I have uploaded to Photshop 20- and deleted the old photchop   all of  sudden a list of my albums does not appear.   When I typed in a previous Album title -It says that that album exists.    HOW do I get back to my albums -  are they hidden someplace   Thank you   ep

Hi, I'm confounded! I recently switched to Google Pixel4 and while I thought I had my video setting right, I am clearly doing something wrong.  I am having to enlarge the video when I import into my Premiere Elements Editor and then it just doesn't look as smooth as the original. I tried to run Shake Reduction and got the error message 'Shake Reduction requires clip dimensions to match project.' so clearly I don't have it right, but not sure where I am going wrong. I am attaching screenshots showing project settings and clip settings. Any suggestions are most appreciated. TIA 

Hi everyone,I have to do some video modification for a profesionnal project. I have bought Adobe Premier Element 20. Just for explain, I have some videos (beetween 4 and 12) in landscape format and I need one video by session (so, I have to merge the differents video from one session) in portrail format. I have tried a lot of differents things... Put all my videos, rotate each one and save the video.. But in portrail format, the video is cropped.. So I have tried to merge my videos, save the video and then rotate this video and modifie to have all the image. But when I saved this final video, the quality is realy realy bad.. I have tried in AVI, MP4, SD, HD.... If someone have an idea or a solution ? I have to do this for 17 differents session, the final video of each session makes almost 2h so the exportation is realy long, and I can't wast time.  Thank you in advance (and I hope that everything is clear, I'm French, so...). 

I am a novice on Premier Elements 2020, although I have used Elements for years. I can get video files (.avi and .mpg) added to my video project ok, but when I play them back, there are 2 problems: they play too fast, and the audio has a constant, rapid clicking / tapping sound along with the normal audio. These files play back fine on the other media players on my computer (PowerMediaPlayer, Windows Media Player). I am using a Windows 10 desktop, fully up to date. I assume I've got something set improperly, but I don't see what. Many thanks for any help you can give.

Can I find a PDF manual for Premiere Elements 2020  and Photshop Elements 2020 somewhere?

Most of the time Premiere Elements 2018 will work perfectly. Exactly how I want it to work and the edited video is amazing. Sometimes, however, on random projects, in the corner it will say 'Conforming (video file name).m2ts' and it will show the process with a progress bar. But whenever that progress bar gets to 100 per cent, the audio on every clip will disappear immediately, when there was audio beforehand. The footage comes from the same camera every project and it seems that this event happens almost randomly. The file extensions from the camera are all M2TS and the conforming bar says it's conforming (filename).m2ts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Whenever I've tried to upload a video to my youtube channel with Adobe Premier Elements, I get this error message.  What does it mean?  How do I fix the problem?  Thank you.

I'm able to import my camcorder 5.1 audio into PE '20, which MediaInfo is showing having an audio format of AC-3 and a commercial name of Dolby Digital, but my movies converted in Handbrake with the same audio format are not able to import as 5.1 audio. I do see that the coded ID is different, the camcorder using 129 and Handbrake using ac-3, so does that make all the difference? The whole reason why I'm exploring PE'20 is to rip and edit my own movies while preserving the quality of the original. Thoughts? FYI, I've tried a bunch of passthrough and down mixing options in Handbrake, all with the same result of not recognizing the 5.1 audio.

I have about 4 hours of video I want to burn to DVD (family video with menu). Do I have to make separate files that'll fit on one DVD at a time? Or can I have one project file and it'll have me put in additional DVDs when it's out of space?

Hi all,I bring in a clip, any clip, MTS, MP4, MOV and when I bring it into the timeline, I don't hear anything.Wave forms are there in the audio section of the timeline.  And if I play the audio in any other player like VLC or WMV, I can hear it.  Does anyone know why I can't hear the audio? TIA

My original laptop that I installed Premiere Elements on died resulting in me having to get a new one. The problem is that I can't seem to install PE on my new laptop. The installation stalls at 0% for around 5 minutes then stops giving the error code "215". Both laptops are Windows 10 machines. The original that died was a Lenovo Yoga 920.  The current laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 7000. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Adobe Premiere Elementa 2020.  I cannot figure how to trim audio files.  The trimming scissors do not appear.

