Hi!Is it possible to upgrade my Premier Elements to Premiere Pro?

I am useing premiere elements 12.How to merge or combine two projects with each other to create a new project, I want to merge two exsisting projects into one.   

Hello, I made a big mistake in my catalogue. Accidently I added a new location to all of my pictures.As I detected my mistake I deleted the Pin and with that all assigned location information.Is there a possibility to redo the automated detection of the location based on the GPS data as made during the initial import of the photos?A reimport is not working. If I delete one photo out of the catalogue and import it again the location and Pin are added again.Any ideas?Best RegardsFrank

Has anybody else out there experienced that elements (images, shapes, texts) that you had perfectly positioned fail to reappear at this precise position after e.g. closing and reentering the title ? Could that be my fault ? Is there a safe way, without exact coordinates being accessible ? Thanx for any idea.

I upgraded from Premiere Elements 2020 to 2021. In 2021, none of my files can be viewed anymore, although they were ok in 2020. Many of the clips are filmed on my Samsung S10+ or my Canon HDR camera. What is wrong? Are there codecs not compatible with 2021?

After two years of no problems with transitions... this past week when I move a cross dissolve between two clips it doesn't settle between both of them but to just one... and worse yet when I click on the transition to adjust it... there is no response.  Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this issue?  I have a neat movie about water that I'm working on and need to get it finished.   -Sky

I'm looking for an editor to edit 4K videos from my GoPro Hero7. I haven't had any luck. Thought I would test the free version of Premiere Elements 2021. I bought the $.99 Hevc video extension, still doesn't work, says to delete the Media Cache in the line below. I can't find the location%appdata%\Adobe\Common"I'm running Windows 10 in an i7-8700 processor desk top. Any Ideas? Clean the Media Cache by deleting the files present at the location: %appdata%\Adobe\Common https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/hevc-decoding-on-windows.html

I am editing some concert footage for our community band. The footage I have straight off the card shows zero light flicker in QuickTime Player. Once I import the clip into PE and into the timeline, now the clip has a lot of flicker happening. I did apply the anti-flicker tool that comes with the app, but it had zero impact on the exported video. Any suggestions or solutions? Thank you!

Hello together, iam doing video cycle time analysis and need to see instead of the frames the milliseconds in the Video. See the picture below at the red square. In the Windows Movie Maker application it was possible. My Company wants to use adobe. Is there a way without any work around to achieve it. That we dont have to recalculate frames to milliseconds? At the moment we are using a test licence and its working under windows 10. Thanks for help 

I need to delete all the projects I started previously in Adobe Premiere Pro. The websites I found say to do things with the task panel in the projects but I can't find where that is. I can't watch videos, can somebody write out step by step instructions if there's a way how? Thanks

I have an old Premiere Elements 7 disc.   I have bought a new laptop without a disc drive.   I asked for help to get it on to my new computer and was told that was impossible as it was so old.   Nowadays I would only use it for old projects, so do not need to update.  I'm pretty mad at not being able to use it.   Any suggestions please.

Dear allI have a modified 800 Mb mp4 file . I just cut 20 seconds from it and when i export it its now 2 GB !!! size at the same rezolution and lowest bit rate of 5 Mbs .This is insane !Any way to keep at least the same file size ?

Bonjour,  Comme intitulé dans le titre j'ai un problême lors de l'exportation d'un projet vidéo fini.Même après avoir suivi les recommandations sur internet l'enregistrement reste bloqué à 10% voir ne fonctionne pas du tout. J'avais pu exporter mon projet vidéo pour un test avant que celui-ci soit terminé.Je suis sur le logiciel Adobe premiere element 2021. Avez-vous des solutions ? Merci 

The playback on my premiere elements is extremely bad to the point where the video is super choppy and it even freezes my laptop occasionally. I've already tried many of the solutions here from changing the audio to "no input" to putting playback quality on low. I need some help fixing this problem or premiere elements is unusable for me. 

I have used time-remapping tool to change the speed of a section of a clip, I have then cut(scissor tool) the clip and gone back to edit the time remapping settings, PE now displays the error:"We detect that the clip has already ben trimmed in an already created timezone, some parts of this clip may be disabled"So I now can't edit or delete the timezone... short of re-importing the media what can I do?  

Hi allI have a core i9 16 core at % Ghz CPU , 32 Gb and and rtx2080 SuperIf i want to export a modified 1 hour mp4 with original size 800 Mb it takes me around 10 minutes with max CPU loadAlso my GPU acceleration is greyed out (thats another issue)Is this normal ?

I am new to video editing and I am trying to edit some go pro videos and keep running into issues.  I try the guided setting and keep getting the media pending screen.  Now I have a debug event.  Or it just hangs up.  Any ideas of what I may be doing wrong?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Thanks/

I created most of my videos yerars ago down loading video from  my camcorder using Premier Elements 7. If I purchase Premier Elements 2021 will I be able to access and edit my old videos that I have on file? The reason I ask is that I do not believe that Elements 2021 will recognise my Panasonic NV-GS280 Mini DV camcorder to enable me to import my original Mini DVs videos which I still have.

Hi All,I'm very new to video editing and am struggling a little with this topic lol.I'm essentially trying to edit my GoPro hero 6 in 2.7K 30FPS and edit it in a 2.7K Timeline on Adobe Premier Elements 2018 and then export 1080P at 30FPS. When I drop the 2.7K 30 FPS clip into the timeline the frame size in project settings is showing 3840X2160 which I think is 4k is that correct should it be doing that? Additionally, for some reason if I drop 2.7K 60FPS it shows 1920X1080 and not 2704X1520 (which is 2.7K) or 4K, why is that? Is there a way for it to show the correct frame size? If not is there even a point in filming in 2.7K if it just gets moved back to 1920X1080 for 60FPS? I believe the whole point in filming in 2.7K is to have the higher resolution just in case you want to zoom in or crop etc. correct? Thank you for the help!

I like this program very much - but one thing could still be better, after stabilizing of a clip are the last few pictures of the clip somehow "gaining distance". If i cut them away, the new last ones show often the same problem. Its pity! Thanks for fixing it! Peter Mraz, CH

My Premiere version is 2021 and I'm on Windows.I've been working on a project in 2018. I opened Premiere 21 today . When I tried to open the project today i got the following message: the file cannot be loaded, possibly damagedI already tried to import the project to a new project but I get the same error. I can't lose all my work! Please, I need help!

I have premier elements 2021, when I drsag and drop media to the video track a yellow line appears over the track. What does this mean?
