? That seems like more work. There has to be a simplier way. Thanks in advance

I am using photoshop premier elements video and have a text box open...trying to move around the text but it won't allow it . I dry your click and drag but that doesn't work and there is no 'move' ion or 'hand' .   All the text boxes are too close together.  Need to give space between them by moving them up or down accordingly 

How do I import lut .cube files to work with videos?It's telling me I don't have codec. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hello, I copy the video frames to the timeline and the fillmu clip extends through all video tracks, from video 1 all the way to the music track. Hi,   this is of interest to me. New user, recent purchase. Making a slideshow of photos, with music. I’ve just installed a new drivers for my Nvidia 1060: Version:471.68Release Date:2021.8.10Operating System:Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 and APE2021 doesn’t see NVidia GPU. Instead it switched GPU acceleration to Intel 630 which is built in my processor Intel 8700k.   How can I change it back to Nvidia 1060? It was fine on older drivers What is very surprising I can’t still turn on ‘Hardware Acceleration for rendering, playback and export’ as APE says that appropriate hardware was not detected 😊 It is complete mess.

when i attempt to import a video file from either Mac Phots or Adobe elements organizer only 5 seconds of the video is imported.  What am i doing wrong.

I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (19.0). The launch of the program still hangs with PlayerMediaCore.prm. I followed the instructions from previvoius threads such as adding/changing line item to DS.ForceCPUOnly true false in Debug Database. Premiere Element continously hangs at the same point. The program runs on Windows 10.0.19043 and Dell XPS 8700. Help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am using Premiere Elements 21 on Windows 10 Version 20H2. I can add media, but these are distorted by a green bar when playing. I can watch the same videos with VLC without any problems. Thanks for your help. 

Hi!Hard to explain but I used to be able to do this in Elements 10. Elements 2021 seems to react totally different... Here's what I want to do. I want to be able to have a bigger picture as a background - level 0 (e.g. 50.8cm x 28.58) and a pre-defined small one on top - level 1 (e.g. 1.78cm x 0.51cm) so I can adjust (move, maximise, minimise) the big one at level 0 so I get just the content from the big one inside the small one as I need it. In Elements 10 I imported the big picture to Elements, then created the small workplace with the pre-defined sizes in Elements. Then I dragged and dropped the big one onto the small one and I had the big picture as Level 0 at the back and the small one as Level 1 on top but transparent, so it showed just the piece of the big picture where the small picture was lying on. I purchased a new computer and reinstalle Premiere Elements 13 (PE 13). Now when I open projects I previously created with PE 13 on my old computer, PE 13 on my new computer tells me that the project is not compatible with this version of PE 13. Adobe has been of no help. I don't understand why projects created under PE 13 no longer open under PE 13. A few projects do open, but the vast majority of them do not, all giving the same error they are not compatible with this version of PE 13. Am I overlooking something simple. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi all i have and use a JVC Camcorder which uses TOD file format. My question is does anyone know of any sort of a patch that can help me get files of my camcorder onto my A P E 2020. For information I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements on my Mac.   [title edited by mod]

I am a convinced user of Premiere elements (2019) but suddenly encounter the problem that mts files (AVCHD) from my Sony camcorder ( made in HD 50 p 1920 x 1080) are not shown with one audio track (as always before) but some - not all - are split into all audio lanes ( total of 6) in my completely new project. It seems not to have anything to do wit the original file since when testing the same clips they appear sometimes depicted with one audio track but sometimes with 6.I am quite desperate since I am travelling on an Iseland tour right now and don't have a clue why that happens and how to change it. Never had it before - same camera same elements version. In case anybody has some advice - I'd be so happy! I can provide screenshots if helpful.