Szenen mit schwacher Beleuchtung (Weihnachtsabend) waren bei der Bearbeitungf am Bildschirm richtig. Nach dem Rendern und exportieren (4k) waren die Szenen deutlich heller. Macht Prmiere Elements etwas automatisch? Alle Anwendungen stehen auf manuell. Änderungen an der Helligkeit con Szenen sind auf dem Bildschirm sichtbar. Nach dem Exportieren ist jedoch alles heller.

I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 19 on an iMac. I had a power surge, now the play button and the spacebar shortcut will not work. I've also lost 2 days worth of work, even though Autosave is enabled. I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the installation code is one time use. Is there a work around, or does anyone know the solution to my dilemma? With Autosave enabled I would think that my files would be somewhere saved on my computer. Any ideas?

I just purchased Premier Elements 2020. I have digital copies (files) of my old super 8 videos, there are as many as 18 in each videos in each file . How doe I pull out each one, title and save separately?

Has the "Favorite Moments" editing tool been dropped in Premier Elements 2020? The User guide pdf describes how to use it and shows a pic of it in the tools menu, but it is absent on my version of 2020. All the other tools appear, such as "Candid Moments", "Smart Trim" etc, but not "Favorite Momemts, which I was hoping to utilize.

I'd like to add some kind of voice effect to the sound of my video, but I can't see any effects being available.Did I buy a version that doesn't have that, or am I doing something wrong?

I have a wonderful 5-minute Premiere Elements file of my 5 year-old granddaughter dancing ballet in a tutu and cowboy boots. Don't ask! The boots make more noise than desireable on the wood floor. One can see the audio make sharp peaks at those points, rising far above the level of the background music and occasional voice. How can I lower or clip just the peaks to bring that volume more in line with the rest of the clip? Thanks in advance!  

Dear Adobe, I tried creating a new project and clicked "Change Settings" I could not find the presets I wanted so I went to C:/ Program Files Adobe / Elements Organizer / Settings / Sequence Presets / NTSC / AVCHD and copied and pasted instagram.sqpreset which has the properties described in https://mariolurig.com/Instagram%201080x1080%20Square%2030i.sqpreset  Now thereafter I tried to find it and I could not find it on Adobe Premiere 2019  I tried closing the computer and program and restarting the computer and the program still could not find my new preset. I would really like to upload videos for instagram and really require this preset. This is why I bought this program in the first place, because the salesperson told me that I could put a preset to create videos for instagram. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I have recently made a movie using holiday footage and had no problems. I have come to make another and for some reason when i render the movie it makes the quality worse and makes it go pixleated. Anyone know how to fix this please.

I can't get a .zip version of my Premiere Elements 2018 license when viewing my order, only a .dmg version.Can i get the Windows version somewhere? Why am I platform locked anyway?

While reinstalling PE 12, I get as far as the New Project screen and then it looks like it is just continuing to load. I can't do anything with it. 

I have used Adobe Elements to create simple family films (I'm 70 now) since the 2013 version, and have used assorted programmes before that.  Cyberlink, Roxio etc..  Ive always found it easy to do.  I purchased the 2019 version only because my Mac is stopping supporting 2013's 32bit..Ive created my first film, ok, not too different from previous versions, but the method of burning to disc is quite different.   I used to create an ISO when enabled me to burn extra discs easily for the family.  I cant see this option.  I couldnt even find an image of a disc to let me burn directly there.  I have worked my way though the options and image is saved as i XMP.  I have burned three so far and none will lay on the TV, I made sure Pal was ticked n advanced, too.  It used to be so easy.  I have looked at tutorials on line and within help I have got more and more frustrated.  And bitterly disappointed I might say.  My family films are my
