Premiere Elements

My video is 3 minutes. No extraneous stuff in the timeline...Export makes a MP4 file that has my 3 minutes and the n17 minutes of black. This hasn't happened before..

My narration tracks were fine, until they all went mute! All of them. It's like that whole tier is null and void. Music is fine, sound from video clips all fine. Narration clips WERE fine, all the way through. What on earth would make them ALL go silent on me? Desperately pleading for advice. Thank you!Using Adobe 20 with Windows 10 on a Surfacebook 2.

I've downloaded Microsoft visual c++for visual studio 2012, restarted the computer, and launched Elements. That didn't work.I also uninstalled all my adobe applications and then reinstalled them. That didn't work either.Any thoughts on what else I can do? I'm using Windows 10.bp

Hello,I've installed APE 2020 on fully updated Windows 10 with all the right hardware and capacities.Confirmed registration and serial successful.1.  Splash screen launches and displays the animated loading icon -'Loading Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Workspace...'2.  Appears to reach the point where it should launch and it doesn't.3.  Launch icon extinguishes.4.  Game over. *sigh*Where should I start my unplanned adventure to find out why this happens, please?D

I am trying to insert one of the pre-made animated titles. However, I want to simply change a flutter entry to a simple fade in animation. I can't believe there is no way of doing this simple task. What am I missing? PLEASE HELP!

Hi,In PE 2018, is it possible to insert tracks? I know that a track or tracks can be added after the last track or before the first track, but I would like to insert tracks in between tracks in an existing project.Thank you,Todd

HiI have an image that has number on the left side and symbol on the right side.I have other image that the number stands in the place of the symbol.I want to create a video (or gif) that will see the number move in the image direction and replace it.now I have premier elements. can I do it with it?or do I need another program?Thank you

My original video is an mp4 1440x1080, 29.97 fps. But no matter which setting I choose when I export the edited video, it's always a low resolution.  Here's an example of the resolution of the original video:  And the resolution of the edited video after export: What can I do to fix this? Is there some sort of setting I need to change when I import the video? Or something I need to change when I export it? I've tried all of the high quality options under the Devices and Computer settings all with the same result.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 

My graphics driver (above) is not listed as having being tested by Adobe and I have no preview functionality.  All else seems to work.  I have tried updating the driver  Any ideas on a workaround?

Hello,I've been using premiere elements for several weeks and I've been able to export a movie without a problem. Now suddenly I'm getting "Error compiling movie, out of memory". I've tried a lot of different things to fix it. I've uninstalled programs I don't use, closed background programs, freed up a lot of space on the harddrive, ran C cleaner to remove temp files, updated windows and restarted many times. I also uninstalled the new Microsoft Edge as I thought the issue started after that updated, but that didn't work either.  Does anyone have any ideas of what I need to do to fix it? It was completely fine last week. Any help would be very much appreciated.  Cheers, Mark

Hello I've been having a big problem with adobe premiere elements for awhile now and don't know what to do.  On playback, the frame rate drops a lot, and flashes in different colors of green or purple. The transitions also don't work. The cross dissolve just flashes rapidly between black and the actual video instead of fading.  I tried calling the customer support, and they seemed to fix it, but upon opening the project again a few days later, the problem returned. I've also tried updating the drivers, re-installing adobe premiere elements, and changing the file type,but it hasn't worked. Exporting the video still retains the glitches and causes more blue flashing to appear.  I'm just using the most updated version of Premiere Elements, (Adobe Premiere ELements 2020), I filmed this on an Iphone SE, I'm using a MS-Windows system, Its an Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-7400 cpu @ 3.00GHz processor, and the graphics card is an Intel(R) HD graphics 630.Please let me know if ther

When I use the Pan & Zoom tool on a clip (in PE 2018), it affects/moves/ripples nearby clips in the same track and clips in adjacent tracks. Is it possible to suppress this behavior so that P&Z applied to a clip does not affect any other clips in my project? Here's another, related question:  Can I achieve the same Pan& Zoom tool effects by animating Position, Scale and Scale Width keyframes?

Hello, When I attempt to open a .prel file, this is what happens:If I click a file this box comes up:If I just hit cancel, the file loads with this message and is unplayable:Does this happen because I deleted all of my raw video footage from this computer? It still doesn't work even if the raw footage is on the same computer. Does the raw footage have to be in a special folder? Is this happening because of a version update? Will I ever get this .prel to open again. Thank you.

Hi, I am new to creating videos on Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 and I am struggling to change the colour of my general motion theme. I am using the formal general theme and it gives me a choice of 8 colours under graphics, however none of these colours is the one I want to use (I want dark green and it only gives me a light green option). Does anyone know how I can change the graphics colour to the one of my choosing?

Hi all! I'm now in the middle of editing my first Music Video in Premiere Pro 2020 and have the following issue: I acidently recorded most of my 'performance' shots at 50fps. Now I have both 25fps and 50fps clips into the same sequence synchronized up with the song.When I view the edit in Premiere Pro everyting plays at 'normal speed' (which I want) But once I export the file most of my 60fps shots are speeded up. When I searched for an answer I could only find solutions where the video is slowed down. I don't want that for the performance shots otherwise the audio isn't synchronized with the video. How do I export my edit and make sure the video plays at 'normal speed' and with the audio syncronized once I view it outside of premiere pro?How do I make sure my 50fps videos play at normal speed (just like the 25fps videos) after exporting?

I have only just started using Premiere Elecments 2020 and have noticed an issue with a couple of the final productions after render has completed.When viewing the rendered video it would appear that the video camera was bouncing during filming, but it wasn't. If raw footage from camera in viewed on PC it is perfectly stable. Camera was set up on tripod on tiled floor. I have done several videos using same camera/same location/setup without any issue. Have only noticed this is two videos, the latest being yesterday.My system is as follows. Video camera is a Sony FDR-AX33REC Mode - High QualityFrame Rate - 50iFile Format - AVCHD Premiere Output Settings I have noticed that during rendering my processor is running at 97-98%.I am only a beginner at this and am basically using all default settings in Premiere.Thanks for your assiatnce if you able to help out.

I keep getting an error message when i try to export  a  21 minute movie, the message comes at 100%. I split the  movie in half and can make two parts and they export fine, but again when i try to link them in new project i get an errror message at 100%.  im running windows 7, lots of ram. i7 chipset, excellent graphics card. whats going on? its elements 2020. oh ive restarted my computer and still no joy.

I reinstalled Windows on my computer and then Adobe Premiere Elements 11. Now some of my Adobe Premiere Elements projects don't open anymore, some still do. Fault report states: project seems to be damaged, it can't be opened. Any ideas?
